My parents live close to Wings Etc. and go there often. When we were visiting for Thanksgiving weekend we met there for lunch. My Husband is a wingoholic. We never miss Wing Fest in Chicago. We were delighted by the variety of sauce options. My Mom swears by the Tweener, I liked the Asian Spicy, and my Husband liked the Suicide. The wings were big and juicy and the beer was nice and cold. Very Good! The place was clean and service was good. We are looking forward to going back when we visit for Christmas.

Yeah, it's alright. Kudos for being non-smoking; but the drinks, service and food are all so-so. I much prefer the wings at BW-3. The place is always hot in the summer, like they're misers with the A/C... I haven't been in there in the winter - I wonder if it's cold...?

Pretty good wings. Plenty of sauce, unlike some other places... The pretzel bites are good. Everything was hot when it came out and that's a plus. Wait staff is very friendly and attentive. When you don't have to ask for drink refills, but they're not asking you how you're doing after every bite, that's great in my book. As usual, it's about personal preference, and I know there are people that don't care for this place, but we enjoy it. This location is a bit out of the way, but they are usually less crowded and have plenty of TV's for Sunday football.

Great bar / restaurant for sports, pub food, and beer. Very clean. Food consistently prepared. Family friendly with games for the kids. No, it isn't fine dining, but if want a great burger or some wings, can't do much better. Have healthier options too, such as fish tacos and grilled chicken. Service is top notch.

This is a great place for couples or parties. Excellent food always HOT. Waitstaff is 2nd to none. Always friendly, courteous, and attentive. Give it a try whether you a a few minutes for lunch or want to watch you favorite game.

Wing Etc... This place is great. This one particularly. I have been to both locations in the Kalamazoo area and this one has much better service. The wings are good and much bigger than Buffalo Wild Wings. Mondays are 59¢ wings which is a great value. I definitely recommend this place.

Lowest possible rating in customer service. I guess since they answered the phone i have to give a star. Very rude and non accomidating. Almost seemed as if my business was annoying to them. Guess i wont bother them anymore.

This place is good, not great. It had a number of TVs to watch and the food was fine. It is a great place for groups or get together. Bottom line the food is good, the price is right, not a bad place. I would go again.

Nice bartenders and staff, non-smoking, free wifi. They don't have a lot of electrical outlets for laptops, but that's not an uncommon problem. Music playing (juke?), TV's had games, some video games. Didn't try the food, other reviews suggest it isn't that great. I'd rate the bar as 4*.

I've been here twice already with friends and both times the service was on point. Servers were quick to fill drinks and make helpful suggestions. The wings were great as well as the curly fries. Better value then b-dubs for sure.

I was worried that because I was in Portage, Michigan there wouldn't be a sports bar in town that would allow a lone Seattle fan use up one of their televisions to watch the Seahawk/Jets game. Luckily, at Wings Etc. there are televisions located EVERYWHERE in the dimly lit and somewhat worn down eatery. Our server was more than happy to flip the channel for me to enjoy the end of my desired game. After this was accomplished I was quite happy. Mission complete. I was now ready to enjoy some delicious bar food. Sadly, the food couldn't enhance my good mood. Overly hot sauce soaked boneless wings and mediocre fries couldn't keep the good times going as I watched my team beat up Sanchez and company. At one point it felt like I was just eating hot sauce breading as I attempted to dunk the humble sized chicken wings in the poor, barely Kraft quality, blue cheese dressing. Our server was nice and was very attentiive on my table's drink refill needs, but her service couldn't save the food. I am just a visitor of Portage but I'm assuming there are better places for wings and fries than this place. Wings Etc. The etc stands for televisions, friendly service, crap food. Go Seahawks.

I just ordered 100 wings for the Superbowl, and spent around $70. When we opened the boxes it was borderline pathetic. Someone just threw them into the trays and drizzled sauce all over them, half of the wings didn't even have sauce on them... I don't know how you can specialize in chicken wings and not properly cover them in sauce. Also, I wasn't aware "medium" wings just meant no sauce at all, they weren't even buffalo wings, completely tasteless and no spice at all. Needless to say I wont be returning.

Wings Etc. has an abundance of HDTVs. I think they're there to distract you from their mediocre food. I ordered ten boneless wings in 'Tweener (Buffalo) sauce. I got a basket of dry chicken nuggets only partially covered in watery orange sauce. Worth $7.99? Ha! HA! As I shoveled the dry, crumbly chicken lumps in my mouth, I could only close my eyes and dream of BW-3.
