If there was a worse rating to give this place I would! The staff, well for starters, you NEVER see the same people there twice, the staffs attitudes are horrible!!!! They could care less if you are there to order, they could care less about serving you, they could bottom line just CARE LESS!!!! The staff always avoids you and speaks to the other employees there and use fowl language right in front of customers, and act like work is just a big joke, play time and a game while "serving" customers! And I wonder how they ALWAYS manage to screw up My order EVERY SINGLE TIME?! THE SERVICE:The coffee,hot chocolate,hot tea, anything hot is ALWAYS ALWAYS cold! The bagels and donuts are always stale, the chicken noodle soup seems to never come with noodles, just the random other garbage that is left over floating in the pot which is always luke-warm at best, and the soup is supposed to come with a baggett (small roll) which they always conveniently "forget" to include to add with the soup.Oh and they never have soup when you order the soup, and that's one of the main things they are famous for is their soup, so wouldn't you think that they would just, make some more? But no when their ONE pot runs out, that's it, They're out of soup they say! That's the most ridiculous thing I've EVER heard! That's like Mcdonald's running out of hamburgers!!!Oh and Your lucky if you don't get an attitude from whomever is in the drive-thru at the time when you order day OR night! This specific location's Tim Horton's is an absolute nightmare!!!! And I highly recommend that you avoid it at ALL costs! THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS IN MILFORD!!!!!!!!

Got a coffee and when I drank it something solid was in it. I spit it out & it was a dead BEE!!! Soo gross. I wanted to puke. They obviously do NOT check their items for quality. I cannot return after this experience.

Love Tim Horton's coffee. It is good at every store. Also love their iced cappuccino. Great place to go if you want something fast and healthier the junk food fast food.

Pretty large, freestanding TH. Interior here is a bit dated. Been to Waterford, Pontiac, and White Lake locations so far, and employee service was okay at this location. In general, I like that I can find the sundried tomato bagels at most TH I go to and that they do espresso shots and free flavors in your coffee. My go-to donut is the vanilla dip with sprinkles and I've seldom gotten a stale one at TH. Ok, this review was originally 3 stars but just reduced it to 1 star because I was looking for a Wi-Fi connection on my tablet and didn't find an appropriate selection on the list that came up. Asked the girl at the counter about it and she said, sorry, this is the only location with no WiFi. Whaaaaaaat?!! This is 2014, right? I'll skip the donut and go get my coffee across the road at McDonald's when I am in this area. No free Wifi at a coffee place in this day and age is just STUPID.

Order was wrong for the second time at the same visit, overheard the morning manager call me a picky A**hole at the window (nice service). I just don't get it, consistent bad service here and alway great service and quality at the Hartland location, both have the same owners. I make it a point to skip the Milford location and stop at the White Lake store. It's on my route to work.

Well, at least they're fast. Every time I go through the drive through something is wrong with my order. I usually get the wrong flavor muffin or my bagel has zero cream cheese. Most recently my bagel was covered in grease and smelled like bacon. If you walk in their service is fine, but if you go through the drive through you better check your order because it'll be wrong. Better yet, spend the extra money to stop at the Starbucks just after the 96 entrance.

No Wi-fi here. Service very much depends on who is working. Same about the dining area cleanliness. With no restaurant in the other side, I think they have less business. Hate it when they service drive through over counter customers, but I suppose that is where most of their business comes from. On the plus side, if you don't need wi-if, you can sit in the vacant side for hours and no one will bother you.

This place never gets my order right. I always use the drive thru and thought may be I should go in grab something, so I went in and asked for a bagel and cheese on the side. .she put cream and cheese just on one side of bagel and gave me, I told them I want to take the bagel and toast it in the office and put cream and cheese. .she still toasted it and gave the cream and cheese. I just shut my mouth n took what she gave. She also didn't care about changing the bagel type without asking me.
