One of my favorite chained restaurant. Now let me tell u first that their ribs are so amazing and priced right. They literally fall off the bone with no gristle what so ever. And their pork chops are just as good. My wife and i frequent there as much as we can. Great atmosphere and great staff makes me give it 5 stars everytime i go there. Been there a lot.

I had the absolute worst experience ever here! Me and my cousin arrived at 6:45 pm, our waitress brought us our drinks and disappeared! She never came back to ask if we needed refills even though we were seated facing the kitchen ( literally ). By 7:50 pm we still had not been asked if we needed refills and we still had not received our meals. Finally our waitress noticed that we were visibly upset! She had a manager come to our table who was very nice to us, but by this time I was just outdone! Our meal was comped, but that was no gratification as our waitress made sure she tended to the table directly next to us, who came in at 7:45 and had their appetizers and dinner by 7:59! Visited this location on Tuesday and it was terrible! The rolls were too chewy to eat, my chicken lacked any real flavor, my zucchini fries were limp and oily and my broccoli tasted like someone had dumped an entire container of salt on it. Our waiter didn't come to check on us until after we had to flag someone else down to ask for more napkins and refills. Then when we paid the bill it something like $26.93 cents and we gave him $40 and asked for change. All he brought us back was a $5 and 5 $1s, umm did you assume because you sucked we were going to stiff you so you just kept the $3.07? I waited tables for a long time and would NEVER have done something like that!!! Instead of a $6 or $7 tip he only got $5 and if we both hadn't lived on tips for years we seriously would have just left him the $3.07 and walked out

We had an awful experience here tonight! After saying there was a 15 minute wait, we waited 50 minutes before we were even seated. Drinks took 20 minutes and food took 45 minutes! One of us never got one of our sides with dinner. Two managers came over to talk to us and did nothing to help with our experience! Will never go back here!

Never again. Maybe we were there on a bad night, but holy. We went on a Monday night around 5pm, so it's not like it was a weekend when it was packed. It took about 10 minutes for our waitress to finally make her way over to get our drink order, which should have been our first sign, but we hung in there because this isn't one of our usual "spots" and we were being adventerous...whatever. Anyways, we placed our order - two skewers of wings, an 8 oz steak, and a baked potato. We waited 50 minutes. You read that correctly...FIVE-ZERO. Not only did we wait a ridiculously long time, but our waitress did not come to our table once in that 50 minutes...not to check in, refill our drinks, tell us the food would be up shortly, nada. When our food finally showed up, the manager dropped it off. He didn't offer up an apology for the wait or even say anything. The baked potato was overdone, the steak was extremely dry, and everything was lukewarm. Like I said, never again.

Been here many times since this place first opened - probably over 10 years ago. It's good enough to come back, but it's not something I crave. Generally I only come here when I'm Downriver to visit my Dad and we're both burnt out on Red Robins and need a change of pace. That's typically the only reason...or if him or my fiance want steak. When I first started coming here, I would always order a NY Strip. It was always good from what I remember, but that was YEARS ago so I can't really give an honest opinion now. Nowadays I'm ordering the Logans Grilled Chicken or the Southwest BBQ Chicken. I'm always happy with my meal, and I love the bucket of peanuts and yeast rolls they serve beforehand. Well this past Sunday I decided to order something a little different, and was kinda disappointed. I ordered the Grilled Chicken & Shrimp meal. The chicken was good. The shrimp was ok. It didn't have very much flavor/seasoning. It was just grilled shrimp on a skewer. I guess I thought it would have some Peppercorn sauce on it like the chicken did. I ordered a caesar salad and sweet potato fries for my 2 sides. The salad was good...can't really mess that up, and the sweet potato fries were awesome! They were thin but not quite shoestring thin, and they were crispy...sweet...delicious! I love them them. I probably should've just asked from double sweet potato fries and no shrimp! Ok...the worst part of the dish? The rice! O...M...G...it was terrible! It came with the dish. I think I had 2 bites of it and that was enough. It's reminiscent of boxed rice, but about 2X worse! As far as service goes: -Waitress was good. -Service was good. -Food came out pretty quick. -Didn't have to wait to be seated, were seated right away. -Drinks were refilled timely.

Worst service I've ever received. I ordered their chicken and shrimp and the manager came out and said the chicken was burned. The waitress came back a few times and still no chicken. We were done with our meal then it finally came and the Manger said he'll cut it off the bill and offered us dessert. We don't want your fucking dessert. We should of went to Texas roadhouse.

Last night was my first and last time there for the following reasons: 1. Drinks were watered down and took over 20 minutes to make. 2. Appetizer took 45 minutes to come out 3. Had to ask for water 3 times before our table got any 4. Every other table got seated with bread, except for ours. We had to ask for it. 5. Ordered salad with my steak. The salad was never brought 6. Ordered my steak medium and it was well done 7. My significant other ordered a chicken salad. Came with 4 tiny strips of chicken. The other half of the chicken is still MIA. 8. While deciding between the mash potatoes or the mac and cheese my server told me the mac and cheese is "really good." It was Stouffers. Don't get me wrong... I love Stouffers mac and cheese; but, when I go out, I expect home-made, not boxed and frozen. Overall, food, service, poor drink quality, and long wait times made for a less than mediocre night. Won't be back.

I come on Fridays to get their prime rib, which is only available Friday at 4 pm till Sunday. So the last 4 times I've came they don't have it, I'm here at approx 7:30 PM.So why advertise it on the menu if you don't have it when you say you will. Otherwise not too bad for a chain. For now on I'll just go to Texas Roadhouse.

I'm sitting here right now and just embarrassed that they offer no bread, slow on refills and no fried onion. No plates with our sampler appetizer. Seated my son in the middle of two other tables with several booths open.

The most average restaurant known to mankind can be found within the doors at Logans. Driving down Eureka Road on a weekend evening you will drive past many chain establishments. Red Robin, Outback, Applebee's, Red Lobster....but when you are impatient and need to make a movie at the MJR by a certain time and all of those places just look super busy and you can see the lines of people waiting for a table....that's when we find ourselves at Logans. This has happened on multiple occasions. Logans never seems busy. Ever. And for good reason I suppose. There is nothing fantastic about it. The waitstaff is always pretty good. I'll give them that, and that keeps them at two stars. The food on the other hand is bland all around. I have been there three times and tried something different every time...never have I enjoyed my meal. It's all just very average. Nothing tastes bad. Just not good. I have had a steak, barbecue chicken, and some pulled pork sliders. The pulled pork sliders were probably the worst out of the three. I got them because they had pickle and cole slaw on them like my favorite sammich at Slow's. Obviously there was no real comparison. It's just a place to not go to. That's the jist of it.

Ok. The peanuts are the only memorable thing about this restaurant.

I love Logan's. I'm a big fan of their food, atmosphere and service. I don't typically order their affordabley-priced sirloins because it's not a good cut of meat. I've been impressed with their ribeye, though. Occasionally they'll overcook it, but it's still delicious. I get mac and cheese and french fries for my sides. If I'm not feeling red meat, I'll order their teriyaki chicken with extra pineapples. It's so good, I love the taste of chicken, the sweet sauce and pineapples together. Typically we get good service here. I can't remember the last time we got a waiter or waitress I wasn't happy with. There's always a manager on the floor visiting tables and making sure everyone is taken care of. I appreciate when restaurants use this tactic. It makes me feel important. Don't come here if you're allergic to peanuts. They're on every table and the shells are strewn about on the floor.

I'm going to go to the Logan's on Eureka road soon. I hope it's like the one I recently went to out of state. I ordered the grilled shrimp, and french onion soup. The bread they served was really good, and I'm not a big fan of bread. The shrimp was very good, it was perfectly spiced. The soup...well, that was average, but not awful by any means. I don't usually like chain restaurants, but I had a good experience out of state, hope to have a similar experience again in Michigan.

Go online and register for their coupons to be sent to your e-mails. Other than that we have been here a few times, the food is mostly great! We will however never order anything with the lobster tail again. My husband and I have never had to use a steak knife to cut our lobster tails at any other food establishment. I do love their salmon though!

We go to Logan's Roadhouse whenever we have a taste for steak. The staff is friendly and efficient here. In the past, we have had Rib-eye (my fav), NY strip, Porterhouse steaks, Prime Rib as well as a few salads (okay, the grilled chicken or salmon salads piqued my interest). My rating would have been a 5 but the Prime Rib did not have any flavor at all--maybe a bit more marinating or something? The peanuts available on the table reminds me of another Rib place that allowed you to eat them, then, throw the shells on the floor. The jukebox was cool because it had a plethora of songs (for free) to choose from and enjoy while you ate dinner. The music ranged from country to classic rock. Very enjoyable experiences here.

We went on a Friday night. We waited for over 20 minutes for a table. It took a long time before we got our food. When it did come my husband's order was wrong. It took telling 3 people including the manager that it was wrong before they brought the right orderwhich was about 20 minutes laterBefore it even came the waitress was bringing boxes for leftovers. Shortly later she brought the bill. I had hardly ate any of my food. I felt I was rushed out of there. The food was just ok. I will not be back.
