The boneless wings here are awesome. My favorite are the asian zing wings..savory with a kick!! They have a new lemon pepper dry rub that is just deliciousssss..definitely recommend. I hope they decide to keep it on the menu. The fries are addicting..they are perfectly seasoned and fried. I know that a lot of people get the potato wedges, but if you wanna venture out of your comfort zone..try the fries :)

the worst bdubs ive ever been too. we tried ordering pickup from this place and everytime the order was incorrect. I called and spoke with the manager and got blown off. always tried to make it our fault for the order. enough is enough will not go to this location. the novi location is always on point with food and service

Compared to other BWW restaurants, this one is categorically bad. The poor high-schoolers they hire receive no training or guidance, and the managers respond horribly to issues. This particular location practices a lot of cost-cutting measures, which means that you're going to get hilariously small portions of anything you order. Check out the photo: I paid an extra dollar for buffalo chips, and I think I paid about ten cents per chip.

For all the times that I've been here, I've never had any complaints! Good servers and they've always given me refills before I run out of my drink which is a plus because sometimes the wings can get too hot for my mouth. Good food and they always have lunch specials and sometimes the wings are 50 cents a piece depending on what day you go. I took away one star because the wings they serve are delicious but aren't fully drenched in the sauce sometimes.

We've eaten at this location a number of times since moving to Waterford and I'm not sure why we keep going back. We really enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings in general, but this location is far below what we've experienced anywhere else. Tonight was the THIRD time that they were out of carrots (seriously why does this keep happening?), about half of the time we end up with wings that are barely coated with sauce at all, and we frequently get ranch cups that are only about half full (which I really would not care about except that they charge ridiculously for ranch dressing). It's not worth getting repeatedly burned by the same location. Probably better to just eat somewhere else.

All of my experiences at Buffalo Wild Wings have been great. My last one was excellent. The waitress was very attentive to our table and kept checking on us and kept the refills coming - as soon as the glass was half empty we would have a new one waiting for us. Great service! We go here often for their chicken wing special and it doesn't disappoint. I usually get the seasoned wings and my wife likes the sauce wings. We switch up what we get, but I really like the Buffalo seasoning and she seems to like the Parmesan Garlic sauce. We sometimes opt for a salad which are pretty good sized for the price.

The service has steadily declined the last handful of times we went to this location and tonight was the last straw. I'll drive to another location if I want BWW. The place is always dirty, the servers are a total crap shoot and management doesn't seem to care.

I love, love, love wings!! What I like about this place is you can have such a variety of sauces.. I also love playing trivia and this is the closest place to my house I can play.. My boyfriend and I went here recently for trivia purposes and to have a cocktail or two.. Now keep in mind, I've been here a few times before and have had no complaints..but.....This past time I was here was disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We sat up at the bar - perfect for trivia.. Close to the tv and a bartender at our beck and call.. The only problem - and the problem I couldn't get past - the place stuck like a sewer.. It was so smelly I had to leave.. I overheard another couple sitting at the bar ask the bartender about it - she said there was an 'issue' with the drain... We sometimes have the same issues where I work - we pour some bleach down the drain and move on.. I'm not sure if that was really the issue, but I also don't really care to find out.. I am bummed because now I have to find a new place to play trivia and I will miss those wings!

I didn't eat any food @ this particular location. But, $3 giant beers is pretty awesome :) I'm not sure if it was a special because the NBA playoffs were on, but you can't beat that deal! Our server was nice & attentive.

Table of 4 on a Sunday night during football playoffs. We sat in the restaurant area (not the bar). Great place to watch "the game": if the sport is televised, you'll find it on at least one of the TVs here. The layout is good, didn't seem to be a bad seat in the house. Our server was very helpful, and offered suggestions. We ordered nachos w/chicken as an appetizer. Overall good, but a little on the small side. Next time, I'd pass on adding the chicken - it reminded me of the Tyson quick cuts you find in the refrigerator section at the grocery store. We ordered 36 boneless wings. I won't be ordering these again. Many were very small, and fried until they were rock-hard. The bigger pieces were OK, but nothing too special. Sauces: 1) Honey BBQ. The sugar seemed to have hardened on the pieces I had. 2) Terriaki. None of us could pinpoint what went wrong here, but it just didn't taste right. 3) Medium. Good stuff! Enough of a bite without being overwhelming.

i love B Dubs and this location in particular, it was really busy once it first opened but since the newness has worn off you can pretty much get a table or a seat in the bar area with no wait. however if you come on a friday or saturday night you might have a bit of a wait. i have attended as well as hosted fundraisers here and the manager and staff are very helpful. we also raised a bit of money too! in case you didn't know, buffalo wild wings will allow you to have a fundraiser here on specific nights and your cause will receive 20% of the entire bill! just call and speak to the manager, they will get you all set up. the servers are all really nice, they will get you whatever you need even if you aren't in their section and they just happen to be passing by. it's nice to eat at a place where it seems like the staff actually likes their job! my favorite things to order are potato wedges, boneless wings and queso dip. FYI, the ball machine is really tricky, it will steal all of your money!

My boyfriend and I enjoy coming here often. The food and service is very hit or miss however. A recent previous experience was awful with our server destini, she not only had a awful attitude but was not knowledgable about the beers or food. When my boyfriend asked about one of the draft beer seasonal selections her response was a snippy "I don't know" and when she returned again she was very impatient and rude to us. As a server myself I was extremely disappointed, especially when she forgot to place our appetizer and it came out after our entrees. She neglected to check on us after delivery and was eager to get rid of us. The most recent time we visited we had the server Amanda C, and she was FABULOUS, ENERGETIC AND FRIENDLY! Our meals came out accordingly, correctly and she was eager to meet all our need. We will return but will most definitely will request Amanda in the future regardless of our terrible previous experience with Destini.
