This place is a delicious hidden gem off of Westnedge. Made to order salads and delicious soups that are ell labeled with low fat, vegan, spicy, etc. They let us sample the soups to our hearts content. Great service, very clean and a good choice if you are trying to eat healthy.

I had seen this place several times and finally decided to try it. It was pretty good. Let me start by saying I am not a big soup person. It's not that I don't like it, I would rather just eat something with more substance. That being said, I did try the chicken enchilada soup and it was really good. I ended up ordering a cup for my wife and me to split. I also ordered the Southwest Turkey sandwich. It was good as well. I ordered a whole and it was a decent size but certainly smaller than a footlong from Subway. My wife ordered half of a Chicken Greek wrap. With this we were both less than impressed over. There was an obvious lack of chicken and the wrap just needed more. There wasn't enough food to justify the price on this one. She would not order this again. I guess what most everyone else has said seems to be true; awesome soup but sandwiches are lacking. I would still go back, but only for soup.

This is the best soup I've ever had. I don't even like soup that much. The lobster bisque was really flavorful and rich, but what I liked the best was the chicken pot pie soup. Like how do you even make soup this good? Add some breadcrumbs to the chicken pot pie soup and it's seriously some of the best food I've ever had.

Hubby and I stopped for a quick lunch. It was great to "try" a sample of the various soups before making the final choice. Really enjoyed the Pot Pie soup. We will surely be back in the future to try more of the soups. The sourdough bread was also very good.

Just tried this place for the first time today. Soup is amazing! A little bit over priced but I can deal with that. When it comes to the sandwiches, we felt completely ripped off. The size and quality of the sandwich was extremely sub-par. There are many other comparable soup and sandwich shops in the area that having bigger, higher quality portions for a smaller price. If I wanted Kraft slices and processed looking lettuce and tomatoes slapped on a 20 cent loaf of bread, I would do it myself at home for a fraction of the price. The only time I would consider returning is for a cup of soup to go, and that's not even very likely.

Zoup I am so sorry I didn't know you were here. If I would have know I would have stopped in many times. Please forgive me and let me come back again. I was at the UPS store and there you were. I grabbed a Loco Burrito salad to go. The beauty is it doesn't cost much more than the salad bar I have been going to at Earth Fare. It was so fresh and it evoked the funness of Mexican food without the calories. Yeah! Next time I will try a soup too. It is great that it looks as though there will always be a gluten free option.

We stopped in here for the first time and the staff guided us through the menu and encouraged samples. They patiently helped me trouble-shoot my picky eaters and guided me in narrowing the choices when I would have been happy with anything on the menu. The food is fresh and the soup flavorful. I was served the wrong gazpacho but was happy enough not to go swap it. This is a great lunch place.

Very sad that Zoup took so long to make it to Kalamazoo; I've been enjoying them for a few years in Grand Rapids. The smell of the various soups simmering is absolutely phenomenal and the taste rivals most restaurants without question. The little samples are an added bonus so that you can try as many as you'd like before making your decision... But word to the wise; please sample only a couple and move forward if the line is long or it might play out like an episode of Seinfeld "no soup for you" :). The prices might seem a little more than you want to pay but they are definitely not out of line considering the quality of their product. I had a box lunch of lobster bisque, hunk of bread, burrito salad, and a cookie for about $10 and I'm stuffed. The bread was soft and perfect. The only comment to the negative perhaps is that the dressing was a bit spicy so use in moderation or try something like ranch. Enjoy!

Wow! This is a must if your around Target on Westnedge. Multiple soup recipes, amazing service I was quite surprised with the spicy crab and the overstuffed bell pepper has no comparison. Make sure you put Zoup on the top of you list for lunch!

This place is perfect for lunch or a cool rainy day. The atmosphere is very friendly as well as their employees. Their seating area is limited, but the food makes up for it. Their soup is superb and they have a wide range of choices, as well as sandwiches and salads. It would be good for a brunch with friends or a business lunch, or a to go dinner to enjoy with Netflix or cuddled up with a good book.
