Ate here many times during a ten day visit. Always clean, prompt order that was accurate and delicious. Staff was always friendly and kind.

I'll give 2 stars for food quality but this place needs a corporate visit and a management team that cares. Right from the front entry the patio needs to be swept and mopped and the tables and chars scrubbed free of bird droppings. Dylan took my order and really is lacking customer service skills. He also needs to keep his hands away from his nose in gust service area. Both he and the other cashier were both eating between customers instead of cleaning dining room. There was only one person working the hot food station and when a drink order popped up he had to go make it. Why not the cashier who roamed around doing nothing while the food cook was cooking food. Not sure what the manager accomplished as he seemed to be walking in circles with empty hands for about 20 minutes until he was handed an empty cream pitcher from a guest. Then he jumped into action and refreshed the coffee bar. The floors needed sweeping and mopping as did the carpet. The restrooms had dust on the light covers and the dish stations should have been emptied. Times change and this place has gone downhill.

They have a great rewards program. Always loading up special offers on your card when you go there often. The chipotle chicken panini is great, quality every time.

Below is a review I posted about my experience at the Plymouth library, followed by my experience at Panera. What a contrast. I didn't catch his name, but Panera should be proud of the manager working at Panera the night of 3/18/15. He's a good neighbor and a good example. His small, simple gesture made our night, and highlighted the library's lack of customer service to the residents of Plymouth. Here's the library review, which mentions Panera and its manager in the 4th paragraph: As you can see from my review history, I'm a "regular" in Plymouth, and I typically give good reviews. Not this time. We have lived in Plymouth for more than 10 years, we love it here, and we spend a lot of time at all the local establishments, including the library. But never in our 12 years living here have we had a worse customer service experience. The library itself is fine. The staff is another story. I'm sure this isn't the case with all the staff, so let me be specific. It's the front desk staff working the night of Wednesday, March 18th. If I could give these particular staff members at the Plymouth District Library a zero, I would do so without hesitation. Unfortunately, the system is forcing me to give them one star. Don't buy it. They don't deserve it. My 9-year old son has been sick, and asked me to pick him up a book. He told me the name of the book, and the general location. It was already close to 9 p.m. so I knew I had to hurry. I pulled up at 8:58, walked through the electric doors at 8:59, and was greeted with absolute disdain (God forbid somebody try to grab a quick book when they're still open). I tried to be nice and said, "I just need to grab something really quick, for my son." The first response was, "Is it on the hold shelf?" I think the woman knew the answer, but wanted to be intentionally difficult. I said, "No, it's not, but I know the name and location." Then came the next shot -- "Our computers are already shut down." I looked at my watch...still 8:59. Really? So the computers close down before the library closes? I guess anyone who was in line at the time was out of luck. Does management know this? Still maintaining my composure, I absorbed the blow, said, "Wow, lots of help," and walked out. By the time I got to my car it was 9:01. Out of luck, I guess. The only other thing my son wanted was a chocolate chip muffie from Panera. Of course, Panera also closes at 9, but I knew it was close, so I decided to take a shot. I had already been shot down once tonight, so why not? I pulled up about a minute later and ran for the door. Just as I was jogging up, I saw the manager turning the key to lock the place. He saw me slow down and shrug, but instead of taking the easy/lazy way out, he unlocked the door and asked what he could do for me. I said I just needed a muffie for my son who was home sick. He welcomed me in, got the muffie for me, and even threw in a freebie since it was going to waste otherwise. What a wonderful move. And it took him literally under two minutes to help me and my family. What a contrast to the way I was treated at the Plymouth District Library. I genuinely hope the library and its staff takes note of this contrast. You can change someone's night, and someone's entire perspective on your business with the way you behave in just 60 seconds. On one hand, you (the library) and your staff, found it far too off-putting to help a resident who walked in at 8:59 (in fact, they had shut down their computers before they were even officially closed). There were four employees standing at the front of the library, any of whom could have taken just a few extra minutes of their time to help me and make my son's night. But not a single one had the time. Meanwhile, the manager at Panera, several minutes after they had officially closed, had no problem going a little bit out of his way. It made my day, and I'm thankful. Plymouth District Library, take note of Panera. Perhaps some lessons in customer service, in manners, and in simply being a good neighbor would do you some good. Or maybe it wouldn't. Maybe you're just hiring folks who don't want to be put out by going a minute or two past quittin' time. What a shame. I hope Plymouth won't ignore this, and instead maybe think twice next time. One minute can really change the way someone feels about you. On the bright side, you provided a really good example for me to share with my son about how not to treat people. Thanks. I guess that earned you the one star.

Service is poor and with attitude. Only reason I'm leaving a review is this is third time. Order was wrong, salad was smallest portion I've seen and the person making the food had a chip on her shoulder and slid my food at me and turned away without a word. Tip to the owner. Hire people who are pleasant and can deal with public. Don't eat here

Overall great. Great location and great costumer service. Food was a bit on the salty side.

Sesame Asian chicken is my favorite and pastry is fantastic even though little pricy and worth every bite of it! If you are looking for fast/cheap eat; this is not the place!

I like Panera. It has a nice atmosphere and good food. The staff is generally nice. I have one complaint though: The staff seem to consistently messing up orders. It seems like 20% of the time I go there they mess something up. Usually it's the items on the sandwich I specified, sometimes it's getting me the wrong thing. I'm pretty forgiving and they've always fixed it if I bring it to their attention, but its happened enough that I'm going to start asking the person taking my order to read me back what I placed. I hope management starts addressing this.

There are those that hate and love Panera Bread! For me, I'm in the middle, I'm not in love with it nor do I hate it... But one thing for sure, I love their Asiago cheese bagel! Of all the bagels they have, I'll have to say this is my favorite. If you haven't tried it, give it a try with their veggie cream cheese! There coffee is good too! If you do get the coffee, be careful as they are HOT! In addition to bagels, they have breads, donuts, and pastry items, sandwich, soups and cold and hot drinks. They also have free wifi, so give the place a try if you haven't.

This Panera is a great location, and it's just like any other Panera you would expect. I've had lunch here a few times and it's usually pretty packed. Not swarming, but very busy. Wifi is free but has been slow a few times during the busy hours. Panera food is OK, a little pricey but usually worth the small premium. Except I've never been impressed by their sandwiches, for those you might as well find a smaller sandwich shop.

It doesn't have the mom and pop charm that most places in Plymouth have but it does have other good qualities... 1. The staff are generally very friendly and nice even at busy times like Sunday mornings. 2. You can sit outside and the patio is covered. 3. They have very good hazelnut coffee! 4. plenty of seating, you don't have to stand around waiting for a spot 5. it's very clean, bathrooms are never messy 6. It's right near the trail by the creek and its right in the downtown square, great place to grab a coffee or a quick bit before walking around or heading over to the Penn Theater to catch a flick

I think Panera in general is good, but not necessarily great, and this location seems to follow that trend. On the positive side, things like their soups and baked goods are tasty, and very consistent. If you order a cup of broccoli cheddar soup, you can be sure it will be the same each time. The quality is higher than what you will find at many other quick-serve chain joints, and it is likely a bit on the healthier side. For those who are concerned about their caloric intake, they list how many calories are in a particular soup/salad/sandwich right on the menu as a quick reference. The downside is that the price is a bit higher than your average shop, but the quality is a little higher. Being that Panera is a chain it is lacking a little bit in individuality/personality, so I have a hard time giving a much higher rating.

Typical good Panera food. But the staff is horrible. They don't pay attention to the customers and they are slow.

Nice place to study on a Sunday when the local libraries close early. The staff is friendly and they don't mind if you are there all day. Food is good too, just kinda on the pricy side though.
