So 1st of all, I love Tim Hortons, I'm an ice cap addict. This locations machine has been broke for well over a week. I just now pulled through the drive thru and asked if I could clearly have a "tin" of coffee the ones you but out in the lobby for at home making. The guy told me I would have to wait 10 mins because he ad other customers to serve. So I patiently waited and waited for him and seen that he put 10 cups of coffee up to the window. Its lucky he didn't cop an attitude because my patience has been running thin with the ignorance of this store. I will never ban the best coffee but jeese oh man I was pissed when I told him 3 times "the premade coffee grounds out in the lobby" "Why do I have to wait 10 mins for a red tin of home coffee?" Ugh!

This place has the most rid-on-culous drive-thru in the world! That being said, the counter staff is always awesome with my iced capps, and this place is my home away from home (to explain; i used to live in canada and moved to michigan 1.5 years ago). The staff is always helpful; they put milk in my iced capp 'cause i ask them nicely. Yay Timmies!

Let me start by saying that I really wanted to go to BHG for breakfast, so you may be wondering how i let myself drive down the road to a Tim Hortons. Well, the power was out at BHG, then tried Sweet Lorraines, which was packed to the gills. by this time, i'm not only starving, but crabby as ever. Next store was a Tim Hortons, the last option. Overall, the oatmeal was cold, the breakfast burritos was filled with dry eggs and sausage. Looked horrendous. The cappuccino was scalding, boiling hot. No person besides someone with super human strength could drink that. So, now you know i am not super human, so I couldn't drink it for at least 20 min.

I gave up on finding the drive thru on my first check in here. The path swung around the small complex but it was rather confusing seeing that Wendy's has a drive thru of their own that made more sense (closer to the building) lol. But my second visit was a success! They put up more signs to direct drivers like me! :) their coffee beverages have been consistent and fresh. The service at 8:30am has always been fast. And the dark roast coffee? Oh that sweet cup of joe... It's the reason why I survive Mondays. The only reason. :) thanks!

Not one of the better Tim Horton's. I've always found the service at this location location to be slow, the food quality to be low, and they have a very awkward drive-thru. It's close to home, so every few months I forget and go there. Unfortunately, they always remind me why this isn't my favorite place. Be careful leaving on to Greenfield. There is not much of a sight line for oncoming traffic due to neighboring buildings being so close to the road.

Probably the least professional tim Hortons I've been to. The workers were using profanity right behind the counter. In addition the drive thru is very confusing and inconvenient

Snapshot: Double-check that drive-thru order or expect an error! Trust a Canadian to know the quality of a Timmy's franchise; it's part of our shared cultural heritage. First, any combo Tim Horton's must be viewed with great suspicion, for coffee shops are invariably better when freestanding. A missed opportunity to set the gold standard for a Wendy-Timmy partnership of excellence, this is a location of convenience only. This place isn't a particularly good Timmy's. It lacks a standard of cleanliness or care. As the only chain coffee shop in the Berkley-Southfield area, this site gets slammed during rush hour by caffeine-fiends looking for their next hit. The captive market barely receives adequate service. Employees are free to show marginal interest in performing basic job functions like confirming orders or correctly preparing coffee, smoothies, doughnuts or sandwiches. Ask if a doughnut is available, and you may well be casting aspersions against the cashier's mother. Minor complications, such as ordering more than four items or asking that all Timbits be a seasonal flavour instead of the dreaded frosted cake (dry and ucky), are treated like a headache. Always, ALWAYS make sure to double check your order before driving away. I've never had more mistakes at this location, ranging from being given the wrong doughnuts to getting a large hot coffee instead of an iced drink. Half the time, specialty items for the season are not carried or the employee manning the drive-thru has no idea what I am talking about. When the billboards advertise a new special or a caramel swirl Timbit, shouldn't the employee know what I'm talking about? Presumably people order these more than once a day. Beats me why orders are always taken with such difficulty. Baked goods come out fresh in the morning, but afternoon and early evening purchases are suspiciously stale.

Sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes for 2 coffee's, with 3 cars ahead of us. Pretty dissapointing, coming from a former Tim Hortons employee I know the window ticket times and this was just completley unacceptable. Can't say I'll return to this location again.

To die for hash browns !!!! Knocks the competitors hash browns out of the park. Sadly though they put a napkin in the bag with my donut :( see picture. Drive thru setup is a bit funky. Mediocre service yummy coffee.

The food here is usually as expected, but the service at the drive through is hopelessly confused . Every time I go here for breakfast I dread the ordering process. I'm ordering something fairly simple, one combo right from the standard menu, and an extra coffee. Everyone there far as I can tell speaks English as their first language (as do I), yet somehow we always have to go back and forth correcting and repeating the order over and over till they FINALLY get it right. Every. Single. Time. Except when sometimes I just give up and let them give me whatever they seem to have decided cause I just get tired of repeating myself. Maybe the speaker is messed up. Maybe they all need to drink more of the coffee, I don't know. This isn't even at 5am or anything, more like 9. Also...I absolutely love those paninis...but why, when they have big signs all over the place advertising them and the store is open 24 horus, do they stop serving paninis at 10pm. Nothing says panini until 10. There are so many times I'm driving home from something and I'd so very much prefer a panini to yet another burger, but they stop serving them at 10. Boo.

If you are a vet or support our vets don't go here. We were refused a free doughnut during their national Veterans Day promotion. Owner wouldn't even talk to us to say why.

Awful Customer service. While there, we interacted with several staff members. Each member was rude and condescending in their own unique way. I didn't even want to complete my order due to how uncomfortable they made me feel. Our transaction ended with me having to say thank you twice before being acknowledged in which I received a very dry " Have a good one". When the customer has to thank the business for letting them eat at their establishment, you know their is a glaring issue with customer service.

Why do I like Tim Hortons so much?! I think I'm mezmorized by Tim Hortons mystique. We don't have TH here in Chicago, so it must just be some kind of novelty for me. Does Tim Hortons have good coffee? Absolutely! I think they produce coffee in the same vain as Dunkin Donuts - it's not the greatest gourmet coffee ever, but it's damn tasty and worth drinking. I like this TH in particular because it's right near my boyfriend's dad's house. It only takes me a few minutes to drive here and get in the awesome drive through to get me some hot, TH winter blend! The only weird thing about TH is the drive thru. I think the drive thru is so confusing because it is Canadian. It wraps around the front of the store and you have to circle around twice just to figure out how to get in the lane. I wonder if they're all like this... I may have to travel to Windsor to find out. Anyway, the coffee and donuts are good and there's a place inside to toast your own bagels. I enjoy doing that kind of thing because I like my bagels a bit burnt, so I can control exactly what is going on. I love you, TH. You should come to Chicago.

This Tim Horton's is ok. Always clean and it shares the building with Wendy's which is a plus. I haven't had the opportunity to try and of their food other than the donuts. The donuts are pretty good but not special. I do like this location as it is near my home so that gives it a plus for the convenience factor.
