Penn Station Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

We've been to Penn Station multiple times, most recently this past week. If you are a fan of good french fries, you need to make your way to Penn Station. A good tip off that they value their fries is the giant bin of potatoes on display behind the counter. The fries are easily the best thing on the menu and better than the fries you'll get at most places in the same price range. The subs are decent although we've found that they run on the greasy side. They are a bit pricier compared to similar sub shops but the portions are generous, they use quality ingredients and even a "small" can be more than enough for a meal. They do have a few lighter and veggie options but don't come looking for salads or other alternatives to subs as those are not on the menu. The Penn Station in Novi is new and it's a comfortable place to eat. They deliver your food to your table, which you won't get at other sub places. The only complaint on the facility is that they don't seem to keep up on the tables. Sometimes a clean table is hard to find. Otherwise, we've had only positive eating experiences at PS. Keep an eye out for Penn Station coupons. You can usually find those around and you can sign up on their web site to get discount offers.

Good subs (try the cheesesteaks sub or the Italian)! I think I like the fries best. Fresh cut and fried, and they have malt vinegar. Rock on!

5* because out of the entirety of my year long trip here in America this place has provided the best....BEST...subs I have tasted. On my most recent trip (last Friday) I actually noticed while I placed my order, Chicken teriaki, that they actually fry up the chicken from raw. I was so pleased to see this level of freshness in a sub place...I mean when compared to how unfresh subway's food can be sometimes (Squeezed out of a tube avocado...gross!) I always get philly cheesesteak subs everywhere else I go basically because they are uncomparable but the chicken teriaki here is amazing with the added banana pepper, mushrooms and onions. Kinda salty tasting (from the sauce I assume) so make sure to taste before you go all ham on the adding salt to your food here. The fries are amazing and cut in front of you, seriously while you wait watch them prepare stuff and you'll see the fries being cut and cooked in front of you. Also the cookies mmmm moist and gorgeous. AND they also provide vinegar too for your fries, coming from Ireland we put salt and vinegar on our fries almost always, so that was a great bonus. I'd love them to get the new coke machine with all the various flavours lol that would be a great bonus. Other than that I have no faults and penn station definitely deserves 5 stars, go if you are in the area!!

This place has pretty good subs, french fries, and lemonade. My go to sub is the pizza, while my wife enjoys the teriyaki chicken. The sub is consistent always tasting the same and the fries are made fresh at the location. I really enjoy the lemonade, but my wife is not a fan, claiming that it is too bitter. They make the lemonade in house from scratch. The downside to this place is that sometimes the flow of the location isn't real strong or the service. Often times there will be no one at the register to get a refill on lemonade or to pick up a carryout order. One time we waited for 10 minutes at the register and saw no one come to the register, so we left our phone in order and went some where else. On another occasion, we ordered a small fry, which is almost $2, and they gave us less than a handful, while other times they give an adequate amount. Overall, this is a good place to visit on occasion. We have had good and bad experiences, with the good outweighing the bad. However, the bad leaves a lot to be desired for this location. We will continue to visit this location once a month to six weeks.

The subs are so delicious but pretty greasy - must be from all of the cheese. My favorites are the reuben and the artichoke. The fries are the best fresh cut fries I've every had - the flavor is pure potato and cooked to perfection - not the usual droopy, greasy fresh cut fries. Make sure to get a lemonade - perfectly tart/sweet. The service does seem slow to me but the staff is friendly.

Went there on Fathers Day. They had a buy one get one free coupon for a 6 inch. Not bad. Good flavor and I like the bread. Reminded me a little of the old Tubby's hot subs. I would go back. A little pricey for what you get but with the coupon it was a good deal.

Love it! Love it! Love it! I've only tried the Chicken Philly and that's all I needed. Its great service, clean safe environment (Novi Location) and cool music! Love it.

*DROOLING* just thinking about this place. Love their food, the freshness of their fries- everything. They could use some work on cleaning the tables better/quicker It's because of their hours that I go- they're open until 10 whereas most sandwich shops close at 9. Positive environment, delicious, fresh food. I recommend you to ask for steak seasoning on the side, and add it to your fries. OH it's so good!

I work in the area and this place is one of my favorite lunch spots in Novi. I love their subs and the french fries are delicious. The service at this place is also top notch and I've never been disappointing after having lunch here and I would recommend this place highly!!!

Used to be a great restaurant. I've been coming here since they opened this franchise in novi. Food was always great, as was the staff. The last 2 times I've come here in the last few months, will be my last. Rude staff, cold food, wrong orders. I watched a staff member pick food up off of the grill AND EAT IT WITH HER BARE HANDS in front of customers. Horrible.

Cheese Steak is ehrrrmmmahhhgggehrrrddddd! Excellent! I personally got mine without mustard or peppers and my buddy told me that was a good call as he was not feeling that part... However, after he removed those he loved his just as much as mine. The fries are hand cut and soft. Overall great place!

Hubby brought me carryout from here a few days ago. I've been trying to eat healthy, so he brought me a roasted veggie sub. It sounded so blah that I was really not looking forward to it. But it was yummy! The veggies were slow roasted, so the onions were carmelized and sweet, forming a nice base for the red and green peppers. And the veggies were nicely flavored with rosemary, a little salt and olive oil. Finally, the bread was fresh and tasty. It was a good sub!

50% of the time, I get shorted on what I order on my sub. Double check your order before you leave. I'm giving two stars because the two times they got it right, and it was tasty. The other two times were a rip off where I got two vegetables on a veggie sub. Pretty sure they have more than two veggies available. Good fries. There's the silver lining.

MAKE SURE YOU READ THE MENU! I ordered a Philidelphia Cheesesteak and didn't completely read the menu and when I got it home, it has pizza sauce on it. Having never had any other place put pizza sauce on my Philidelphia Cheesesteak, I wasn't expecting it and I found it unappealing. The french fries were greasy and soft. I prefer my fries crispy. The girls behind the counter were friendly though, it was my own fault for not reading through all the ingredients on the menu board, I just wasn't expecting pizza sauce to be listed. The fries need work though.

Awesome food and fries. Owners are great. Better than any if the standard sub shops and national chains.

I stopped into Penn Station and thankfully, I read another review warning that the Philly Cheese Steak has pizza sauce on it. The sandwich is mighty tasty without the sauce and worth a trip to try! The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is clean and comfortable. Once you order you do have to wait a few minutes for your sandwich to be prepared, but the cheese is so well melted that I think the wait is worth it. Penn Station is worth a visit if you are in the area.

The subs are great on a lazy saturday afternoon when you have the munchies from an all night party around town. My only complaint is that no matter how many times I have been here they still CANNOT get my sub prepared the way I ordered it and the way it is printed on the receipt. If you ask for pizza sauce or light mustard, you get neither of them. Manager should invest in some decent and competent teenager staff.
