Poor attitudes and even worse pizza! Always seems to be a little girl manager with red hair who always has a scowl on her face. Overall very rude service and the pizza tastes like cardboard! Started out with lots of customers and has steadily declined - just like their service and pizza quality!

For being a chain you would never know. I was Excited to try something else since all we ever order is domino's. Quick Delivery. The pizza was fresh the dough didn't taste frozen it was Delicious. Topperstix- very cheesy and good Very good service, coupons make it cheap. Probably the nicest delivery guy I've ever had. Forget Domino's I will always order from Toppers now.

This past weekend I had my first Toppers pizza. I ordered the $19.99 special which included a single order of breadsticks. The Maui house pizza was just excellent with pineapple and Canadian bacon along with bacon bits. I loved the sauce and there was no shortage of ingredients. I selected the berry breadsticks. First time I had breadsticks and I would order them again. All in all I was very pleased with the pizza and breadsticks. I will be a returning customer.

Good pizza; just wished they delivered to Eagan : ) Topper stix are a must! We always order pickup and our pizza's have always been hot and tasty when we get them back home. Just as good as the Toppers back in Eau Claire.

The pizzas here are decent, but the house pizzas are really kind of kicking ass. And the Topperstix are pretty much god's gift to lovers of all things cheesy. If you can only try one of the house pizzas, I'd recommend the smoky BBQ chicken. But then again, I'm a sucker for pizzas with BBQ sauce. At any rate, you should probably do yourself a favor and try the Philly cheesesteak pizza as well. These folks are a bit sassy too. And by that I mean last time I called to order a pizza, I was listening to aliens landing on some distant planet and was interrupted by the guy taking my order. He goes "Thanks for calling Toppers. How can I dominate your night?" I was kind of at a loss for words. Oh... And they're open 'til 3 a.m. every morning. Yup.

Don't bother with this place. Not impressed. At all. If I could give it a zero or half a star, I would. Should have known from the get go, this was going to be a problem place. The door was still locked at 11:45 AM when the store hours said it opened at 11. The only other customer had to let me in. I told the order person, and she said she'd tell someone about it. She didn't. Ordered a pizza sandwich, was told it would be 10 minutes. 28 minutes later I was still waiting. The other customer told me she'd been waiting 25 minutes for hers. She was livid. Another 2 customers tried to get in, and I spoke loudly to the 4 folks in the kitchen "Your door is still unlocked." Those 2 customers stood there for 2-3 minutes before anyone looked up to help them. When I finally got my sandwich, I was also handed a coupon for a free sandwich, and an apology. They tried to recover, but by now I was going to be late for work. Got in my car, unwrapped the sandwich, and it was burned. Not good burned, but black burned. I wanted to throw it out the window (keeping the wrappers in my car), but was afraid a kid would find it and hurt themselves. I tossed the coupon in the trash because cr*p for free is still cr*p. Don't bother with this place.

Visit #1 ordered cheese pizza, sausage pizza, and bacon sticks. received cheese sticks instead. the cheese pizza had hardly any red pizza sauce on it, just tasted dough and cheese. two 8 year old friends liked it though. visit #2 told girl at counter about bland pizza and getting cheese sticks instead, she apologized. the manager didnt seem to care. ordered 7" macaroni and cheese pizza for an 8 year old. He seemed to like it. this time the bacon sticks were correct. I liked them dipped in rach or garlic butter. they are good microwaved the next morning for breakfast. visit #3 husband ordered saus, mush and canad bacon. he seemed to like it but had diarhea the whole evening. I liked the taco sticks dipped in ranch. the regular sauce pizzas are disappointing with bland sauce if there is any on the pizzas, and crust is doughy like papa johns. I may try the grinders hot subs or the specialty pizzas with thin crust or even the wings next time. they have coupons inside. Kids seem to like this pizza.

I have had this pizza 3 times now, the first I ordered over the phone, so I had no idea that they had an ongoing special; a large pizza and a triple order of breadsticks for $15. So, not knowing I ordered a large pizza and a single order, which was about $20. When I arrived to pick up the pizza, I happened to see their menu and saw the $15 deal!! The girl that took my order didn't mention it, knowing I was a new customer, and even the cashier had a confused look on his face when I questioned WHY I was paying 5 more dollars for a single order when I could have had a triple order!! So, since I didn't have time to wait for them to make more breadsticks, he charged me $15 for a large and a single order. The second time I ordered, the girl that took my order DID IT AGAIN. When i questioned her she told me I was mistaken and that the deal was a large pizza and a single order of breadsticks for $15. So when I went and picked it up, I explained to the manager that this is the second time this has happened and he gave me a 50% off my entire purchase coupon which was appreciated. So, I decided to use my coupon the next week. I had it delivered this time. FINALLY, they got it right....sort of...food was good, however half way through my pizza we noticed a long BLACK HAIR cooked into the cheese. I like the pizza, its good and the dough is made fresh, but since then I have been too annoyed and grossed out to order another pizza from them. Its a pain to have to worry that your order is going to be incorrect every time you go there!

Toppers is a great change up to the typical pizza selection around dakota county. I've tried a couple pizzas from here and was impressed on both occasions. Its like the Jimmy Johns of pizza shops. Upbeat atmosphere, nice people and fast service. Seems there have been a few negative reviews but with any business there will be a few kinks to work out. I'd say check out Toppers for sure and make up your own mind! And you cant beat being open till 3 am every night!! CHECK THEM OUT!

Stopped in for the anniversary this past weekend; pizza is great and you can't find better bread sticks. Our large order was completed quickly and as usual, the staff is always friendly.

I certainly hope their pizzas are good or this place will not last long. We ordered grinders which I am sorry to say were of average taste and NOT worth what you pay for them. The beef was overcooked and looked like specks cooked into the bread instead of meat on a sandwich. We will not be ordering from Toppers again.

Ordered a pizza online for a 5:45 pm delivery. Called at 6pm when it hadn't arrived and was told it was one the way. It is now 6:30 and no pizza. Had to make mac and cheese for my grandkids after promising them pizza. DO NOT ORDER from here.

Really tasty pizza and accommodating staff. I ordered my lunch online for delivery. I got a MyZa Loaded Tot-zza pizza and Parmesan Garlic wings. The tot-zza is so delicious!!! Everything was hot and tasted very fresh. Also, when I ordered online I accidentally set the delivery time for 11:45 pm instead of 11:45 am. After 35 minutes late I called to ask where it was, and the person on the phone said they would have it made right away and get it to me asap. My food showed up about 25 minutes after I called. Although it's a bit pricey, it is worth it with all the unique menu items they offer.
