I absolutely love qdoba! I eat here way more than I should. IMO for this type of restaurant, I always find the service to be good and friendly. I normally get through the line fairly quickly. The only thing I think they could work on is making sure they make enough of all their items. They have ran out of things more than a few times when I'm in there. But overall, I love qdoba food and this one has friendly service, so I come here quite often

Bad service and the food was dry, chips were not fresh. The staff was RUDE. Long line.

Once you get in the main door, you have to choose food line or dining area. Not usually a problem, unless you're waiting for someone and its cold outside. Although today's not bad. One good thing about this qdoba, and maybe all qdobas have it by now but not the ones I frequented before, and this is the only one I go to now... anyways the drinks fountain! It's the super awesome gazillion drinks one that mixes drinks inside and you just press buttons on a touch screen :) loadsa fun! I will say they do not have a lot of trash cans around. They used to have one out towards the front so you could throw it out as you exit the establishment but for whatever reason they didn't have it when I was there last. BOO! It's a fast food chain restaurant, what do you expect? RighT?

I thought we'd give it another chance, because we were hungry, in a hurry, and it was exactly on the way. That was my worst mistake of the day, we should have gone hungry. I've eaten at a lot of Qdobas around the country. I haven't reviewed all that many, as they are generally simple places to get easy food. A few miles away is another Qdoba that we've always had a decent meal at. But this, this is the worst Qdoba I've ever seen. It's incredibly slow, and filthy. How many flies are okay? Two, three, four? I stopped counting. How much trash on the floor is acceptable? It's like every table dropped food and napkins, and nobody has ever swept. Probably because the trash cans were overflowing, so why try to gather the floor garbage. How long does it take to just roll up a burrito? Longer than it takes to ring up two orders? Yeah, that long. The employees seem to have been coma patients that were almost awake. How much lime is supposed to be in the rice? Enough to make my mouth burn? Eating the rice was like eating sour candy. If you complain to corporate, the District Manager does a great job of not calling back. How sick should all four of us be after leaving there? I thought the answer was "not sick", how wrong was I? Frankly, I should call the county health inspector.

Yes, its a quick service place that is meant to be inexpensive and fast. It's not cheap food, but yes, it is on the quicker side of things. Stopped in to grab dinner for hubby on the way home from a hair appointment. It was just after 8PM. The staff was RUDE. Talking so fast I couldnt understand what exactly they were saying to me, so I had to ask them "what?" about 3 times. They just slop down the fixins on your tacos. Half the meat didn't even end up on the tortilla, it was just rolled in the foil they wrap the tortilla in. I asked for cheese and lettuce only on the tacos and she barely put any cheese on. I asked for more and she put just a sprinkle more. I gave up. I was wondering if perhaps I had come in close to closing time and they were annoyed? That was not it - they are open until 11 during the summer. Maybe just disgruntled in general. I could live with that. Who doesn't have a bad day? What I couldn't live with was after making my tacos, the woman who was in charge of "slopping the meat" then stepped off the line and started talking about another employee who refused to change his gloves after he sneezed into them. Loudy. With a line full of paying customers. Guess sloppy, snotty tacos are their specialty! I will not return to this location.

Stopped in here for lunch while on business in the burbs of Detroit. Standard Q-doba. This location was bumping at lunch. Liked the bar are in the middle of the restaurant for us solo diners. They also had a sweet check-in special on Four Square for some chips and queso. Who doesn't like free?

Came here recently when I wasn't sure what to eat. It's no longer the decent food that I thought it was. First off they had a young guy on the line and it was obvious he was new. As the line built up he had no clue what to do. Instead of putting him elsewhere the woman in charge just shouted out orders to him. He basically botched people's food orders, food orders that people paid for. He ruined a burrito and basically poured water all over my soft tacos. I asked for pico de gallo on my tacos and when it put it on my tacos it was mostly water. I didn't want to lose my shit in public so I looked the other way, paid and left immediately. The other servers did nothing to really help him or save the customers food. It was then I realized how shitty this place actually is. I guess I had settled for it when it first opened but now I realize it's just another mediocre excuse for Mexican food. Numerous times my food was cold, salsa was watery and meat had grizzle or fatty pieces in it. This is NOT Real Mexican food. It's food that is cooked then assembled when you get there. If you go to Mexico and ask for a wheat tortilla with brown rice you will get a dumbfounded look. Because that is American commercialism bastardizing a nation's culture. No thanks Qdoba. By the way Qdoba isn't even a real word, fitting for the food. Go elsewhere.

Great chips and queso. Staff is friendly. Avoid the noon lunch rush during the week. Better than Pancheros but not quite Chipotle.

Not nearly as good as Chipotle, although they've apparently plagiarized their entire restaurant concept. Something was lost in the translation. The green salsa is not good.

$13 for a burrito and cup of soup.....are you kidding me? Never Again!

The food was good. I had the burrito with pulled pork and brown rice. The flour tortilla was a bit doughy though but the food was tasty. This is a new facility so it was spotlessly clean. The staff was efficient but not overly friendly.

I went here alone 3 days ago. It was probably 6 in the evening. There was no one except me the restaurant. I was waiting to make my dinner and the staff didnt even care that I am waiting. They started making food for themselves and enjoying it. I was stading there for 3 minutes and didnt even care for keeping me waiting. She was mean. I never will be going to this place.

Filthy, filthy, filthy. I walked in, stood in line for wayy too long, long enough to notice the dustbunnies and other atrocities and walk out hungry. Actually, more like hangry. First things first, the wait time. Ohmyjeez. The three people working (and I use that term lightly) couldn't give a single you-know-what about anything. A total of 4 people were in front of me and honestly, we stood around for 20 minutes before it was even our turn. At least I was able to take a good, hard look around - which probably saved us from stomach issues later on. Guacamole and bean goop was splashed all over the back wall above the bin, meats and sauces are all mixed, the prep area is disgusting, and if I look up - the light fixtures above the prep area have layers of grime and dust waiting to flurry into my food. The 'dining' room doesn't have a single clean table, the floors are tacky.. I don't even know what to say. Except that I can't wait for Chipotle to open a mile down the road this spring. Adios, Qdoba - til we never meet again.

It was okay and meat was tough. I call it the Mexican burrito bukkake. Every bite was a full loaded mess all over my mouth and I used like 20 napkins

Filthy tables, guy on the line who handles money and food has hat on backwards and doesn't wash his hands, ice machine broken, manager Justin is an ass. This is twice in one week. I will not be back.

The amount of confusion when ordering from this place was astounding. They put a teaspoon of salsa on my burrito and called it good because they didn't want to go back and replenish it. In the end I got my food I suppose, but they didn't know it was mine until I said something and they almost gave me someone else's chips and queso cheese. Shouldn't have said something.

If you love Mexican food as much as I do, you probably want to enjoy it quick, fast, and in a hurry. What I love about Qdoba, is that I can get my fix without breaking the bank, and without wasting too much time! They have a cool rewards program where you can earn free meals. My favorite entree is the craft two, where you can choose from soup, tacos, bowls, salads, or nachos. It's very feeling and very delicious. If you check in on four square, you can get free chips! This location is clean and easy to get to. Stop in & see for yourself.

Not sure if it was the food I ordered but the food was tasteless. Also, the staff was very impatient and pretty much put food I didn't want on my plate.

This location was terrible. The chicken in my quesadilla was super dry and the chips were horridly salty. Looked like the food had been sitting there for quite some time. Staff didn't seem very welcoming, and the floors were disgusting. Had food all over the place. Never going back!

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
