Consistantly great bagels & bagel sandwiches. Good coffee. Nice little atmosphere. I like the bagel sandwich with lox, cream cheese, capers, red onions & tomatoes. Consistently above average service! And cheap!

they get a 4-star rating only because they try to enforce a minimum purchase on bank cards/credit cards. other than that, this place is great. i typically just get plain (unsliced) bagels to take home since the toppings are really expensive (something like 95 cents for cream cheese). it'd be really great if the morning people would stop putting onion/everything bagels in the day-old bags with less-savory bagels (i.e., chocolate chip), though.

The bagels here are the best I've had in a long time, very fresh and all of the toppings used on my sandwich were very good as well. The atmosphere was nice, service was great by some and not by others. For me the 4 out of 5 is due to messy tables and the fact that I had to go to the counter twice to ask for the napkin holder to be refilled. If service improved this would be a regular spot for me!

Love their yummy bagels! I would suggest getting any cream cheese you order on the side, as they put HUGE amounts of it on your bagel! Also love their drive-thru, makes it super convenient when I'm in a hurry.

My fiance and I spent the weekend playing tourist in Marquette, MI. Desperately needing coffee on a Saturday morning, we stopped in at Third Street Bagel. What a treat! We were up pretty early and they were open. We ordered triple caramel macchiatos and "the works" bagels, toasted with cream cheese, along with seasonal fruit to share. The macchiatos were great, and perked us right up. The fruit was a sweet side which we enjoyed also. The bagel was delicious, and by the time we were done, we both were stuffed. They do not skimp on the size of the bagel! They also don't skimp on the cream cheese, which unfortunately I wasn't a huge fan of. Now I'm from Wisconsin, I LOVE my dairy, but they had a heavy hand with the cream cheese that day. That's the only reason I put it at a 4. I would have appreciated the cream cheese on the side if I knew they would be so generous with it. All in all, we enjoyed our morning, relaxed in a cozy booth. We will most definitely stop here again!

Disappointing- stopped in to get breakfast and was very displeased. Store is clean and modern, so it was very backwards that they were playing (rather loudly) salsa music......... It's a bagel place, I'm from New Mexico- we don't play salsa in bagel places there, so why here? It's was annoying to say the least. The selection was ok, but kind of small pickings. The biggest issue I had though was waiting nearly 20 minutes for 3 lightly toasted bagels with cream cheese- all of which were cold, and not toasted at all. My daughters was actually somewhat stale as well. Simple to say I will not return. Best part of the entire thing was the decor and energizing feel of the store- minus the seriously seriously annoying salsa music.

Yummy breakfast with delicious sandwich options and good coffee. If you like a freshly made bagel and all the fixings, this is the place for you. Fast food but good quality.

Very slow service. 45 minutes for my drink and over an hour for food. Turned away a lot of business because of the wait and angered a lot of folks who already paid because of the wait.

I can't believe I didn't start coming here sooner! I don't get up to MQT often but when I do I'm sure to come here. I came here for the first time this summer and was delighted to see they serve green smoothies. I'm a huge fan of the power bagel with honey almond cream cheese. I wish they would give me the recipe so I can attempt it at home! Yesterday I got the green smoothie with the chicken asado on asiago bagel and subbed turkey for the chicken. Despite being stuffed to the max, it had great flavor! I also got a side of tortellini pesto salad which wasn't my favorite. I don't think I'm used to that pesto. The staff has always been welcoming and helpful with my many questions about menu items! Overall, I am a huge fan of Third Street Bagel and look forward to it every time I'm in Marquette!

The handful of times I have visited Third Street Bagel I have been delighted. The staff is welcoming (and seemingly all attractive blondes). The atmosphere is warm and welcoming as well. There are many tables of different sizes to accommodate your party. My favorite though is the seating way in the back corner with the fire place and rock garden. It makes for a cozy place to read a book or catch up on your emails. If I could take off only half of a star for this I would but unfortunately they get dinged one star for speed of service. The speed is a bit on the slow side sometimes. I understand that it can get pretty hectic in there sometimes, but I think efficiency could be improved in some way. But the bottom line is, if you're craving a bagel in Marquette, third street is THE place to hit up. It is undoubtedly the best!

Third Street Bagel is awesome; love the Veg out sandwich on toasted Asiago. The folks there always pile the sprouts, cucumbers, and rest of veggies a mile high. They are super nice and quick to serve. The only complaint per say would be the little bit of seating available. It is not nearly enough for the amount of people who go there. Personally, I always hit drive thru if I go because there is rarely a parking spot available too. The drive thru is super efficient , just order ahead of you can. If not, they will still take your order. During NMU in school time, full of college kids sitting at booths congregating and socializing. Much easier to sit down there if go earlier than they get up or during summer. Overall great local eatery!

Great breakfast bagel sandwiches! Gourmet sandwich ( 2 scrambled eggs, red onion, tomato on a bagel) is my personal favorite and the coffee is great. Very clean with an interesting menu but gets busy quickly.

We hoped for a better experience. Wed been talking about a great bagel place ever sine we arrived in Marquette, but we left disappointed. We had two different bagel sandwiches, both were delicious but over stuffed and difficult to eat. All off the goodness squeezed out in the first bite and we had to pick up the pieces from our plates. The place is lacking in cozy bagel shop atmosphere. And could work on customer service. The bagel selection is good though, so if you go I suggest you opt for a bagel with cream cheese and be on your way...

Third Street offers, at least from my experience, decent bagel sandwiches and coffee. It gets crowded rather quickly. I ordered a large Americano and a Veggie Scramble Bagel on 9-grain and requested for it to be toasted. I only realized after I drove away that they didn't toast my bagel. I'm not really a fan of chewy untoasted bagels, but whateves. The whole thing was very bland (no salt/seasoning), but it was filling. The associate who rung me up and made my drink wasn't friendly in the least. She was also the type of person who, instead of handing me back my card or receipt, made a point of avoiding my outstretched hand and putting them on the counter so that I had to pick them up. (That kind of irks me... if *I* hand you my card and the signed receipt and pen, please do the same, y'know..???)

Worth it for lunch. Cool town too, do some exploring to burn off that espresso adrenaline rush.

Great breakfast bagels. I had the veggie my husband has the special which was a fajita (I know! For breakfast?!). Perfect portions and great quality, a bit of a wait but worth it!

Tasty bagels and cream cheeses! Sandwiches and soups! Vegan and gluten free items. Take out window! Collectivo coffee brand!

I love Third Street Bagel! I have been coming here since 2005 and I make a special trip to eat here and get a coffee drink every time I am in town. My favorite sandwich is the Turkey Giardinera on a sun dried tomato bagel. It is super spicy but I love it! The Turkey artichoke sandwich is also great. If you are in a hurry just order ahead and pick up at the drive thru window. Third street can get super busy so this is always a good option. If you want a bagel for breakfast I would recommend one of their different cream cheeses. I also love their chai tea lattes. It's different from any of your regular coffee/light breakfast chains and you won't regret it. I have never had a bad customer experience here either. I love third street bagel!

Very cute bagel shop, the sandwiches are good and the vanilla lattes are some of the best I've had. Good place to go to for breakfast or to do some work on the laptop.

Nice little place, lots of college students. Nice specialty coffees, sandwiches looked good. Prices were reasonable, had the mocha with soy and it was good!

Don't go here if there's a long line. Waited for a solid hour for a bagel sandwich, which made me late for work. Their bagels are good though.

Third Street Bagel gets a four star review...Yes, I am a fan. Your sandwich options in Marquette are overwelming between independent deli's downtown, chains, other local sandwich stops, small cafe's, fast food galore, burger joints--small bars with great bar food...you name it these days, MQT has it! Third street is by far the most modern, chic, place to have a fresh sandwhich or salad. The only respectable coffee house in town in my opinion! Third street is super clean, and the service is friendly. The bagels are great and the menu is foodie driven and of course is written in stone with the #1 sandwich (perhaps in town). The tempting turkey - Your choice of bagel (cheese please) - Piled High Turkey - cucumbers, tomatos, alfalfa sprouts, scallion cream cheese! Delicious! I also venture out and have some tortelinni salad of sorts, 8 oz - 3 bucks. I'm a fan of Third Street Bagel and wish other local hangout and diners in Marqutte would be as consistent and high quality as third street bagel company! Thanks!

Love it. Used to live a block away, and lusted after their bagels - especially the jalepeno and cheddar. When I visit, my whole family gets excited to have breakfast here. My hubby and I agree, we don't even have a bagel place in SF that is as satisfying. He loves their bagel sandwiches. And the coffee is quite good, too.

Love the food! The only con is that employees are mostly college students and change each semester. This always seems to affect the quality of service and quality of food.

This was a place that I was addicted to the end of my time at college. They had an amazing marinated tomato panni that I was joyous about. Seriously still have dreams about it about 7 years later. Also they have wonderful chocolate chip cookies. I once had a boyfriend that kept trying to feed them to me to avoid me having a conversation that he didn't want to have. It worked well. I was completely distracted by the yummyness of the cookies. The management at the time rocked as well. Not sure if they are the same or not.
