We have tried to give this place the benifit of the doubt but to no avail. Ever time we go we order the all you can eat steaks and they can never get them cooked right. We like them rare, and always no matter what get them done medium to medium well. We have sent the complaint card to the main office each time and e-mailed and never gotten a responce until recently when we got a coupon for buy one entree get one free to try them again. Not in a million yrs even for free.
