Its cupcakes so not much to debate here. Not quite sure how sugar does not get 5 stars! They make huge delicious cupcakes that are fresh and moist. The sales people are friendly and willing to offer suggestions on new flavors as well as what is coming up seasonally. I love being able to enjoy a holiday cupcake when I am in the mood and this place has it all.

Tasty, good variety, a bit pricey, but super friendly staff : ) I wish they sold milk there too, but alas they do not. Only full sized, they do not have the mini dozen that a lot of cupcake places have.

Good variety, always fresh-this Southfield store is just a storefront, they dont do any actual baking from this location. When I go I usually get their choc covered caramel pretzels and after talking a bit with the cashier she told me they deliver their stock for the day each day to this lil store front front livonia. So once their out they are out so go early! Parking can be a bit of a pain too since this parking lot is usually really packed from noon -1:30 ish.

Absolutely LOVE these cupcakes! My favorite is the red velvet cheesecake. They are fresh and moist:) Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the price for one cupcake is about $3, which is pretty expensive :/

I was in the area and I happened to see this shop. I decided to stop in and try out their cupcakes. Red Velvet is my favorite flavor ever. I already knew what I was going to order before I walked in the door. I was the only customer at the time and there were three ladies at the counter. They just kind of stared at me while I viewed their wares. Luckily I knew what I wanted but what if I was some confused cupcake lover and wanted help choosing flavors? Anyway, I ordered a few red velvet cupcakes. I believe they were $2.50 per cupcake. For the size of the cupcake, I thought that was a bit expensive. The cake itself was very moist, which I loved. However, I didn't feel that the flavor was particularly intense. It was more red food coloring and less cocoa. But the most disappointing was the frosting. I'm a cream cheese frosting addict. The frosting was buttercream with a faint wisp of cream cheese flavor. I like a tangy, bold cream cheese flavor. Not an authentic red velvet without it, in my opinion. I'd like to try other flavors in the future but I probably won't get their red velvet again.

Yay Opening Day and the 1st 150 people got a free cupcake! Staff was helpful and friendly, inside store was super cute. Cupcake display looked great and it was hard to decide which cupcake or cupcakes to get since there are so many great flavors to pick from. We got a Grumpy Cake Cupcake~ devil's food cake stuffed with vanilla buttercream and buttercream pillows of ganache on top. And a Cherry Chip Cupcake~ cherry chip cake with a butter cream topping and a cherry on top. One of my favorite cupcakes from here i'll get next time is the Pineapple Upside Down Cupcake thats super moist and topped with a pineapple and a cherry....yummy:) Also there is a great little outside area with tables a few doors down u can enjoy your cupcakes on a nice day!

I saw that Just Baked was opening via Twitter and decided to stop in on the grand opening day to grab a free cupcake. It is a small storefront near Jimmy John's and boy were all the important people there (Like ME!). No seriously, it was nice to see the Mayor of Southfield come out and welcome the business and customers to Southfield. Thankfully I was one of the 1st 150 to visit and tried the Tiramsu cupcake & purchased a Caramel Macchiato. The names sounded really interesting and so was the tasty espresso laced icing and moist cupcakes. It was cool to see over 25 varieties of cupcakes many with your basic yellow cake base and uniquely flavored icings. Looking forward to trying apple pie or cinnamon donut whenever I get the urge to treat myself to a $3.00 cupcake.

I was greeted by a nice girl when I walked in to the little cupcake shop. I picked out 6 cupcakes for myself and my co-workers to enjoy. I split the Boston Creme and the Banana Pudding cupcakes. I didn't care for the Boston Creme; they didn't have much frosting on the middle, which is what I was looking forward to. The Banana Pudding cupcake, however, was delicious. Overall, the cupcakes are the right amount of soft and creamy, and they taste fresh. I'd definitely recommend for the occasional sweet tooth.

Fun location. Great owners. Always fun to chat it up with. People complain about the price. I don't mind the price on one or two but would love to see a better discount on a dozen. HINT: In Thursday's Detroit papers, they often have a Buy 2 Get 1 Free coupon. I love going over there when I clip those. Also, Costco has discounted Gift Certificates, to save you some more money. But the selection is always strong. I can't remember them not having what I wanted.

Even while becoming a bit "chain"-y, this place really does make some amazing cupcakes. They they are huge! It's easy enough to just share one, but who wants to do that!?!? Great variety and always fresh.

I was in town for business and needed cupcakes to bring to each appointment. My only complaint is how late all the cupcakes places open (11am). That makes it tough for business people. I do have to say though, I emailed the company from their website on this in my urgent search that morning, and received many responses. Thank you! One appointment fit into this time schedule and I stopped in to pick up 3 orders. I had one of the nicest experiences in my stressed rush I ever could of asked for. The owner, Andrea, was so kind and caring. I felt completely taken care of as she even made a delivery nearby for me for free! To have a business really care about what they do makes it so enjoyable. The cupcake selection was beautiful and looked so yummy! I was a success at my meetings because I found this place.

I'm a fan of Just Baked!!! When I went in the ladies were awesome! Great custom service the only problem I had was they didn't have the cupcakes I wanted to try out! Well next time!!!!

The first few days they sold out by the time I got in from work. I was very troubled. So, the Saturday after they opened I got there early and bought 1/2 dozen. Every cupcake we've bought has been the most moist, melt in your mouth piece of heaven. The carrot cake was really delicious, although I was disappointed because the cream cheese frosting was very weak. The cinnamon donut was top notch, as was the pineapple upside down. My husband loved the Boston cream and the banana vanilla wafer cupcake. I've bought about 1.5 dozens within 2 weeks time. Sadly, my waistline says that I won't be a regular.

Like the previous woman, I was in town on business and needed cupcakes for potential clients. The service was top-notch. For once, I felt like someone was taking care of me and not just taking an order. They were quick to recommend a variety and added a seasonal bow. The package looked great, I was proud to bring these as a gift. The cupcakes looked so awesome, I had to get some for myself to bring home. It was hard to narrow down which ones I wanted personally, because every flavor was one I would want to try. Taste: delish! Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.
