Hostess took 15 minutes to acknowledge is and then had a terrible attitude. However, once we were sat, the food was great and the server was very nice.

Terrible service! Came on a weekday night and the service was just bad. Ordered drinks rather quickly but they took about 15 minutes to make it to the table - then when they did, my drink was wrong. He gave me a glass of sprite, which he had on his tray and told me it was water and he'd be back with my diet. I got my soup before my drink came. Refills took forever and the food was just adequate. The burger was a gross, thin, formerly frozen patty. Just lame all around.

Didn't even bother to sit down. Was gonna sit at the bar but it was kinda tight. Got up, went to the restroom, went to the hostess stand & asked for a table. They looked perplexed. Place full of empty tables. The boy checked the computer and said a table needed to be wiped off. Asked if I could sit at a table in the bar area. The girl says "Idk if there's a waitress over there." I said "well who's waiting on those ppl (pointing to ppl sitting at tables in the bar area). She says "what ppl?" At that point, I walked out. Smh

Walk in at 8:20pm, Outback closes at 9:30pm. We can see all the open tables (like half of the restaurant is empty), staff takes my name, party of 2 and just says "okay". No info on wait time. So we sit. Other parties walk in behind us, he takes their name and they ask "Is there a wait?", to which the host says "yeah there is. Staff is getting ready to get off work because we're about to close in an hour." WHAT?!? Have you lost your mind?! Why would I want to eat somewhere with a first impression of a rude hostess? Where me, the paying CUSTOMER, is made to feel as if I'm rude for coming MORE than an hour before you close. Customer service is everything! Without it you just have poor help.

Waited 40 minutes for the appetizer, which came 2 minutes before the meal. My "medium rare 6 oz sirloin" was a two-inch thick strip of meat that was dry on the outside and cold and RAW on the inside. Not worth the $42 paid for two meals. Won't be returning.

Used to be better or been coming on all the bad days.. Last visit the food was cooked good but the servers were stretched thin and they had 4 hosts just standing around the full lobby while tables were left dirty.

I usually do not go to this particular location because of the past history of slow service. However, we went to this location because our first choice was closed for the holiday. On this visit, the service was stellar. The food was great and I have nothing bad to say. If I have another visit such as this: I will have to move this restaurant from the avoid like the plague column to try it again column.

My experience at this Outback was not so great. I had ordered a steak with mushrooms, but when the waiter brought my steak, there were no mushrooms. He said he was sorry, and he'd be right back with the mushrooms. So I thought I'd wait. After a few minutes I started anyway because the beef was getting cold. Needless to say, the mushrooms didn't show up until long after I was done with the steak. No apology, nothing. So much for being right back. I know I won't be back to this place.

Decent food for a national chain and the bread it a main reason many people go. The staff is okay in service. The bar was busy when I went for lunch pick up. The bad thing about this Outback is that they are SLOW. I ordered on line 30 minutes prior and had to wait 15 minutes for my carry out as there was one person doing take out orders. That defeated the whole call ahead idea. If you are a regular then they have a guest reward card program that has just started. Get $5 off your 1st order and a monthly reward that you select valid Mon-Thur.

Eh. Its a change of pace from the regular chain restaurants. They got some pretty decent surf and turf meals.

Got to give this place one star for a recent curbside pick-up I did. I placed the order online for a 5:20 pick-up. I got my food at 5:43. Nightmare. 1. I placed the order online around 4:00 p.m. for a 5:20 p.m. pick-up. Single steak dinner. No special requests. 2. I showed up around 5:16 and was quickly greeted at my car and gave the gentleman my credit card. This is where they got me. There was a place for a tip. And on a pick-up order under $20, I gave the kid a $5 tip. Wish I knew what was to follow. 3. A car pulled-up to me a few minutes later. The lady inside placed an order from her. Didn't realize you could do that. It just seems to easier to order online, show up, pick-up and go. Or so I thought. 4. Five cars pulled-up in the next 20 minutes and quickly got their orders. The gentleman who was solely operating the curbside never once came to my car to explain the lengthening delay. 5. Now for the biggest insult. The lady who arrived in her car after me, placed her order from her car, got her food. Yes, she got her food before me. So, if you order online for a certain pick-up, you get your food nearly 25 minutes after your schedule time. But if you show-up, order from the car, you get your food more quickly. My food came, the gentleman never once said sorry or explained why the food was so late. So I shouted to him as he walked away that I needed to talk to a manager. A manager arrived. He was really great. And he gave me coupons for two free appetizers. He did his best with the situation and seemed concerned. I told him that his employee needs to communicate with customers if the order was messed up or is going to be so late. He agreed. Hopefully he took steps to fix this for people in the future. I threw these coupons away the minute I got home. I would never patronize this Outback Steakhouse again. And I am going to question any Outback Steakhouse. It seems they have flaws in their curbside pick-up that need to be addressed. What's said, is now I am going to have trouble giving any sort of tip before service is served. How can you tip when it's possible your food will show up 23 minutes late?

So I came to Outback because I wanted a steak and didn't want to drive too far from my home. That was a bad idea. I normally don't eat steak at Outback because I have Never had a good experience here. I order the salmon but I had a taste for a steak since I'll be going on a diet soon. I ordered the "special" sirloin with crab topping. It was not only over cooked but extremely dry. So then I tried again and ordered a ribeye medium. I'm not sure of how this happens but the center was well done but the edges were medium. Now I have a catering business and have NEVER seen a steak cooked this way in all of my life. I ate it any way because I was hungry. My waitress was very friendly, polite and apologetic. Otherwise I would have paid for my appetizer and drink and walked out. It was my fault for not ordering salmon I guess. I did however order the strawberry poptail and I was delicious!!! I guess I won't be going back any time soon once again

I decided to try Outback's carry out service and ordered online two fillet and lobster dinners at 9:30 pm. The website said the order would be ready at 9:50. When I arrived an attendant came out to identify who I was and then went in to check on my order. When she returned she said it would be just a couple more minutes and took my payment. This was at 9:52. At 10:20 I went in and asked to speak with the manager and explained that I had been waiting outside for half an hour. He simply said "We got busy." No apology. 10 minutes later they bring my order out and I head home. Upon arriving my wife and I find that the mashed potatoes were missing from both dinners. She called them and explained what had happened and got the same response I had. Simply "We got busy." No apology, no offer to do anything to try to make it right until she pushed and asked what they were going to do. That was when they said we had a free dinner we could collect next time we went in. I am so ticked I may not even go back to collect it after being dismissed as a customer in such a way.

Terrible service. Took 45 minutes to get drinks. Then another hour for the food. Short wait for table long wait for everything else.

I went here for the first time and really enjoyed it. I'm surprised the previous reviews aren't that great. Our waitress was wonderful and always there when we needed something. The food was great!! I tried the blooming onion and it was more than enough for 5 of us. I really liked the atmosphere and will be back again!

Tonight, we took a carnivore friend who lives with a houseful of vegetarians out for dinner. She craved steak, so we took her to the neighborhood Outback. Bad idea. When we walked in, we noticed a big cigarette butt on the floor of the lobby. It sat there for about 10 minutes until I pointed it out to someone on the staff. After a reasonable wait, we were seated. But it took a l-o-n-g time for our waiter to get to us. I'm always nervous when a waiter doesn't write down our orders, as it increases the chance for a screw-up. My wife ordered a drink. He said he'd bring it right away, then disappeared for about 15 minutes. He blamed a rush at the bar when he stopped by -- without the drink -- then brought it a couple minutes later. The appetizers showed up. Nothing special here at all. The main courses arrived and they were mostly right. My steak was a little underdone, but not enough to send it back. Water refills were promised by the waiter -- who disappeared again for about 15 minutes -- but they didn't come until we reminded him about them as he presented us with the bill. The place was full of screeching toddlers, which didn't help matters at all. It was, all in all, a very disappointing evening.

Walking in this place will make you think wow, what a nice outback, the decor is flawless, the wait staff was very friendly, however the food was terrible, my order was simple, steak medium well, but what I got steak was steak extremely burnt, I tell the waitress, and she apologizes but never offers to fix the problem, we talk to the manager and all she has is a bunch of I'm sorry's, I won't be back.

Stopped in for lunch today with some co-workers. Bad......SLOOOOOW service. Chicken was awful....very dry. Biggest problem was our waiter. It was very obvious he couldn't handle a party our size (7 people). Took one hour for him to even take our order. Won't be going back again.

Meh, I've experienced better. Now my mother on the other hand loves Outback. Again, meh. I have never had a dish at this restaurant that I just loved. Even when I was a carnivore I didn't really enjoy the steaks or chicken. Then I made the awful decision to order a salad. I guess that's the definition of crazy, doing the same thing over and over expecting a different outcome. Any who, my salad was dud. The service I can say during my own experience has been exceptional. The servers here are always pleasant and proficient. The wait here is usually a killer as well. At least twenty minutes if you have a party larger than four on the weekend. Call ahead for seating!

This outback is great. I mainly order curbside which is so convenient with great employees.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at any Outback. If this is what Australian food is, I will never visit Down Under. Everything took so long to come up and the restaurant isn't even that busy for a Wednesday. The Blooming Onion was so fried, we couldn't eat it. When asked how it was the greeter seemed surprised and didn't know what to do so he walked away! We had to hunt down the Manager who was nice and apologetic. The steak was as thick as a pancake and looked nothing like the pictures...but it was cooked right and tasted good - all four bites of it. The broccoli was warm, but you could tell ot was reheated and stuck together by the cheese. Please do not come here in the near future!

Can't rate the food because we placed a carryout, they said 25min, & 30 min later when we walked in to get but because apparently they don't understand curbside pick up, there was no carryout ready and they "couldn't tell us how long it would be." I should've done away with them in Match when I made a reservation for 10 (2 weeks in advance) & when we arrived, they claimed there was no reservation. I was infuriated & if you think anyone there ever cared so much as to offer a solution, you're sadly mistaken. Bad attitudes, anything but hospitable, & just straight trash!

Absolutely rude customer service! The owner is very nasty and rude! "Beth" states she owns the franchise however she was worst than the other Rude waiters! High priced food and terrible customer service where you don't get your food that you paid for will keep me away from this place from now on!!! I won't ever come back

Currently been on hold for carryout for 25 min and still holding! Ordered here twice before and waited way past the given time to receive my food and neither time was it made correct! Figured since it was a Wednesday I might have better luck but these employees are totally incompetent. I have no clue how this restaurant is still open this is totally ridiculous! Greenfield Outback you suck for real, worst sh!# ever!!! If I could give them no stars I would!

Short staffed would be an understatement. It's a 20 minute wait on a Monday night with half the restaurant's tables open.

I noticed no one has commented on this Outback Steakhouse, so let me be the first :-) I actually just came up here two nights ago with my friend, and we had a pretty good experience. Our waiter was a bit "special", but that was okay because me and my date weren't in a rush and happened to be in a very silly mood. If you haven't ate at Outback before, shame on you! The steaks are great, and their bread and sweet potatoes are even better!! In fact, I usually have two rolls of bread before I even start my main courses because it's that good. If you are a fruity drinker, I would suggest the Strawberry-Kiwi Lemonade...it has alcohol in it and is excellent!! I have never had to wait at this Outback, which is odd but definitely a plus.

My family and I went here a few months ago to celebrate my mother and niece's birthday. We had a party over 10 people including a toddler. Our waitress was extremely patient and and overall nice person. We pretty much had her going back and forth and she did it with no complaints. Even though I don't eat it on a regular basis, I always enjoyed Outback's food. I'll come back again.
