Great for a chain - it's a small restaurant so don't be surprised if you have to wait for a table. Cramped, a little dark inside, hard to read the menus, it feels more upscale than Applebees/Chilis/etc. Pretty decent salad bar, good baked potato, steak was so-so, I was waiting for someone to pop out and tell me I had just had Walmart steak. It was cooked great but it wasn't a great cut of ribeye. Nice plates and glasses, the biscuits are good but small - you can ask for more if you'd like.

The waitress was nice and very quick. We went there because I used to love this chain when I was younger but haven't went in years. I'm sorry I went. The place was FILTHY. The floors were sticky, there was food on the salad bar plates and the silverware was questionable. We waited quite a long time for our food. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger well done with no pink. When I got it I cut into it and realized it was pink on the inside and completely burned on the outside. It was disgusting. As I was taking the picture the waitress saw me and came over to ask how everything was. I told her my hamburger was burned but pink on he inside. She immediately asked the people in back to make me another one. Then a guy came from the back with a new one. It wasn't stellar either.

Terrible service at this location. I love Ruby Tuesdays and because of that, I gave this place three chances... Every time without fail, service has been painfully slow. The waiters take forever to turn up, it generally takes an hour for food to get from the kitchen to the table. I got here at 6:35, finally got the biscuits at 7:05, food arrived at 7:40. They're burgers... Why they take anything over fifteen minutes is beyond me. The food was so bland, I kept hoping the manager would turn up and ask how the service was. Then I realized all the times I've been here I've never seen the manager either. Do yourself a favor and just drive past it to Big E's, it's just a couple blocks up.

Worst experience ever. Took 10 minutes for a waitress to even acknowledge our existence, another 10 to get our waters. Ordered a spicy jalapeno triple prime burger with onion rings. Burger was supposed to be med rare. Took about 25 minutes to even get our food. I ended up sending my first plate of onion rings back as they were soggy, cold and were so old they couldn't even hold their shape and the breading was coming off. So I started on my burger and waited for my onion rings. Cut into my burger and noticed immediately realized that the jalapeno pieces were cold, old and the breading was coming off of them, my cheese was dried out and my burger was well done and for some reason was only room temp at best. Let us not forget my bun was soaked in grease yet my burger was dry. In this time we had seen our waitress maybe 3 times total since sitting down. I asked for ketchup 3 times, and finally my onion rings came out. Now I don't know if they lost track of them or if this was an angry cook, but my second plate was burnt. At that point, I had decided I was not paying for a $15 burger and onion rings that I wasn't going to eat. The girl had asked me if i wanted anything else. Now what would you say? You ask for fresh onion rings and they serve you burnt ones? No thank you I'm going to take my business elsewhere, infact I ended up having to settle for arbys later and unlike the dinner at a sit down place... my food was fresh and hot. You can BET I sent an email to corporate and the most disappointing thing.. we never even SAW a member of management or even had one come talk to us after i sent the food back. I won't be returning anytime soon and you can bet I'm telling everyone I know about this experience so they don't make the same mistake I did.

Food was fine (salad bar and Ruby Minis), but I was very put off by the lack of cleanliness throughout. From the filthy floor in the ladies room to the un-vacuumed carpet in the dining area and the sides of the booth seats that had dried who-knows-what dripping down them I could only wonder what the KITCHEN might look like! We were there at 11am, so the place should have been sparkling clean. I'd like to know how the manager could possibly find that acceptable. I will not be eating here again.

I frequent this location during the dinner hours on my business trips. I usually sit at the bar and order the salad bar, sometimes with a soup or their turkey minis (which are fantastic by the way). I've always had a good experience. Service at the bar is sometimes a bit on the slower side but not bad at all.

A little spendy for what you get, but my wife and I nomrally enjoy eating here. This used to be one of our favorites but the last couple times we went here the food was just good, not outsanding like it was before.
