I come to this Starbucks out of all the other Starbucks in the area. The baristas are friendly and courteous, and most of all, prompt. I enjoy chatting with them during slow times, and they always make sure my drink is good. This is a quieter Starbucks than the others, but even so, sometimes it is difficult to find seating. I often go to browse on the free wi-fi during slower periods so I can sit and relax. The drive thru is there for those with places to be, but I come here to get out, not because I need my daily dose of coffee. A tip for all Starbucks patrons: use a gift card to pay for all purchases. If you authorize your gift card online, you get rewards for using your card. I keep the same gift card and reload it when the funds run out.

I love the drive thru... its awesome... I think of all my visits, only once did I actually park my car and go inside... I usually stop by on my way to work after visiting GFS, etc... go drive-thru!!

Always consistent personal service! Yesterday I went through and only had big bills. For safety reasons they don't accept anything over $20. So he just gave me my drink! So nice. I've heard if this happening before. Being a food "servicer " myself I realize this is great report. And great to keep people coming back. Thanks green mermaid lady!

I've literally witnessed two baristas, early on a Saturday morning, get into a whipped creme fight because of a lack of business, rinse (not wash, mind you) off their hands and continue working. And the steam wands have build up. And much of the staff are, for lack of a better term, bitchy. Avoid avoid avoid.

My car died in their drive-thru today. The staff could have just let me there, to figure out my problem on my own... BUT, they did not. Three of the members of this Starbucks, came out to help me move my car out of the way, and they gave me a free beverage. One of the workers also called her AAA for me and they came and helped me get my car started back up. This is by far the most wonderful customer service team I have ever seen. They definitely went above and beyond for me today, and for that I couldn't be more grateful! It's nice to know that there are still good people left in this world! These girls deserve more credit than most people are willing to give them. Just thought I would share this. I am very pleased to say that I will continue to stop here in the mornings! Thank you, ladies!!! Thank you so very much!! Oh, and the coffee is always wonderful here!!

This place used to be great, but now their service is terrible. Skip the drive thru unless you like waiting 15 minutes for your drink with no apology from the staff. I'll drive a few more minutes to the Starbucks at Glencoe for a better drink and much better service.

In terms of coffee and service, it's just like any other Starbucks. But if you want to get work done, good luck! The wifi is subpar and barely gets above 1.0 mbps, running quite slow. So if you want to work here and need the internet, it's going to be a long day for you. Also, not a lot of seating, unless you like working outside in Michigan weather. Update: Stopped here again, but went through the drive thru. Once I finally got to the window, the manager kicked out the cashier to put someone new in. But instead of first processing my order, I had to wait while they changed cashiers. I finally got my coffee after a good 5 minutes of just sitting at the window (while the line behind me grew longer), but when I got towards the bottom of my cup, it was filled with coffee grounds! This place can't even serve coffee properly.

This is a great Starbucks to come to if you want to stand around, with your long list of errands in your hand, while the baristas stand around with your drink half-made in their hands while they talk about movies, then absent-mindedly hand you your drink while continuing to talk, never bothering to say thank you. I also had to interrupt the children's chatting to remind the barista to stop pouring hot water into my Americano, because she was about to ruin it. Ugh. Will not be stopping here again, but I hope all you kids behind the counter got your "James and the Giant Peach" issues worked out.

Don't order a Caramel Mochiatto here. Ordered it today with Skim milk through the drive thru. When I stirred the drink it smelled spoiled. I have ordered this drink before and it has never smelled like that. I took the drink inside and the barista was friendly and took it back. She made a new one and said it wasn't a problem. Unfortunately, the second drink smelled bad also and tasted awful. The 2 stars is because of the nasty drink. Their customer service was just fine.

Great place to grab 'n go! There is a drive-through window here. As far as coming by with your backpack full of textbooks for an all-nighter? There aren't many tables here with great access to outlets. There is private surface parking, so it does beat parking downtown :)

This Starbucks is regularly out of basic stuff like sugar-free syrups and espresso beans. When they have what you want its on par with other locations.

Another day of work? This Starbucks is a regular morning stop for me. While not necessarily the best coffee out there, it is always consistent and gets me a good shot of caffeine to get me on my way! The staff here are always very nice and they learned my favorite drinks quickly. I never have to wait long in line even during a rush. I occasionally take advantage of the drive through caffeine lane which was fast but most of the time I stop in. The only con is that there aren't that many tables there and not the best place to hang out for long periods of time. There are some nice chairs to kick back on if you can grab one.
