Over cooked food! The almond chicken fried too hard, dry on the inside. Crab Ragoon is the only item I like. Rude lady that takes your order (phone & in person)! Hollers to compensate for her lack of English words. Building needs a make over.

Dont let the looks of this place scare you away. Its run down and shabby looking but honestly has some of the best chinese food around. The portions are very large and the prices are moderate. Everything i have had there has been great. I was a bit leery to try it out but after hearing from several people how great it was and then checking to see it reports from the heath department (which were remarkably goo) I decided to give it a try. I am glad i did!!

Authentic Chinese food served by the friendliest Chinese lady. The place not the nicest looking place but the food speaks for itself. They do deliver which is nice for do work in the area and if unable to pick up deliver for a small fee. They do have free parking but it is a take out only no dine in. I am a big favorite of general tso. But many other dishes are excellent as well. One of the best hinges about place is the price for lunch is fight around $6 and gets you fried rice with shrimp and an egg roll. Will keep coming back for have not had anything I do not like.

My food was over cooked & dry. The lady taking my order was yelling at me like I did something wrong lol. I would not order from this place again. Tip**You have to order at least $10 worth of food to use debit/credit or they charge $1.

Decent food and a great price. This is not top-quality stuff, but will do when you need a fix. I tried the food as a takeout. The styrofoam container was half filled with rice that included a lot of soy sauce and four shrimp on top. I ordered the # 10 garlic rib combo. I have eaten much better food, but couldn't beat the price. The ribs were in a brown sauce with peppers and onions. I only wish the menu had described it first but can't complain because I could have asked rather than get a mystery meal. The egg roll was full of sprouts. I don't think there was anything else inside but it was tasty anyway.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
