love the bagels here, my go to bagel is the Honey Whole Wheat with plain old creamy yummy cheese & washing it down with a oj. i'll also get a bagel dog bone for my pup at home. i'll usually grab and go since my only complaint about this location is the dining area always seems to be in such a mess with leftovers of peoples stuff all over the tables

The staff here is always outstanding!! They are always making recommendations! I am greeted with a friendly hello and a smile every time I return! The food is always fresh and delicious! I highly recommend this location for catering, breakfast, and lunch! The open face salmon sandwich is also amazing!!

I have been twice and either something was missing from the order or in my last visit: cold food. I ordered the new Napa Valley Chicken sandwich and had to wait 5 minutes while the played "tag you're it" as to who was going to make the sandwich. I understand new sandwiches may be difficult to make, but all the ingredients were listed on the menu. I ended up not liking it because the chicken breast was not completely warmed up and the onions were wrong. I called back and the staff offered to comp. me a sandwich my next visit, but they have such limited hours that I probably won't get back to them.

Einstein Bros have great bagels, sandwiches, salads and treats. We stop here once a week in nice weather to pick up a to go picnic with the kids, always a great lunch! The staff here is very friendly. Our order was wrong for the first picnic of the year, and Chris the manager went out of her way to make it right. We'll be back for sure, thank you Einstein Bros!

The shop looks like one of a couple typical layouts for an Einstein Bros - it was larger than the ones here in Chicago and there was plenty of seating. There was free Wifi and a lot of people hanging out eating breakfast. We ordered a dozen bagels. There was a really huge choice of bagels which made me very happy. Their Everything Bagel was delicious, which is awesome. Those are my favorite. For $12.99 we got 13 bagels and two schmears. They also had a wide variety of cream cheeses to choose from (plain, low fat, garden veggie, onion and chive, etc). I thought the prices were right and everything was yummy. It looks like they have a very large selection of breakfast items, coffees, etc. All very fatty, of course, but I'm sure delicious. I was a bit unhappy that they did not slice the bagels when I ordered them. I thought that would have been standard so I guess next time I'll need to ask to make sure it gets done. I hate slicing bagels myself.

I often stop here on my way to work when I am too lazy to eat breakfast at home. I usually alternate between here and Starbucks, but this is my stop when I need a bagel (plus I can get coffee and a bagel for about the same as a coffee at Starbucks). Their bagels & shmear are always delicious. I'm not sure if they always have the pretzel bagel or if that was a specialty for a little while but that is the best in my opinion. Their vanilla hazelnut coffee is fantastic - definitely my favorite "regular" coffee of anywhere. I often get comments at work about how good the coffee smells, even after I've tossed the empty cup in the trash can. It tastes as good as it smells. The employees at this location are friendly and do a great job. Maybe because I am used to them, but I think they have better service than the other location on Woodward. I rarely come here for lunch, but on occasion I have had their bagel sandwiches and they are delicious as well. Everything tastes good on a bagel!
