Renovations made a big difference, finally made it in and found they have a runner up to the best bar burger in Dearborn, hand made beef patties - reminiscent of Howells (RIP) burgers. Very nice interior, well kept and clean. Rationale prices, adequate beer selection for a small bar& grill.

Pretty weak beer selection but an average hole in the wall bar I suppose. They'll likely tell you their wings are the best ever: they're not. I'd give the wings a 7--not bad, but I won't go out of my way to go back.

I really like this place. I work in the area and come here often. Even had a birthday party here with kareoke. We think the food is really good.

During a recent venture to the 'burbs of Detroit, Yelp told me a couple of things: 1. That I was in Detroit and I had better darn well be happy with whatever came my way.... 2. JS Fields was near my hotel and worth the trip. I have no idea what Yelp was trying to tell me with the first point, I suspect that this advice was actually meant for someone else..so I ignored it. As it turns out, though, I probably should have ignored Number 2. There is nothing particularly wrong with JS Fields...but likewise, there is nothing particularly right about it either. My sandwich was remarkable in its unremarkableness. The fries? Yep, they were deep fried and they were once potatoes. The ketchup? Yep, it was red. The service? Yep, it existed. Utilitarian. Good gawd, I'm falling asleep even writing this stuff! Let's call a spade a spade: The place was dull. It might be many things, but it is NOT a dive bar, not even close. It tries to be a sports bar, but when I was there, most of the TV's were showing something else. Not much in the way of random conversation here either, not from the patrons, not from the staff. Get in, sit down, order your stuff, eat your stuff, and get the hell out. Now for the strange part: I would recommend this place over the chain restaurant next door because this place feels a bit like a chain restaurant with just a bit of uniqueness. Meh. I've experienced better. Truer words, Yelp. Truer words....

Since traveling to Dearborn for the last 2 months on Mon-Thursday schedule for business, I was keen on trying a local establishment. Colleague and I decided to try this spot. We'll it was a mistake. First - when we entered there wasn't a greeter. Fine it's more bar than resturant. So we seated ourselves. Second - i noticed there was no music, just silence from the entire place. Very odd so I asked if this was normal. Response - there's a juke box for over there and I could choose whatever I desired for $1.00. Understood - it's the customer's option. First for me but not the main issue. Fast forward - the steak bites are over cooked, dry and hard. The nachos have odd cheese. But they have Goose Island 312 beer for like $3.00!! Sweet :-). I was going to write a decent review. UNTIL - I see that they over charged my Amex card!!!! Hard copy receipt shows $18.95 but online statement indicates $23.95. Yes this is the correct transaction as cross-referenced the invoice numbers. Will not be going back other than to complain.

They closed at 12am on St. Patricks day. The one day out the years where you could actually make alot of money on a Monday and they closed soon as we got to the door. any bar that does that has to be wack at best. Lol

Excellent burgers and chicken sandwiches. Appetizers are good too. The Monday buy-one get-one free sandwich special is amazing! I highly recommend the Southwest Burger and Bar-be-que burger. Seasoned fries are good as well. The service is generally very slow, both at lunch time and during happy hour. Waiting 15 minutes to order and then half an hour for food is typical, so I typically only go there when I'm not in any kind of rush. Lots of screens to watch sports events and good beer specials so it's also a good place to catch a game.

Good food, decent service. Prices are good; they even offer a lunch deal on Mondays. Totally recommend just avoid the small booths because they are a very tight fit for two adults.

The burger and fries tasted wonderful and the music tonight was spot on. The service was nice and friendly. Very good way to finish anyone's night off. I k ow I'm going home happy.

I had been meaning to go into this place since it got renovated a year or so ago. Having killed Baileys far too often over the week, I suggested this place to meet some friends coming from Southfield - easy on/off of M-39, and given the Tigers were playing, I knew they'd have the game on. Totally wish I'd gone a year ago. Spanking new interior (with a gorgeous large Fish Tank..when was the last time you saw that in SE Michigan?!?!?! ). Tons of TV's, reasonably priced drinks, cute bartender/waitress...just clean and nicely done. Appetizers were good, though I didn't eat an entree. Highly recommend. Would be my new go-to if I hadn't just moved to San Francisco.

Had lunch here a few weeks ago. Barely anyone in the place. Food took too long to come out (~20 minutes?) considering not many people there and it is lunch time. Ordered a chicken sandwich which came with basil. Was expecting basil leaf - not bits of ground basil. No basil flavor - bland dish all together. Companion ordered burrito and said it was good. Portion size very generous. TVs positioned poorly compared to table setup. Better places to eat to Dearborn. Better places to watch sports in Dearborn. Pass.

Great BBQ Burger! Flat screens, nice bar area, everything inside is new and post smoking ban so it's a very clean place. They will be getting their liquor license soon.

Good bar burger. Did get its liquor license right after Thanksgiving. Still feels like its trying to find itself.
