This specific Brueggers is either a hit or a miss, sometimes it is delicious and loud there, and other times the bagels taste like baby diaper and the manager dude won't shut up.

Wow! Had no idea that the people who work here have the freeness to be so rude to the customers. Just went in to order today and the girl behind the counter was incredibly rude to me that the snotty reception prompted me to just leave.

I'm fascinated by the character of the workers at this Brueggers. It all stems from the Manager of the store who seems like a nice enough guy but manages this cafe louder and more public than I've ever seen. He always seems to be telling his employees random facts of genius so they can hone in on their craft of bagel selling. Not to mention his sense of entitlement. "I've got a lot of stuff to do," he says. "I still have to do payroll and if little Timmy doesn't come into work on time, I'm gonna be so pissed. Kids these days just don't get it." Mind you, this was all said around 12:30 during lunch rush. And for some reason, the employees joke about charging you extra, which always gives me a small sharp stab in my gut. I can't stand the management and the loud intimidating type demeanor of the workers. Food is good though.

For my money, the best bagels in the area, crispy and chewy, plus I love the honey-walnut cream cheese. Parking is a little tricky in their too narrow lot.

Typical bagel shop. Food was ok but the manager was talking down about other employees to employees working. Could be heard by customers. No class at all! Acted like a pompous idiot! Will go to the other Bruegers or Einsteins near by. Hope this is not a company issue and just with this one individual.

"The Bagelry & The Princess" Never having been a Bagel Person before, considered it not worth the calories, I really didn't want to Fall in Love with the Bagelry Next Door to My Jewelry Store in Leisure Lane in Edina, it just happened. Getting along fine in our Strip Mall, when Brueggar Bagel Bakery moved in, wall to wall with us.My Swiss Hubby (R.I.P.) looked down his nose at Bagels, to him, Bread is Baguettes or Rustica Loaves, eaten PURE, not even Butter.He never did succumb, but I couldn't help myself.Owning a small business you work extensive hours,no time for lunch or dinner, & Power Eat at your desk.An inevitable Temptation to Cheat on Euro Bread overcame me, with the Bagels Next Door.It started small, just a Nibble here & there, next thing I knew I was really going for it with Bagelwich's of my own concoction-filled with Cream Cheese, Sundried Tomato Spread, Peppers, Onion, Lettuce, Jarlesberg Cheese,& Cucumbers on a Soft Garlic Bagel.It was soooo good, I was becoming addicted.I was no longer sharing Bread with my Hubby, I was steppin next door & getting the Works, Vegetarian Style.He never did understand how I could eat a Bagel Sandwich, that "Just wouldn't be done in Europe". They always had 2 Vegetarian Soups a Day , amazing & Imaginative, & in season- a Potato Salad with Chili's,& Blk Olives..My Store & Hubby (R.I.P.) both gone now after 20 years, but I still get over there sometimes & have a great Bagelwich & Soup.I Got Bageled, & I liked it.

We come here when in Minne (twice in the last week), not avail in the southwest but I don't miss it. Bagels are too chewy. Maybe it's not authentic but I prefer Einsteins. Softer and more flavorful. I do like the cream cheeses here better though. I do NOT like having to ask for coffee or any drink refills, pretty cheap, prefer self-serve beverages. Plus my last coffee got me a mouthful of grounds, yuck!
