I'm really in between on rating this place. If you actually sit down and eat here, then it isn't too bad. The only hard thing to find is a place to sit down since this place is always packed. If you plan on picking up your order, then I would rate this location with 1 star. I've ordered online plenty of times here and every single time I order they're always missing half of my order. ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE YOU LEAVE! I had one instance where I had to drive back, and the girl insisted that she put everything in there and wanted to look in my car for it. Kind of silly isn't it? Especially if it was just tomato soup and a bagel... Like come on. I just wanted to get my brunch and leave for work. I always order at least half an hour ahead of time so that I can double check my order, then tell them what I'm missing so that I can leave on time.

Our little family stops here often for some pastries and coffee. Okay service, adequate cleanliness. and always busy. They've ruined their scones by putting a gross coating of icing on all of them. The trip today cost an additional $1.10 due to an upcharge for the use of a mug rather than a paper cup. I've always loved Panera for their big, cozy mugs, but I don't understand that rationale that I have to pay extra. It just made me want to steal their mug. I bet it cost them about $1.10.

I always come here for their french onion soup. Their sandwiches are amazing too. I love all their food and am so sad I dont live near one anymore! This specific one sometimes gives my daughter free baked goods which is super sweet of them and always keeps me coming back. The only reason i gave four stars is because no matter where you seated they are so loud making food and making noise but thats alright.

Ugh. I hardly ever eat at panera and now I remember why. I had the turkey cranberry flatbread and the squash soup. Flatbread was ok, dripped all over me and could have used more lettuce. The soup was disgusting...waaay too sweet and very artificial. I ate it because I was hungry but it left a weird taste in my.mouth. The person who took our order, Kassandra, was rude and impatient, snapping at us and not greeting us. I know it was busy but we would have appreciated at least a friendly tone.

I admit, I used to be a big Panera fan a few years ago. Then I just quit going because my friends didn't share my love, nor did my husband. But when I was having dinner myself, I was next to a Panera and I thought "wow, I remember how much I used to love Panera!" And...it was anticlimatic. But maybe my tastes changed or the food did? Food was decent, nothing I'd throw away, but nothing I'd jump up and down about. Atmosphere was ok as well. Overall, it was just meh. It's something that I'd go with my mom to, as she'd deem it great and I'd deem it ok, and we'd both have a decent lunch.

This Panera Bread has the absolutely worst employees no sense of ANY urgency to take and complete an order. You will never get out of this place less than 30 minutes. Plan to stand in line behind someone who will then proceed to ask 25 questions about the menu. No rush it all about me and the self entitled mentality. Avoid this Panera other are better.

Panera is Panera is Panera, and this one is no exception. There is seating aplenty, the staff are nice, but the cleanliness of the rest rooms is only so-so. It made a good temporary stop to get some coffee and charge my laptop before a meeting.

It was pretty busy there because I went in at about noon for lunch, but I didn't have to wait in line at all and my food as up in no time at all. Only problem was a lack of tables. Also, one of the employees was coming around gathering dishes which you never see at Panera but was refreshing.

I am a sucker for Panera. As with most corporate restaurants, there aren't may surprises here. I love their combo deal! I usually get the soup and sandwich combo. It is always good, but not amazing. What makes it better is the fact that I don't have to make it! The best part of Panera is the asiago cheese bread! We always get a loaf of it to take home. Great for sandwiches, or to have with soup, etc. This location is generally efficient. It is often busy, but they get the job done quickly enough.
