They had the right idea letting people sample the soups before you order, cause there was just too many choices to choose from. Let me just say I like everything that I tasted that day. I ended up ordering a cup of Lobster Bisque and a Southwest Turkey sandwich. The portions was a decent amount, my stomach was content after the meal. Everything was delicious down to the last bite. It was great alternative to your everyday fast food.

I wish there was a Souplantation/Sweet Tomatoe nearby but thought I'd try Zoup out. Since moving to Holland I've been here a good 6 times. I've never had take out, but the dine-in experience is so pleasant. Customer service is FANTASTIC and I dig the sample section before you make your order. The establishment is clean and the food quality is on point. I prefer the heated meals over the cold wraps, but I'd say try a number of different things from this place before you make a judgement call. But let it be known, Zoup IS GREATER THAN Panera.

I wish there was one of these back in my suburbs. If you are a soup lover, then you will like being able to sample the soups like you do when you walk into an ice cream shop. This place kind of reminds me of the Soup Box that is downtown in Chicago. I ordered a Tom Kha Thai kind of soup and it came with a piece of bread. It wasn't bad and I throughly enjoyed my meal. They offer different kinds and while not every soup maybe to your liking (I sampled some that was too salty, bland or weird), at least they will change their soup menu enough so that you won't get bored. ;D Overall, Zoup makes a good stopping place for a hearty lunch.

For a fast food restaurant, this place was awesome. Soup was phenoms, had lobster bisque and fire roasted tomato. Also Dave had amazing customer service! Great experience.

Excellent service, was offered samples and had food quickly and it was delicious. Since I will never be back to Panera, this is an excellent replacement.

I had a take out order today and they forget to include my half sandwich with my combo. When I got back to work I called to let me them know and they didn't hesitate to profusely apologize and have someone personally drive me a full version of the sandwich within ten minutes, excellent customer service! and the food was great too! Will definitely be giving them my business in the future!

It's a subway for soups. It's good, but there are definitely better places with a nicer atmosphere.
