The service at this Zoup location is amazing! Once, they forgot the dressing for my (carryout) salad and when I called to ask if I could just pick some up after work, they apologized profusely and said they would give me a whole new order. Today,I stopped by, not knowing what time they opened, 10 or 11 and when I saw 11am posted on the door I turned around to leave. They came out and told me to come in, stating that they would be happy to take my order. Anyone in this area that wants awesome soups, sandwiches and salads, this is the place to go!

The new manager is amazing! He went above and beyond for my order and he really was a good breath of fresh air :) also soup is amazing on a cold day in michigan! I got this bell pepper soup and the Asian salad yumm

Love this Zoup location. Lots of great soups and sandwiches. My favorite soup is still the Broccoli Cheddar and my favorite sandwich is the Pesto 3-Cheese. My son loved the roast beef sandwich but sadly that has been removed from the menu. It can be crowded here but wait times are not bad and it has always been clean when we visit, usually at lunchtime.

The staff here is always friendly and inviting :) they also offer employee discounts for hospital workers across the street! They do have awesome soups but as for my personal preference they are a little bit limited in soup and sandwich selection. But in their defense; this is a SOUP specialty restaurant. This is obviously an excellent restaurant stop for the Winter time. But I definitely now have a go-to place for when I need a chicken Sonoma wrap or chicken Greek salad

I love the Lobster Bisque soup...however the Cobb Salad I had today was less than stellar as it seems they are prepared in a very inconsistent manner. Today the chicken was very sparse and some were inedible due to the gristle. Overall I love this chain and am s frequent customer.

Visited this Zoup location at 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon. Thy had obviously had a lunch rush, but it was empty when we arrived. The place was a mess - every table dirty, the floor strewn with trash for earlier patrons. We were greeted by a friendly guy - no name badge - while Christina sat in her soiled uniform at a table and read her ereader. She never looked up. The guy waited on us - not all soups looked edible, some had thick skins on the top. We ordered lunch combos and he made them quickly, while Christina sat. There was not a single table clean, so we waited while he cleaned one for us. In the mean time another customer had arrived and he had to ask her to wait while he cleaned for us. I like Zoup, but this location appears poorly managed. I

Food was absolutely fantastic! Soup, salad and sandwiches were all great. Service was also great, the employee talked us through and offered samplers of the soup. Cost was also very good compared to other large chain stores. Overall great experience and we will be eating there again.

We were in a hurry yesterday so we popped in here to grab a quick dinner while on a trip to Home Depot. My wife had been here before. This was my first trip. The place was clean and pleasant. We were greeted immediately by the counter staff as we walked in. We needed a few minutes to peruse the menu which was no problem. When we were ready to order, the server was right there and ready to go. My wife ordered the bowl of spicy chili and a small drink. I ordered the bowl of chicken pot pie and a small drink. We decided to split the turkey club sandwich. We paid at this time and I thought it was a little pricey considering no alcohol was involved. For the above order it came to $22.83. We were given our drink cups and told that it would be a few minutes to assemble and heat the sandwich. No problem. We got our drinks and had a seat. Everything was ready in less than 5 minutes and the sandwich was split and half served on each plate. I like that extra touch when we are splitting something. Everything we ordered was excellent! I liked my chicken pot pie and my wife liked her spicy chili. She did note that it was true to its name...spicy. We both liked the sandwich. Other than the high price, we would be regulars here. It was a nice alternative to Panera Bread.

I love soup, therefore, I LOVE Zoup! The selection of soup here is consistently mind-blowing--I always wish that I could order like 10 tasting portions of different soups. I also LOVE how willing they are (almost encouraging) to sample you as many different soups as you'd like. I'm a sucker, so I typically go with the lobster bisque--really good, and creamy with chunks of lobster in it (although it's probably 500 calories and 10 g of fat per spoonful). On my last visit, I ordered a 1/2 sandwich with my soup--which was surprisingly very good. It was some sort of greek sandwich, and I'd definitely recommend it if you are not in a soupy kinda mood. Overall, if I see a Zoup! around lunchtime, chances are I'm gonna stop--so maybe I should be glad (for health reasons) that they are somewhat few and far between :)
