Baked goods are stale and overpriced. Coffee is old and cold. The worker in the back needs his inappropriate music so loud that it conflicts with the music playing in front. Lousy atmosphere, lousy food, needs cleaning, indifferent service. Save your money, go elsewhere, anywhere else. I had to give it one star to post this review, would like to select minus 5. Worst place ever, and I have traveled around the world a few times.

This is a pretty good place to stop for breakfast or lunch. Of course they have oodles of delicious bagel types from Asiago to French toast. The ambience is relaxed, though a little chilly, probably from the frozen yogurt, which I have yet to try. Whether you just get a bagel and coffee or a bagel sandwich and smoothie, I have yet to be disappointed, and they're great for on the go

DO NOT CALL IN AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY The employee on the phone gets very pissy and annoyed at the fact you are paying them for food and proceeds to what seems like threw the muffins into the bag and when we got them they were very smushed and gross:( very disappointing.

I quit going there when they priced me right out - last time they raised their bagel prices was right about the time the minimum wage went up to $8.15 an hour and when I commented on the huge price hike, they told me they had to compensate for the minimum wage somehow. The bagels were good, but certainly not worth what a dozen costs. And they always seemed to be out of the ones I wanted. Haven't been back since. If you go there, be prepared to pay.

Take some pride in you job. Stopped in for a breakfast sandwich and I saw an old egg sitting already cooked in a container. The guy making the sandwich didn't make a new one instead he reheated and burnt the crap out of the old one so I end up with a crappy sandwich. It's pathetic that people don't take any pride in what they do these days.

I like their bagels and they are a cute little spot but their coffee is atrocious. Also the fact I'm pretty sure they spat in my coffee cause the old lady couldnt explain to me why their machine couldn't give me a small hot chocolate. Yes I got a little snippy but it was for my 4 year old. When I was able to get her to explain why the small cup was not an option I then told I was sorry and I would just deal with medium cup. I really wanted a small hot chocolate for my 4 year old since he doesn't need much. So I get my Mocha which doesn't taste like coffee at all and they gave a large hot chocolate for my small child. I just then ate my bagel and left. Didn't drink my drinks at all but won't be back. Gross coffee and they don't really listen.

I'm typically a fan of Big Apples but for some reason, this location was a miss on the day I went. My bagel sandwich was supposed to be toasted and turned out only slightly warm. The egg was really small, but ham and cheese were good. The other bagel purchased, swiss with veggie cream cheese, was LOADED with cheese, probably could have been happy with half the amount. Ended up being a huge mess. Suggestion, cream cheese on the side. Bagel itself was pretty tasty though. My coffee, Irish Cream, tasted off, watered down, just not a whole lot of flavor. I'd probably go back but if I'm basing this review on their competition for this morning time frame, I'd have to say Biggby Coffee right down the street beats them out by a star.

Bagels. They have them ALL. Always fresh. Coffee alway fresh and hot. Clean place with a quiet, wide variety of customers. Free WIFI. Lots of parking even during peak times. Lines always move quickly.

Stopped in on our way back home to Battle Creek. Half off bagels because they were almost closing! Doug and Dalaney(?), were awesome! Doug made me laugh the whole time. They made my experience amazing!!! This is the only BAB I visit because my experience is always great. Thanks for the laughs and delicious bagels!
