Great service, the guy was super nice and cared that we were getting what we want. comfortable, modern atmosphere. The smoothies were awesome, the fruit was definitely fresh.

The dining room has a clean and open feeling, the staff was nice, and my smoothie was delicious and healthy (Chiamon). Only downsides were the high price and messiness of my sandwich (California Veggie). I will be back to try more smoothies.

Great place! Fresh, great service! I work downtown and I love that they deliver when I'm in a pinch!

I was in the mood for a smoothie & veggie sandwich after my stop at a nearby salon. Used my Yelp app to check out local deli's for quick meals since I didn't have much time. Ended up here getting the basic Veg sandwich. It was great, all the produce was very fresh, no signs of wilt on the spinach and the cucumbers were very crisp. Grabbed the pumpkin smoothie because it was described as Pumpkin pie in a cup. To make that 100% accurate, it would need some crust or graham cracker accents. But for a smoothie, and being made of fruits & veggies (pumpkin!) it was great. Sure beats spending $4 on a pumpkin latte that is all artificial at a coffee shop. Is it cheap? No, but for fresh fare, and healthy options, sometimes you have to pay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were also very excited to be participating in Rochester's downtown Halloween activities later that day, which was endearing. Love seeing businesses get into the mood & interact with the community!

Service is a bit slow. The smoothies are not great, and overpriced. I haven't had a lot of the food, but I do really like the California Veggie sandwich. It's still overpriced though. I make better smoothies at home.

Convenient location and awesome smoothies makes Beyond Juice a favorite of mine and my co-workers. The Tahitian Tease is my favorite! I have always had courteous and professional interactions with the staff and owner and love to help support local businesses.

Definitely not worth the $8 price tag. I got the Popeye smoothie and didn't realize that when it states almond milk is used, that there were going to be big chunks of almonds in the drink. Didn't bother me much as I like texture, I would just like to know to expect that. Flavor was lacking even though the drink consisted of a variety of things.

I've visited Beyond Juice multiple times, each trip I always leave beyond satisfied. There are so many options! Perfect for a meal when you are in a hurry but still want something healthy! I love this place and will absolutely return!

Very bad customer service, not by the employees, but the owner. Sometimes the food is great, other times you get an overpriced heap of lettuce with a thimble of dressing. I don't take well to an owner of a business belittling his employees, very unprofessional in my opinion. Also, since I work downtown, my co-workers and I go there often. The last straw for me was when a customer received her order, looked at it and asked if she could just get a refund because it wasn't what she ordered - the owner threw the money back at her! WOW - don't waste your time!

Been going to this place for 2 years as have all of my co-workers. The owner doesn't know any of our names, never says hello to any of us. Every time you go in there, there is someone new working so you wait a while for anything you order. Owner is usually there with a scowl on his face, barking orders at employees but not interacting at all with customers. Very inconsistent.... he had one employee that was great and made our food very well, but now every time you go in you're not sure what you're going to get. It's very expensive for what you get and all of his food comes from Costco- Kirkland's brand all over. Sometimes what you get is great, other times- not so much. The problem is this: if you have something wrong with your food the owner will get annoyed with you and say it's not his fault, you must have ordered it wrong, or you didn't tell him you wanted it like that. He NEVER will apologize or try to make it right- he'd rather you just leave and go away. He is perhaps one of the worst owners of a small business I've ever encountered. You just don't treat your customers, especially REGULARS, like that. There's 5 of us here that go on a regular basis and NONE of us will be going back now. We usually go 2x a week and spend about $12 each time. Treat your customers like you don't care and they will go elsewhere. I do not recommend spending your hard earned money in this place- Rochester has a lot more to offer.

I went in for a smoothie, I came out with both a smoothie and a sandwich! So, yes, there are items "beyond juice" here indeed. The tuna sandwich that I got was good, but nothing to blow me away. The smoothie, though, that was great! Berries, banana, honey, vanilla, and "basic formula" put together and dubbed "Total Energy." Who *doesn't* want Total Energy, right? It tastes darn good, so I understand why it's their most popular smoothie, even if I didn't feel like running laps after drinking it. The tagline of "Meal in a Cup" is sort of off-putting. I'm not sure that I like thinking of drinking my meals. That makes me feel geriatric. But hey, maybe that's just me. Their offerings do go "beyond," but the real star here is indeed the smoothies.

I found this place during my first trip to Rochester (I was wedding gown hunting). With my mom and soon-to-be-mother-in-law. We all wanted something light and quick for lunch. Driving down Main street, we found Beyond Juice. Salads, sandwiches, and soups. Exactly what we needed. What we ordered: 1 Turkey Cranberry sandwich, 2 California Veggie sandwiches Pros: -All 3 sandies were scrumptious. Veggies were fresh and crisp, bread was fresh. -Each sandy comes with a side of potato salad - it's great, not too dry, just a little tangy. -Perfect amount of food for a fulfilling but not too heavy lunch. -Prices are fair. -Customer service is pretty good, the cashier was patient and polite. -Location seems to be ok; if you sit by the windows, you are looking out at Main St, good for people watching. Cons: -Not ideal for large groups (over 2 people), as there was only 1 table big enough for 4 people. People were using the one and only big table, so we had to squeeze into a 2-top table and steal a third chair to stick on the end. -While the staff is friendly, the service is SLOW. Aside from the one group of people (who had already eaten and paid), we were the only customers. It's good that they make each sandwich fresh, but I really don't see how it took 2 people 25 minutes to make 3 sandwiches? Bottom line - It's ok, nothing special. The slow service wasn't that big of a deal for us, we were busy chatting. I would definitely recommend it to someone in the area who wants something somewhat healthy. I'll be back in Rochester in a couple months to get fitted for my dress, but I'll probably try something different.

This is a pretty good place for smoothie in Rochester. I forgot what I ordered but it was creamy and lemony but not too much and it became my favorite. But it's little expensive as a smoothie. I need bigger size if I pay that much.

Beyond Juice has actually re-opened and moved to a new location downtown. I came in when they recently re-opened and their credit card machine was not set up yet, so I was sad and was about to walk out. But the owner said it wasn't a problem and the next time I come in I could pay for my smoothie. I thought that was awesome! Surely enough I came back in the next day to pay for my smoothie and get another one. I always get the "Alive" smoothie. It is very good. Made with fresh fruit and orange juice! I would recommend this place to anyone.

I went it for the cranberry turkey sandwich and I still have to stick with my original review and say that I could easily make most of what this restaurant has to offer at home. They have pretty decent soups that are hearty enough to warm you up and keep you full now that the weather has started to cool down a bit.

I heard some people talking about how this place was really much more than "juice" and their sandwiches were great. I wasn't very hungry, but did try one of their smoothies. It was HUGE. It really was a meal in itself. Give it a try. It's a small jewel.
