    I have such a love-hate relationship with Sarpinos, so this is difficult for me. Best part: sauce. The sauce is so good! It's quite sweet, and it's great on the pizzas, calzones, etc. Worst part: Items received for delivery are very inconsistent. My orders are nearly always the same, but the items I receive are often different. Sometimes the salad is tiny, sometimes it's enough for four people. Sometimes I receive one dressing, sometimes two. Sometimes I receive parmesan, utensils, and crushed red pepper, and sometimes none of those. The worst part about the worst part is when it interferes with the best part of Sarpinos. Because I love the sauce so much, I often pay extra for extra sauce. I usually order a calzone and a salad for two people. Sometimes I receive one sauce, sometimes I receive two sauces, but just in case, I pay extra for an extra container of sauce. I receive the standard one sauce that comes with the calzone. Having a background in restaurant management, I know places goof up, so I thought we would try again another night. My next order was for three people and we ordered two pastas (which both come with a side of breadsticks and sauce) and a salad. I selected for both of the breadsticks to come with pizza sauce (no charge) and then paid for two extra sauces. When the order showed up, not only did I not receive the sauces I paid for, I received no sauces, period. Last night, the craving hit, so I thought I would order one more time. I ordered the standard calzone, salad, and paid for an extra sauce, and in the special instructions at the end of the order, I included that our extra sauce had been forgotten on the last two orders, and to please include it. One sauce. Again. The delivery drivers are generally pretty cool, but the people setting up orders clearly do not care about reading the order tickets. Sorry Sarpinos, three strikes and you're out. You've lost a customer.

    Sorry to have to write a negative review, but, this is the worst experience I have ever had with Pizza delivery - two times in a row. I recommend you do not order unless you have a backup plan for when it doesn't show up. We were starving by the time we gave up on them. Details: I had trouble with the last order a couple of months ago taking 2+ hours. The manager told me then he would apply the value of that order to the next one. Tonight was the night. 5:45pm: I called in to place my order. Talked to 3 different people to get the order credit from last time figured out, no big deal. The final person on the phone was the order taker, and I think she was on something. She could not get my credit card number right after 3 tries. I finally just said I'd pay cash. ~7:15pm: I call thinking maybe they never really got the order in their system. I'm told "it just left the store". 8:09pm: I call back and talk to Andrew. He puts me on hold three times and within 10 seconds comes back on saying "Sarpinos". I ask where my order is and hear in the background others saying "I don't have it" and Andrew asking "Why's it still up on the screen?" He then tells me he's going to make me a new one for free and get it to me in 30 minutes. I confirm "it'll be at my door in 30 minutes". He says "Yes". 8:33pm: Caller ID says Sarpino's. I pick up and it's Andrew. He's calling to apologize that my pizza has taken so long and that it'll be free. I tell him it's supposed to be here in 6 minutes from our prior conversation, and ask if it's been made and is out for delivery. His answer is "I'm putting it in right now". I tell him not to bother.

    I will NEVER order from your location again. Tonight was the second time I ordered delivery, and the second time a driver had to come back with new pizza because the orders were completely incorrect. Tonight, we ordered chicken alfredo pizza, buffalo chicken (NOT buffalo chicken RANCH) and double cheese breadsticks with two sides of creamy garlic sauce. We RECEIVED chicken alfredo pizza, Buffalo Chicken RANCH pizza (with NO buffalo sauce on nor with it), and cheese sticks (definitely NOT double, as we've had these before). There were ZERO creamy garlic sauces included. I called back, spoke with a manager who did not know the difference between the buffalo chicken and buffalo chicken ranch, and explained to him the mistakes. He sent the driver back with new orders. We received Buffalo Chicken pizza, and cheese breadsticks with barely ANY cheese on them (again, STILL NOT DOUBLE). And three sides of Ranch dressing (I tasted each of them). Again, NO creamy garlic sauce. I am all for supporting local businesses, but I will not only NOT order from you again, I will be sure to share my experiences with everyone I know. Including BOTH of your Facebook fans.....now I understand why there are only two.

    Pizza was edible, the crust was passable... Better then Dominos, Papa Johns, and Pizza Hut, but not by much.

    This is THE WORST PIZZA and LACK OF SERVICE in the WORLD! I had ordered over the years from time to time from Sarpino's and it was always OK. But apparently the ownership must have changed, or something. We ordered $20 + tip worth of food tonight and it took 90+ minutes to get to the house. I was just going about to turn the driver away, but she was the ONLY good thing about this experience. So, I took the food. The pizza was barely warm and the wings were stone cold. I had called the mgr to ask where my order was, and she must be the owners kid or something, because she could have cared less. And after we tried to eat the food ... we had 2 pieces of the crappy za, and some of the cold wings and throw the rest in the garbage ... I called back and I asked the "manager" how I could speak to her boss. She just put me on hold, and some woman who could barely speak english picked up the line. I explained all this to her and all she said was "you want more pizza?" I just hung up and wrote this review. ******DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE WE MADE AND ORDER FOOD FROM THIS JOKE OF A RESTAURANT ****!!!! Hopeful they'll be out of business soon. I wish Yelp had negative stars!

    I've always liked this restaurant and had great service and delivery. They have wonderful pizza and breadsticks and good pastas. Their sauces are unique and delicious. Never have I had a bad order.

    Here it is, my very first negative review of a place. I don't order a lot of pizza, but if I do I generally prefer Sarpinos, they are generally a fantastic pizza chain. Today was by far the worst experience that I've had at one. I tried ordering online after I was sent an email saying that I had a free pizza if I ordered online. I then found out no such order existed. By then I just wanted to order pizza so I called the place since the we sight was all funky on my iPad. I ordered and my girlfriend stopped and picked it up on her way over. When she arrived she found out that they had lost my order. To be fair it was a Friday at 5pm and they we very busy. The part that got me steaming was that they then gave me the wrong order. I can tolerate a little bit of an error, but giving me what I didn't pay for is unacceptable. I was going to drive the pizza back, complain and demand a refund, but we did eat the order because, well, it's pizza. When we did eat the pizza that I ordered at 5pm and was picked up at 5:35 and arrived at my home 10 minutes later we found that this pizza had very obviously been sitting out for at least an hour under their heat lamps. I will not be ordering from this place again.

    good food, good service. CARRY OUT IS A MUST!!! but s*** happens so i can understand the bad reviews here. i just moved to the area and my friends & family were kind enough to help. As is tradition, i had to buy them pizza. So i went with my closest option, which is the SARPINO'S downstairs, below my building. - I had about 6-8 people to feed so i ended up ordering 4 pizzas, all different. - the lady working was really kind and helped me find the best coupon they had to save me money (which was about $20 in savings) - the food was DELICIOUS!!! - 4 pizzas were done in 20 minutes, for carry out, thats pretty dang good. -spinach special 4/5 -tuscany 5/5 !! -2 custom orders 5/5 everybody was really pleased and i was very impressed with the menu. It's huge which makes me skeptical of consistency with items but the pizza was spot on. AND!!!!! i just got home late from work, and was on the computer. SUPER hungry so i was reading some reviews of where i could grab some food late and i thought again about sarpinos. im not big on personal pizza AND THE REVIEWS FOR THIS PLACE ARE TERRIBLE. i was really shocked that the place i had gotten good food and service from, was the worst place in town apparently. but, im lazy and hungry so i said hell, why not.... -the guy who helped me was an awesome older gentlemen, very respectful and had great rapport with me and another customer picking up their order -yet again they hooked me up with a coupon - he suggested the cheesy bread, and, it's not disappointing! - food was hot and ready in a very timely manner, even though my order was one of many - THE OLD GUY HOPPED ON MY LONG BOARD!!! and actually held up, which was impressive. - i am very satified. i understand pizza places can be the worst sometime,. but that comes down to staffing. and really, it's hit or miss with most eateries these days. Sarpino's has been been a hit the both times ive been there. it doesn't look like they have ton of drivers staffed at night, and i can assume once the drunk calls start coming in it can be a but much. im gonna stop typing or my food is going to get cold

    Beware of delivery. I will say, Sarpino's has good pizza - but our experience with their delivery never fails to disappoint. They are consistently late (and I don't mean by 10 minutes - we have had it multiple times 30 minutes+ late) and they will make every excuse for their delay, but bottom line is they just don't understand quality customer service. It doesn't matter who you talk to or how clear you try to make your delivery expectations - they will find a reason that they just could not make it on time. We tried to use them a while back (a year or so) and stopped because of the late deliveries, but decided to give them another shot. We are now 2 for 2 in 30 minute + in late delivery. Done!!!!!

    I don't really get all the negative reviews on here. I've never had an issue with ordering online. My order is always correct and the food is always excellent. Sarpinos is most of the time my go to for pizza delivery. I always get great emails offers and take advantage of the loyalty points. I always ordered from the Eden Prairie location but moved in March of 2015. I find the Chaska location to be just as good as the Eden Prairie store. I love Sarpinos and will continue to order from them.
