This is the only Subway near my work and because they have a drive-thru it makes it convenient to go there. However that drive-thru is always wicked crazy slow. Be prepared to sit there a good 10 to 15 minutes to wait for your food after you have ordered and paid even if you are the only one waiting on food. The inside service is a little bit quicker, but it seems like there is always someone new there working the line by themselves with no help or supervision to speed things up. Often times they have to stop and consult their cheat sheet to make sure they are making your sandwich correctly. Yes everyone is new at one point and need to learn the ropes, but have them do that on off-peak hours, not at 12:30 during a busy lunch rush. And for those who know what they are doing, they apparently do not understand the concept of multi-tasking and instead of working on more than one sandwich (if you have more than one in your order) they insist on making them one at a time. Think smart. Think logical. If I have two subs and want them both toasted, make them both at the same time so you can toast them together. That will easily shave off a minute or two for the customer.

You would think this would be fast correct? Stop by on your lunch hour and grab a QUICK BITE to eat right? Not this place. I've been here a few times and always made excuses for them when leaving so I would not have to write this review, but today I had enough. I decided to go here on my lunch hour. I wanted to keep my lunch healthy of course so I chose Subway out of desperate need and I wanted something fast! So,when I walked in there were two people working & somehow one always disappears and leaves one worker to do everything. There was one other person behind me and the woman working did not seem to care and be prompt. I stood behind the counter as she washed her hands slowly then dried them while reading something on the menu. She walked over and took my order and of course started taking the gentleman behind me order as well... She forgot about me...literally. Now, I always get a easy sub. foot long chicken breast, not toasted, only lettuce, black olives, and light dressing. Simple right? Well, I stood looking at my sub with only cheese on it while my chicken sat cooked in the microwave oven for about 5 mins. Why? Oh, because she was too busy doing the other gentleman sub. She was toasting his, layering on his meats, taking her time. She realizes by the time she gets to me that the chicken is now cold and she has to reheat it up again. She adds my veggies and then pulls it down to be wrapped up to go. But, she never wraps it. She starts layering the topping on the other gentlemans sub...then she realizes she is out of mayo and spinach and has to go in the back, again leaving me standing there with a completed sub that is not wrapped up. She comes out and then see me standing there and decided to wrap up my sub and then ask for help from the second employee in the back and she goes back to working on the gentleman sub. Of course, no apology and the second employee cashes me out and disappeared in the back once again, I waited 25 mins for a sub that was ready for over 10 mins!!!

Been going there for awhile. Never had an issue. They have some new kid working there that is just an A hole. He was talking about how the sub I ordered looked nasty and he'd never eat it, and not in a funny/sarcastic way.. he took it too far. It was hard not to take offense. I mean come on man, I like it and I'm literally 2 feet away from you. We'll be getting our weekly subs at the Woodward location for now on.

Land of the up sell. Double cheese? Avocado? Upgrade to 12"? Make it a meal? Cookie? Other than that annoyance, they do a decent job here. Line moves okay. Drive thru option. Flat bread was doughy.

It seems like the service at this location has fallen off a little. It used to be quick to walk in and order a sub but the last couple times I've been here it's taken a really long time to throw together a simple veggie sub. The speed and efficiency here could use a little work but the food is always consistent!

I've only used the drive-thru at this location, but wow....be prepared to wait. You hope that all that waiting will result in receiving an amazing sandwich, wrong. Over toasted, squeezed too hard, etc, etc. If you're going to eat here, go inside. Watch them make your sandwich. Maybe it'll work out better.
