Just stopped at this IHOP for dinner. Hostess sat me down, and I waited, and waited, and waited. Different waitresses walked right by me 10-15 times. Nobody asked if I wanted coffee, water. NOTHING ! 25 min passed so I left. Absolutely piss poor staff. 7/11/14 4:45pm

This place was good I have never been to an I Hop before and I can't believe what I have been missing! I love the menu . I am a huge crepe fan and when I saw that they had crepes on the menu I was all for this place! They did not disappoint! Loved my breakfast sausages as well and coffee was great. The service was excellent. My only con is that the tables were dirty even after wiping them down they still had a black residue and the silver wear a little spotty. The floors could have been vacuumed as well I'm not picky about things like that so for me to notice says something.

I was a little apprehensive about seeing it was connected to a truck stop but I chose to go since it was 2 min closer than the one in Dearborn....Im glad I did!! 1) no wait to be seated. 2) service was excellent. Waitress was friendly and attentive but not bothersome. 3) Food look good and tasted good to. Ihop may not give huge portions but it's OK a little ex. 4) The place was nice and very clean. I will be frequenting this IHOP vs the Dearborn location.

If it was an option to give zero stars, I would. We are here eating, and as the busser and waitress clean the table beside us, the tables jelly hits the floor. The table is wiped, the jelly is picked up, sat on a clean table and guests are sat there to eat. That is the most blatant disgusting thing I've seen in a dining room. Shame on IHOP. Throw away the 10¢ worth of jelly and put some new out.

I did not get the chance to see how your service at the table would be like. Your hostess was rude enough to make me change my mind. When she told my family it would be 15 minutes, I said hope it's not like the Chinese people at the nail salon and it end up more like a half hour. She snapped at me and said I'm not Chinese. Then when I turned away, she said very loud," that was was ignorant". I certainly didn't mean to offend anyone, I on the other hand am very offended.

I was so surprised at the experience we had at this IHOP. Usually when we eat at places like IHOP and Denny's, our experience is "iffy", but this time it was wonderful. We were greeted immediately by a very friendly waitress who seated us at a clean table with silverware and fresh coffee. She had our drinks out in a fast fashion and we were already ready to order. We had the "loaded potato and cheese soup" for a small appetizer and then we both ordered the "french onion pot roast" with mashed potatoes and corn. The soup was absolutely FANTASTIC. It was heaven in my mouth! Extra sour cream and some crisp pieces of bacon and I was done for. The pot roast was moist and was smothered in a delicious brown gravy with a piece of garlic toast. Yum! All in all we had a very attentive waitress, hot, delicious food and a small bill for the amount of food we shoveled into our stomachs. Will absolutely be back to this place the next time we are in town!

Wow is this place over rated and over priced, an omelet is $9.and change. You see the add on tv and this IHOP location does offer them , with no explanation why they don't the hubbs got the 3x3x3 said his original pancake was good but not that good for the price, I got the loaded baked potato soup which was serve cold it would not even melt the cheese, on a high note the service was good and the place was clean.

This place is disgusting. They put 2 dirty tables together for us. I had to goto 2 different tables for silverware. They served me decaf and claimed it was regular. Then my boyfriend had onions on his strawberry banana pancakes. We asked for the manager and he/she didn't have enough guts to even come to our table. He/she sent the waitress to tell us our bill will be discounted. We walked out and will never go back again!

They get a 5 star simply because dearborn sucks so bad that even if they did screw up...it would still be amazing! But this location is great! We usually get the same server and she's hilarious and prompt. We've had others and they are just as good. Ihop has the best hash browns hands down. I am convinced they have the strongest coffee around and probably because it is attached to a truck stop. The coffee will keep your motor running!

Waiter was great and talkative, food was not great. I ordered a Tucson Scramble with strawberry crepes (there is an upcharge to the crepes, this usually comes with pancakes). After a long wait, I finally received my Tucson scramble with pancakes. I didn't say anything to the waiter until the end, they was much excitement and talking when I finally realized is was way too late to reorder. I was not charged the upcharge, so all is right. The crepes could have been a taste changer for this review we will never know!!! I did like that you get a carafe of coffee and that you can just poor it yourself... I think other restaurants should adopt this idea... would make my dining experience a lot better at some places that are super busy. I finished that whole carafe. This location is hooked into a truck stop, it is always busy. I thought the idea to give out Celebrates from Michigan was a cute idea. We got the name Joe Dumas and sadly wanted to get Jack White. The lady waiting in line had the name Jack White. It was a great conversation piece. In a nutshell - I did not like the Tucson Scramble. I guess I am used to going to another pancake place. My party however really liked their food and was very much satisfied. The eating is up to you. I never got to the pancakes... sad to say

Had to wait for a table even though I counted over 10 empty (and clean) tables while I was standing there waiting. The food took 23 minutes to arrive after we ordered. Everything was correct and hot except my "crispy" bacon was soggy. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. She checked on us but didn't hover. The restaurant was clean.

Contrary to to the previous reviews and ratings, I think this is a pretty good IHOP! There weren't any long lines, the tables and booths were really clean, as were the bathrooms, and our waitress was super friendly! I was skeptical of this place initially, only because it's located in a truck stop, but after eating here, it quickly dispelled and preconceived notions I may have had. Plus, the food was great! Everything came to our table hot and fresh, the strawberry banana pancakes are a must have! And if you're looking to get full on a budget, order the build your own pancake combo for $7.69, you can't go wrong!

I am a truck driver and I am not impressed with this IHOP. I had the chicken parmasean with potato soup. The soup was really salty and the main entree seemed small for the price I paid. I had to ask for a refill, since their glasses are very small. The waitress did not notice the glass was empty and seemed surprised that I wanted another. Had to wait quite a while for her to cash me out, in fact I dozed off while waiting. I eat at IHOP a lot when I am home. This IHOP does not measure up. I wish Pilot Flying J would have left to original restaurant or put in another Denny's. IHOP in Woodhaven MI at the Detroiter truck stop

this has been a favorite breakfast spot of ours. The butter pecan syrup is the best, and their waffles are usually awesome. However, it would be nice if they had some combos that didn't involve eggs....

We come here quite often but today I just would like to say my bacon was overall disgusting. It was barely cooked and it was gross to eat. It wasn't that busy so there should be no reason why it wasn't cooked. Next time I will ask for extra crispy bacon.

I really like this IHOP! The watiresses always seem extra nice and the food is good. I always get breakfast so I'm not sure how their other meals are. The store in the truck stop area is pretty cool too.
