If I could split the stars and give 5 to the waitress and 3 to the food I would. But I don't want want anyone to think that the pizza was worth 4 stars. Our waitress was great. She was super pleasant, helpful, and went out of her way for our kids. We ordered the house speciality pizza. It wasn't horrible. The flavors were okay, the amount of ingredients was good including a ton of cheese, where it fell short was the crust. It was somewhat undercooked and just lacked any real substance. I think if you were bringing a big group of kids and we're going to feed them it would be fine. However, for those wanting a little more out of their pizza, you may be disappointed. A bonus was the happy hour domestic draft beer. Can't beat what essentially comes down to $2 drafts on a Saturday afternoon.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say their pizza's are probably decent and worth eating. There doesn't seem like much to choose from any ways in Farmington. However, my wife and were not in the mood for pizza, instead we were in the mood for some hot sandwiches and hoagies. My wife went with a pepperoni hoagie and I decided to try their Philly. If you've ever had a hoagie from Davanni's or ANY other restaurant, you know what a delicious hoagie tastes like. Witht hat said, you can pass on their hoagies, nothing to brag about and pretty boring and bland. This is where things get very interesting and down right disgusting. What they're calling a Philly is as follows; A roast beef sandwich (dry like a desert) with some peppers and onions (that were cooked for about 10 seconds) and nacho cheese sauce (probably straight from the dispenser as well. That is NOT a Philly, but thanks for playing. If you want an insane Philly, check out these places; - T.O.P.S. Pizza in Rosemount - O'Malley's Pub - Woodbury - Hubert's - Target Center Location - Jersey's Mike's Subs - St. Anthony does the best - T.C. Fritter & Philly Food Truck - Tavern Grill (All Locations)

I like Carbone's pizza but this is the old American Legion turned Tailgaters, turned Carbone's. The bar is nice and large but some of the dining area still looks a lot like a banquet hall. They have some good staff, Joni is great!! They have a lot of things to do out back in the summer. I haven't tried it but it looks fun. They also have bands that play live there that are fun!!

Great place for groups. The Farmington Cheer team had their banquet here a few months ago... Great space as you can reserve the restaurant side. The pizza is good too!

The food is great, but the ambiance is lacking. This is a far cry from the trendier bar feel at the Lakeville location. It's a great place to take kids and they have a few arcade games. They have a good happy hour, which includes two-for-one drink specials. They have a large menu with a variety of options, but the pizza really stands out. I'm a big fan of the pizza.

Came here about three weeks back with a need to feed about a dozen people who didn't all want pizza. They came through on that need with numerous menu offerings. I personally shared a taco pizza with someone and had a couple onion rings, which were delicious btw and tasted fresh battered, but I can't be sure. Only issue I had was that my pizza came out about 15mins after everyone else's food. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals, there is a small arcade here and tons of seating. Good family environment in the dining room, friendly waitstaff, and tasty food. Give it a shot. I'll update with a bar visit in the future.

Went there for lunch (buffet). Had lots of variety and everything was extremely good. Wait staff was more than accommodating. Inside is remodeled and looks nice.

Due to a lack of decent food places in Farmington, we have eaten at Carbones a few times. The first few times were fine, not great, but not bad. The last time we choose to dine there the service was beyond horrible, our waitress was rude and inattentive, that a woman who I believe may have just been a runner or bus person, asked a manager if she could take over our table. Service improved, but half way into our pizza we found a hair. The restaurant comped the meal and apologized. This way a month or so ago, so tonight we thought we would give them another try. This time we ordered for delivery as we live just a mile from the place. SO, pizza arrives cold and we ordered Ranch dressing to go with it and it was completely forgotten. I called to complain and the girl that answered the phone said the driver could not come back for dressing and that it was just .50. .50 or not you messed up the order and you should have made it right not rudely told it was just .50! Needless to say we won't be eating there or ordering from them again.
