I normally order a Blonde Roast with cream and this Starbucks location's staff always acts as if this is a problem because it is a "pour over". Also, most Starbucks locations will add cream if you ask for it but this location makes you add it yourself...Dunkin Donuts will add cream to your coffee without hesitation and it is much cheaper. I love Starbucks but this location is terrible. The staff is rude and snooty, except for the poor girl running around making all of the drinks. They need to take politeness lessons from Taco Bell's drive through staff! I need to find a new regular Starbucks location...

Try the Hot Apple Cider its great. I would give them 5 stars but really $3-4 for Coffee really!!!b

The recent interior redesign has transformed this location from a place this remote worker avoids to a place I'll regularly visit. Rectangular tables that seat four have replaced the small round tables which were barely large enough for a laptop computer, and A/C power is now accessible to almost all tables.

I come to this Starbucks location often for the reason that its closest to me. Never have I had a time where the barista has messed up on my drink which is a major bonus for it shows consistency. They do a great job on maintaining a clean environment. Every time I come here to chat with a friend or two, I never have to worry about picking up after anyone else but me. They have a great staff that is friendly and they connect with their customers and that's what baristas should be all about. Awesome crew if you asked me!

One of the nicer Starbucks locations I've seen inside. It's very bright, with loads of open space. I did notice a large contingent of "Starbucks is my office" types on a Friday afternoon, and a couple of them looked kind of hostile about being near the outlets they were staking out. The staff seemed nicer than I'm used to seeing at Starbucks, and had a nice camaraderie going -- at least, from what I could tell in line. Everything I ordered was made perfectly, so no complaints there. Actually getting in and out is a royal pain, though. You have to deal with the dazed foot traffic from Kroger if you're not coming in the less-than-obvious entrance off of M-59.
