Went here on a Sunday night for wings and a couple drinks. Bar tender was excellent and personable. Quick service. Food was fast and excellent. Might have to come more often!

Very slow poor service and when the food finally did come out it was cold ! Some people got there drinks right away and some had to go up to the bar to ask for them ! I will never be back to this bww

Nothing out of the ordinary. Slower service initially but my waiter was very good after the initial wait. I love wings and will often seek them here or anywhere! I've had amazing service and experiences with WW at other locations but I was here for lunch during the week and sat in the dinning area.

Here is the deal, I used to go there every Thursday with my family. We love the environment and on $.60 wing night we can feed our family pretty cheap. The issue is when certain management works. I have noticed when Matt the Manager works things are getting done. Peoples needs are being met, he runs around talking to tables, guiding his staff and making sure food comes out right and if it doesn't it gets fixed on the double. Nights without Matt working are seriously not worth going. We always have over cooked chicken, drinks we wait on forever, and we never have napkins or utensils. My recommendation is go when Matt is working and thankfully its nearly every night. Also advertise your specials better, this would get more people in for Happy Hour, I've been in there after 9pm and they have great specials, but no one in Bemidji seem's to know this, lost money in my mind.

Typical chain Resturant we have gone about 4 times now and we have had hit or miss service. The food should always be decent considering it's a franchise. Service however is hit or miss one time we go and get a great waitress that is on top of things quick service. The next time we dine the waitress doesn't know the advertised happy hour special, forgets silverware, asks us our drink order twice, and messes up our tab because of it. We will be reserving this place for game days or Tuesday wing night because it's a decent deal.

Glad Bemidji is getting some restaurants like this; successful specialty chains, bring in traffic and more businesses! I have eaten here five times since their opening and must say the food has been satisfying; less "salty" then other BW3s I have been to, love the boneless garlic Parmesan wings and salt and vinegar fries.

First time tonight, tried the boneless wings and they were pretty kfc, but overcooked and too heavily battered so crunchy enough to break teeth. Fries totally sucked, dry and processed, again reminiscent of kfc. Tried regular wings and they were better but not great. Atmosphere was cafeteria with no decor outside of many tv's. Waitress was apologetic about meal but did not offer a discount. Meal was expensive and nothing to recommend.
