I don't know what it is about this place, but it's kind of a must when I'm sick of walking around MOA. There happy hour is one of the longest at the mall and it also has pretty great deals. From 3-7 you can get half off rails (which according to my bill yesterday put a tasty G&T at $2.75!) Deals! On top of that they have their own beers which were pretty tasty at $3, a list of like 6 martini's for $5, and some pretty good food options. Yesterday the boy and I each had a drink and decided to try the Truffle fries (only food item that I wouldn't recommend, but I don't like fries), Edamame, Pretzel sticks, and buffalo chicken flat bread. All super yummy except the fries, which I really should admit aren't bad! And all for $22! We were filled and didn't need to eat dinner. The place always seems really packed but there is usually a spot at the bar, the bartenders are solid, and there is a TV easy to see if the game is on. I'm not sure about all the food here and service and all that jazz, but this is a great happy hour spot if you are looking to relax.

Overall I enjoyed my meal here. My burger came out exactly the way I ordered, was juicy and delicious. I will come back again to try other things.

I tried really hard to like this place. The hostess and server was really nice and super pleasant. We ordered a lot of food, but we didn't like anything. I don't think we even finished a single plate. We didn't even bring any of the food home. Service was GREAT, but the food was ehh... I don't think I would ever go back, but the service was great! Everyone was very friendly.

This was a rather expensive restaurant but than again it's in Mall of America. I felt that it had very good ambiance. However, that is where the praise will stop. We got there, and we noticed there was seating inside the actual restaurant and also outside of It in sort of a fenced in area in the mall. We asked to be seated inside the actual restaurant because the mall was really busy, and they did not accommodate that request. For food, I got pork chops which came with 2 chops, fries, and green beans. The green beans and fries were marvelous! However, I could have done without the glazing on the chops, as I scraped it off the best that I could. This place was decently priced! Overall, there are several places at Mall of America l dine at, and this is not that bad, but it's also not the best.

Average. Very average. Just okay. Would give 2.5 if possible. If you are headed to Mall of America, check Yelp, there are better choices unless you are just looking for inexpensive bar food with loud 80s hits playing.

Fun atmosphere. My kids enjoyed watching people ride the bull, but they were a bit disappointed they weren't old enough to ride yet! I had the bbq chicken flatbread lunch and it was sooo great. Perfect size and super tasty! My daughter had buttered noodles, my son ordered pizza and my husband had a gigantic burger which he devoured.

Before we went to the MOA for my birthday on the 21st, I had been looking at where I wanted to go to dinner This place had looked amazing on the site. So after a day of shopping and riding rides, this is where we went to dinner I have never had this alright of a birthday dinner. The waitress was attentive and the drinks were good but the soup was alright my burger could have been better, ribs were OK sauce sucked the cut of steak on the salad was small and a very bad cut and the sweet potato tots were cold and had a funny taste. I think the next birthday I'm getting sushi.

Food was good. I had the turkey wrap with the soup of the day (chicken and rice soup). Service was a little bit slow. Price is pretty good from the lunch menu. I would visit again.

CHEESE CURDS! Definitely order some, so yummy. We ordered a juicy Lucy, steak tacos and a chicken kids meal in addition to the curds. All the food was pretty good for a chain. It was a little busy but then again it's in mall of America. I wouldn't venture into the mall just to eat here but if I found myself brave enough to go to the mall again I would definitely visit Cadillac Ranch again.

The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was very "ranchy" including the mechanical bull and the SW ranch décor. The server could have read a book on body language as she greeted us and took drink orders with her arms crossed. Not much of a conversationalist either. The person that brought our food out brought one correct dish and one wrong one. The food was decent, but not worth the price and poorly presented. The bathroom was in definite need of a cleaning, half the soap dispensers were empty, lots of toilet paper on the floor, full garbage can, and a rank smell. And this was at 4:30 in the afternoon so definitely not a busy time.

NOT BAD. If you are going to eat and drink in the mall you might as well do it at a place that has legit food, doesn't break the bank and has friendly staff. So sounds like you're going to "Caddy". This place has a chill vibe with an indoor patio, plenty of booths inside and a huge bar to sit around. They also have a mechanical bull if you're feeling rowdy. Highlights: Black & Bleu Salmon Salad Carnitas Tacos Wedge Salad Cadillac Ranch = Giddy up

GREAT CHEESE CURDS! juicy Lucy was any average JL around. Nicolas our server was quite rude, seemed like he didn't want to help us or just hated our job. Good atmosphere inside. Just wish the service was up to par with the food.

We go here for the kettle chip apps and the flatbread pizza. However the place is too damn loud. Is it a bar or a restaurant? I had to yell to my wife who sat across from me. You combine the TVs, people talking, along with live music and it gets ridiculous. I am here to eat. Not listen to a live concert. Staff is friendly but it can't save the overall dining experience. Edit that. It wasn't live music which made it worse. You play pumped in music that loud? Unbelievable.

Came here yesterday with my family and extended family for MOA's Toddler Tuesday. The service was nice and very tolerant of the four children we had at our table. Food came out hot and our drinks were refilled at timely intervals. Attentive server earned a great tip. Here's what wasn't so good. The good. Garlic bread was ok. But my hot sicilian sandwich was not spicy in the least, and actually pretty devoid of flavor. I ordered a side salad, which was actually huge. Wife got a salmon BLT which was reportedly mediocre. Food was definitely bleh. If someone says that they thought the food was awesome here, they're probably also fans of the Olive Garden. If you also like Olive Garden, or places like it, you'll probably think this place serves excellent food as well. Here's what bothered me. The Cadillac Ranch bills itself as an All-American bar. Clearly a cowboys and rock n roll theme going on with the decor. I have no problem with this. What I do have a problem with is the pictures of 70's rock icons that are plastered on every wall are mostly NON-American rockers. From Zeppelin to the Stones to AC/DC, there are far more foreign musicians than American. This is not to say that they aren't great musicians, but if you're going to be All-America, is it too much to ask that they put JUST American (I can accept Canadian) rock icons? What made me never want to come back. I went to the bathroom. I pooped. (Yes TMI, but relevant.) I was alone. Everything was normal. And then ... the lights turned off. They just shut the hell off. Was there a motion-sensor on a 2-minute cycle? I don't know. I had to wipe my ass in the dark, using my phone for light. If I had no phone, I don't know what I would have done. No windows, no emergency light. It was completely pitch-black in there. I didn't bother complaining but I swore I'd never return to a place that makes me poop in the dark and I never will.

The steak is prime, and the waiter was hilarious! I would definitely go back, and sure will. Next time, with a cocktail---if it's good, I'll make it five stars ;)

Had the lemon and mushroom chicken. The size of dish was adequate and the lemon butter sauce was fantastic!

Great happy hour. Sat on the patio and people watched during dinner. They have a great happy hour if you can make it. Everything we ordered was delicious and the waitress was great with our kids. I would certainly recommend you try this place out if your are in the mall.

If your over forty, watch. You'll get seated where the mall walkers can't see you.

Not so tasty, but they did have free bull rides!

Beer list used to be better. Food still good but overall no longer really offers anything more or different from quick casual chains. I had really high hopes for this place and I want to love it, but soime recent downgrades keep getting in the way...

My friend and I have eaten here several times and have always found something excellent. The food is well prepared, and the service is top notch. I really like the layout and decor. You feel like it is a smaller place, although it is quite large. This is because you can talk over your meal without having to speak loudly, even when it is somewhat full.

When researching my then upcoming visit to MOA, this restaurant got rave reviews for their happy hours, food and ambiance. With that said, we were super excited to try it upon our arrival. Their happy hour is from 3pm - 7pm and they offer half off rails and other drinks and great specials on their food ranging from $3 - $5. We ordered the pretzels, a flatbread, a meal and various drinks and settled in from our long day of travel and mall walking to enjoy the food and the live music. Our waiter was very knowledgeable, giving us the information us out of town folk would need for our weekend. The place did get packed, but he was still very attentive. While there was live music, there are plenty of tvs that were showcasing the college hockey tournaments that were going on. I wish there were one in St. Louis but I do know that if we do go to an area that has one, we will certainly stop by again!

Seriously amazing food and drinks!! I had candied pecan on pork chops with a maple drizzle, one of the meals I've ever had. Every one else loved the food and service. EAT HERE!

This place is okay for what it is, I guess. I've been here a few times and every time it's not very impressive. It's a wannabe cowboy bar and grill, super generic food. Last time I was here was during happy hour, so $3 glasses of wine a cheap apps=winning! Our server/bartender behind the back bar was pretty bad. We moved to the back bar becasue we were a part of a book club that was moving back there, so we asked for the happy hour menu so we could order appetizers. He simply said he didn't have any back there and that it was mostly just flatbreads and tacos. That's it, didn't go into details or offer to get us one. So we asked about some of the tacos and his response? "Nothing to write home about." Well, at least he's honest. It would have been more helpful to get us menus and then steer us into the direction of some food that maybe we would want to order, instead of just implying that all the food sucked? Anyways. We asked another bartender about the happy hour appetizers and he produced two menus for us from behind the bar. They were there all along. Bartender number one didn't care enough to check. Then he proceeded to hover while we decided, annoyingly didn't go away until we ordered, which was funny because we had to flag him down when it was time to pay. Turned out there was much more on the happy hour menu than he let on, so it's a good thing we were given menus to look at. We did decide on flatbreads and tacos, and the food came out fast and was actually decent, but nothing spectacular. There were also some free apps included in the event, which were some type of cowboy chips with blue cheese, and they were awful. Skip those. Overall, not a great experience with the service, and the food was mediocre. Price was good though, and we had a fun time at the event despite that. Oh yeah! And there were several little gnats flying around that we had to kill with napkins. Gross.

Had the No Bull Burger and IPA drink, both were great. Loved the atmosphere, classic rock music and nicely themed.

The ambiance in this place is great. Fans of classic rock will love it. We had a big party of people, so I was worried about messed up orders. No problem she was very professional and kept everything together. Now the food. I had the fish tacos and it was really good

Not bad for a chain that is in a extremely popular mall. Overpriced, sure, but at least the food wasn't half bad. My friend swears by the ahi tuna (some of the best he's ever had). The boneless wings had too much breading on them for my liking. Cadillac ranch kettle chips was a good appetizer, though I wish there was more balsamic drizzle. The service was average. *Happy hour during weekdays 3-7pm in the bar section.
