The owner is so super friendly, it's great and cute! He is so eager to please you. Walk in, and he'll run over with sample cups for you to try something. He also seemed to remember his regulars. "Coconut again today?" "Where's your boyfriend today?" I went two days in a row during my business trip, and he remembered me already on the second day. He obviously really cares. I tried the bubble tea on the first day. I decided to be adventurous and try the Blue Hawaii, not knowing exactly what flavor it was. He couldn't really explain it either, except that it's good and everyone likes it. I couldn't agree more! If I had to put a flavor to it, I'd say it's like a cotton candy. The boba is a perfect consistency, not undercooked or overcooked. Great overall taste. I even have to put it on par with my favorite boba place back home, and that's saying a lot! I've never found another place like my favorite! I had to go back the second day to try the frozen yogurt. I think there's about 10 different flavors, and they all look good that it's hard to choose. Then there's the difficult task of picking toppings since there's like 20 of them! I ended up with the cake batter froyo with mainly chocolate-type toppings. Delicious!

first thing- i got to this place and had to wait 20 minutes before the guy finished making tapioca pearls. second of all, this is a sad excuse for bubble tea. I guess I should have known that this place wasn't great when I asked the guy if there was milk in the tea and he told me "it's a mix". the "tea" is actually an artificially tasting drink that tasted like Splenda, and the guy made the tea by mixing the pink powder and water. the "bubbles" were hard and didn't taste like real tapioca pearls. the only reason I'm giving this place a 2 star is because the frozen yogurt was pretty good- lots of toppings and flavors. if you're looking for yogurt, this place is great but definitely don't buy tea here!

I was eager to try this place out because of all the good reviews. I moved from EL and this will be my first summer here. Froyo is my favorite frozen treat and I wanted to find a nearby shop. I went in the afternoon and I was the only person. I perused the flavors and they were all pretty boring. Vanilla, chocolate, tart, cake batter, cookies and cream, two fruit flavors. That's about all you get. I guess I'm used to having more choice in flavors. I got chocolate, cake batter, and tart. I topped with some oreos and hot fudge. They don't have any fruit sauces which kind of sucks. They only have fresh strawberries. Tart was always one of my favs but theirs tastes funny. I actually only ate a few spoonfuls of that flavor. I didn't like it. Cake batter tasted very fake, like medicine or something. The chocolate was decent but the flavor wasn't particularly rich. I don't think I'll be back because it was pretty disappointing and it wasn't cheap. I happened to go during the 20% off timeframe and it was still $4.00 for a pretty small amount of froyo and not much topping.

When we arrived, the place was empty and the employee told us he was all out of the tapioca used in the boba tea ( which seemed odd for the place to be clean out of one of their main ingredients on such an uncrowded day. We waited about 25 minutes and ordered almond tea , only to discover that the almond tea was made entirely out of artificial flavoring instead of almond milk (like most almond tea) and they only had one flavor of tapioca, and that flavor was 'black'( ugh) unlike most places that have a plethora of fruit flavors. The tapioca tasted like a stale black licorice gummy bear that had been soaking in water for a week. I do not blame the employee, He was trying to be accommodating, I blame management for having such limits both in quality and flavor.

The worst bubble tea i've ever had. I'm not even sure if it's actually made with tea, it looks like they just put powder in water. It's definitely not like any bubble tea i've ever had and to be honest it's revolting. Their ratios are completely off; The few times i've been there they always make them unpalatably sweet. I wish it were good because I do love bubble tea and there aren't many options in the area. Unfortunately Blossom Berry is not the place to go for bubble tea.

The froyo here is literally amazing. Cookies and cream flavor blew my mind. The wide variety of toppings was also awesome and the mochi and cheesecake pieces are DELICIOUS. Also love all the candy toppings and fruit is very clean and fresh. The place is very well kept and the owner is super friendly! The bubble tea is also pretty good as there aren't a lot of places in Novi that serve bubble tea. The froyo is definitely worth it though! Will be coming here much more often to get my fix!

I love self serve froyo places. Customize and create some amazingly delicious cold sweet treats. From multiple types of gummy chew to candy toppings. Several yummy flavors of frozen yogurts but my favorite was the honey Greek yogurt. I was surprised to see they have boba tea, sadly all powder flavor though so I didn't try it. I want fresh fruit boba please!!

Wow. Very happy this opened by my house. Awesome setup, many great flavors, and a ton of toppings to choose from. Ironically the most healthy one (original tart) was my favorite. When you walk in you are greeted by a very friendly staff as well. If its your first time they walk you through how it works and offer you samples. In will definitely be going back again!

I'm not sure how long this place has been in business for but I am a big fan! They had about 8 different flavors of froyo and topping galore to choose from! I typically go with fruit toppings with the original tart froyo but decided to go with strawberry balls and Mochi. My friend got the pomegranate flavored froyo...which was delicious! Best thing of all about this place is that it's open till midnight on Fridays and Saturday's. I don't understand why there aren't more ice cream places open till late in Michigan on weekends...such a shame.

I'm giving this just 2 stars because the cheerful employee on duty could not tell me if the frozen yogurt included some ingredients to which I have allergies. With so many people who, like me, unfortunately can't eat everything, not knowing and not being able to find out what's in the food is a no-no.

The girl at the counter greeted me promptly and showed me every flavor I asked about. She was patient and kind as I decided what I wanted, letting me taste every sample I wanted. The yogurt was delicious and the toppings were fresh. We have been back several times since then!

I went to blossom berry curious about how it is compared to sweet earth. I walked in and I was instantly greeted and asked if I have ever been to a self serve frozen yogurt place. I informed him that I've been to sweet earth. He still insisted on showing me all of l the flavors and toppings. I really appreciate how attentive he was to me. I choose the cake batter flavor. Hands down better than the birthday cake flavor at sweet earth. The price was the same. However, the set up was easy to navigate and there was a wide selection of toppings. I really enjoyed blossom berry!

I've always liked frozen yogurt, and Blossom Berry was a place I came with my friends every so often after seeing a movie at Emagine. However, recently, the fro yo here gave my brother and I food poisoning. I know for certain it was Blossom Berry, since my brother and I didn't eat any similar food before going there together (He was at home all day while I was out shopping with my Dad). As we had a half day this Friday, we hadn't interacted with many other people for a full 24 hours before we ate at Blossom Berry, and whomever we did see were fine on Saturday. My aunt is a doctor, and she confirmed the same thing: our sickness was a result of food poisoning within the 4-12 hours before we began feeling sick, and not a virus. At first, I merely wanted to alert the store to our mishap so they could assure it wouldn't happen again (I hadn't even asked for a refund for the money I spent). And yet, we found out through an employee that the owner refuses to take responsibility, saying that there was no way that their food could have gotten us sick. Now, I feel the need to take matters into my own hands - while I enjoy the memories I made at this store, their apathy isn't acceptable.
