Worst service I have ever had! Incredibly disappointing. Our food and drinks took over an hour and a half even when the employees outnumbered customers in the restaurant. After waiting with no appearance of our server my salad arrived and was mushy and brown. It had clearly been sitting for a significant period of time. We got an item taken off - but I will never return to this location and likely not the chain of restaurants.

5 of us went for dinner last night. The food was good, but not as good as it used to be. Maybe that's why there was no wait for a table at 5:30PM? It is usually packed for dinner. Here what went wrong: my father in law had his coat on an empty chair and the waitress spilled sauce on it. Wiped it off with a napkin and a have him a quick "I'm sorry" After we were back home, my father in law called us to tell us, that he thinks he forgot his glasses at the restaurant. We called right away (less than half an hour after leaving the restaurant) and told the gentleman where we sat and he put us on hold to go check. He came back on the line about 30 seconds later and said that he couldn't find them, he even checked under the table, and nobody had turned them in. Given that these are $300 prescription glasses, my father in law went today to check in person. And magically, they had his glasses. Very disappointed that he had to go all the way from Bloomington, when we could have gone last night, as we are just a couple of minutes away. And yes, it crossed our mind, if the gentleman that answered the phone last night, even went to check!

There was a group of 8 for lunch last week. Not sure if the waitress was new or what was going on but she had a hard time getting our orders correct. I ordered a steak sandwich and was given a chopped salad. I told her it was wrong so she said to eat it anyway because otherwise it would get thrown out. Another person in the group was also given the wrong order. Not sure if I would go again.

First time there , service was great, BUT the onion flower was way too greasy ... So greasy that I felt sick just eating it, only ate a little and threw away the rest. Not even close to the one at the state fair. Next my 16-20 oz steak was over cook , and it was really thin. Last : if you don't speak Austrian or ever been there then this is a heads up, my son wanted to use the restroom so I took him and when we located to restroom, guess what there was no men or woman sign, both doors have handicap signs on them and then the words was Aussie and something else for the men's . Anyway my point was I look at it and was confuse on which one was which... I had to guess , like Aussie sounded like the lady's room so I made the right choice , but still was it too much to ask for a men and women symbol. It's like going to some asain restaurant and see a character writing on the door instead of men or women. (Haven't run into one like that in the US yet)

We have given this restaurant a shot a few times, but last night was our LAST. Terrible service and below average food. Everyone save yourself a trip!

Well, it's outback so it's pretty much what you'd expect. I just wish since they leave the menus on the table they'd clean them because they're sticky and that's gross.

Alway a very friendly staff. This is my kids favorite spot to eat. Steaks are good and so is the pasta. Gets a bit busy at times...but thats ok.

This restaurant location serves the BEST French onion soup!!! I've been to Pittsburgh Blues, Kincaids, LeVain, Applebee's, ect... Nowhere that I've found that tastes better. Based on recent reviews.. Yes the food does take awhile.. But! Hey! It's worth it for better food.

In debating to give a 2 or 3 star review, my buddy pointed out "where's your beer?" 2 star!! Wait. Before you think 'what a picky bastard!', know that it wasn't overly busy in the bar or restaurant, there were two bartenders, and other customers were flagging the bartenders so they could order food. Really, I could and probably should give a one star, however the forgettable bartenders were friendly enough. Oh! The "where's your beer" bit. The bartender seemed to forget I ordered. Seemed strange to me too considering the empty beer glass and mostly full plate of food sitting in front of me. So what about the food? Right. So what. We ordered the cheese fries. They were ok. But I vividly recall how crappy I felt after we ate the Bloomin' Onion. Ack! I knew it'd be greasy, and really I knew better than to order it. I had a get one free card. Next time, if ever, I have one I'll toss it or give it to an enemy. I know there's a reason I'm keeping it a two star, but that word, forgettable, describes it all.

We enjoyed a great leisurely family dinner for five. Our server was Anisa and she did a great job. My sister commented that all of our special orders (leave out this or add this) would certainly result in mixed up food deliveries but all orders arrived with special requirements. One steak was slightly overcooked and when the owner stopped by our table we mentioned it. He quickly offered to replace it. When we said it was okay he delivered a comp dessert that was fabulous. Another manager also stopped at our table to make sure everything was okay. All in all a great experience.

NOTICE... I reviewed this restaurant 8 months ago, and I am posting another review as a follow up. As mentioned previously, my wife and I frequent this Outback location a minimum of twice monthly, and we always arrive around 4:00 p.m. Since my February review, there was a brief period where our dining experiences did improve and went well... minimal to no waiting, a nice leisurely and non-rushed pace of food delivery, blah, blah, blah. But based on our last several visits, I have to go with a one star rating because the service and staffing has a great deal to be desired... again. As mentioned previously, we always arrive at approximately 4:00 p.m. for dinner and what has been an all to common experience is inexcusable. Take yesterday (Saturday) evening for example; we arrived at 4:08 p.m. (yes, I looked at my watch), there were 9 empty booths and tables visible from the waiting area in the dining area and another 10 vacant tables in the bar area, making a total of 19 empty tables (yes, I counted them.) There were 6 others in the waiting area who arrived before us (yes, I once again counted), and when we arrived we were told there would be a 15 to 20 minute wait. Seriously?!?!? 6 people waiting, 19 empty booths and tables available, and there is a 15 - 20 minute wait? I used to manage a restaurant and am fully aware of staffing issues, particularly when you have wait staff call-in ill. I am also fully aware of wait times, but they are typically implemented when the restaurant is seated at capacity, not half full. Sorry Outback. I believe 8 months is more than sufficient time for you to quit being so penny pinchin' cheap and start providing adequate staffing. There are a lot of restaurants to frequent in the Twin Cities, and I am not about to waste any more of my time and money in your establishment. I am taking my business elsewhere. Good riddance!

Yeah so this was the first time I've been to an Outback Steak House, it's a decent chain restaurant, but nothing really special, gets and A-OK because it's just that, a pretty standard chain restaurant. With a slightly different theme. Go here if you're craving random chain food.

Way too busy on a Friday or Saturday night. Wait was way too long with nowhere to stand. Went to the bar to get drinks and had to fight it was so crowded. Food side: Not bad for your chain steakhouse. Friendly service. Not the fastest and they were tied up trying to walk around people standing in random areas waiting for a table. I will avoid this place with all my power as its nothing special and has terrible waiting areas.

We have been here 20-30 times and always had a great experience. I love for $10 I can get a Small Outback Steak Special with Salad, Potato, and bread. Love it.

I was looking for a place to go out to for Valentine's Day with my Celiac addled beau that offered gluten free alternatives. Its hard as all get out to find a place that has an actual separate menu but they did, and it even had drinks listed and a couple desserts! Our waitress was super nice and even offered to double check his order to make double sure. She waited to ring up our drinks so we got them at happy hour prices. My steak was perfect and juicy, my boy's scallops were perfect and the shrimp kabob we got as an app was glorious, oh and the chicken he ordered was also perfection! Even though I was a little nervous going to such a big box restaurant there is a lot to be said about the few people that can transcend the coggery of such a place and bring their personal style to the table. HA! If you're living gluten free, don't write this place off. They also let you bring in your own bread to make your own burger which is kinda neat.
