Nothing over exciting about this place one bit. They have good variety of food at reasonable prices. I enjoyed the chicken and ribs that I decided to get. They were good but nothing to write home about. Great location for being next to the casino so it is convenient and open late. All in all since work downtown if in the mood will stop by.

I requested a Cobb Salad, and received a Chef Salad. Restaurant managers would not refund or correct, very, very poor customer service. DO NOT EAT THERE, they are not willing to work with customers. They only want your money or comps, No Customer Service

Worst. Service. Ever. Food wasn't horrible. The gyro was actually pretty tasty. If it's a weekend night and after 2am, you will regret your decision to come here. They're just not equipped or trained well enough to handle a rush. We ordered and waited over 45 minutes before we saw our waitress again. I think the only reason she came back was because other servers/waitstaff saw me standing up and looking around for her. No explanation. No stopping by our table. Just straight expecting us to deal with it. Save yourself the headache and make sure you get some grub before the bars close.

Worst service and food I have ever had!! The restaurant was dirty, the service was horrible it took a long time for the server to come to our table and after he took our order didn't come back until he brought the food almost 2 hours later. I literally got up a few times to get my own drink refill..The food was awful and we complained to the manager and he was very rude and unprofessional! He didn't care and was very arrogant! Never expected the manager to be rude and unapologetic! You can't pay me enough to go back there!

We were in search of a place to eat before Monster Jam on Feb 28th 2015. There was Monster Jam, Garth Brooks, and a dinosaur exhibit was going on this weekend and they were all going on around the same time frame, so the people mover was packed and Greek town being the most popular area of downtown was packed as well. It was around 4pm after we parked and got off the people mover in Greek town to find food, We decided to try End Zone. We went in and there was about 6 people in front of us. We asked how long of a wait it would be and the server wasn't sure and said she would be right back. She never came back. We waited 40 minutes and saw open tables but weren't sure why no one was being seated. Finally a server came by and as she was walking by she mentioned she had to turn the sign around to closed. We inquired as to what she meant and she said "oh we are not serving anyone else" and walked away. During our time in line, we looked at menus to speed up the process and had an excellent view of the kitchen. The kitchen staff was complaining the whole time about how busy they were, a server brought back a meal that was not correct and they used their bare hands to pick off the incorrect stuff and the meal was taken back out. I would have ordered a burger but despise pickle juice and even if i said no set up with my burger, it probably would have been wrong, so anyone with a custom order probably got it wrong. We left pissed off, and went to Niki's Pizza and were seated in 5 minutes and were happy with our service there. This review will be posted on other sites as well. Oh!! and thank you for not washing your hands kitchen staff.

I came in after I got off work. I sat there for 20 minutes before I flagged down a server. I told her I wanted the catfish dinner. After about 35 to 45 minutes later I flagged down a different server to ask where was my current server I was then told oh she went home. I'm your new server. I told her I had been sitting there for awhile and wanted to know what was going on with my dinner. The server told me that the green beans were cooked to order. Now anybody who has cooked green beans know that it slow cook for hours. Not to mention I'm a server who works downtown. Which means I like to tip my fellow servers. My food came she dropped it off and left. I had to go to the front counter to ask for the condiments for my food. The lady manager brought my lemons and hot sauce. But the server never came back to my table to ask if everything was okay. Nothing. In fact I sat there so long I got up to put on my coat and then she asked if I was ready to check out. And since I don't believe in NOT tipping my server I left her 33 cents. If your in service and this is how you pay your bills then act as though you care about every table, and everyone's concerns are valued. That way you won't end up with a shitty tip or no tip

Some friends and I started going to Endzone because it's open so late (4 am some nights!), and we made it part of our rotation for awhile. I haven't been too much since they expanded (only a couple of times), but I've always had about the same experience. The food is pretty good and is well-priced. I usually get the cornbread when I'm there, which is spicy, buttery, huge, and ridiculously cheap for the amount you get. I haven't had a whole lot here, but I do like that they serve breakfast all day. Basically, everything is pretty decent, and it's a good option to consider when you're out late and need to eat in Greektown. I'm not going to say there's not better places, but sometimes Endzone is all you need.

End Zone is standard American fare that could really be passed over for the other much better Greektown options. I came here for lunch during a recent convention, and while the food was pretty good, the service was just terrible. One of my dining companions ordered an appetizer, and it came out with the entrees. The waitress said that the fryer was backed up - which is a reasonable excuse - but you should let a diner know immediately if there is a problem instead of just letting them discover it when there's no time left to change anything. Additionally, as we all ordered sodas, the waitress never came by to give us refills despite walking by and looking directly at all of our empty glasses. As she came by with the checks I had to ask for a refill, and she looked surprised. The food was fine. I had a burger and fries, but I wish I had chosen Greek food instead.

End Zone is a pretty chill spot if you are in the mood for Southern food. Anything from BBQ to chicken, they have it...including an awesome raspberry BBQ sauce! The sides are pretty good too, including some yummy sweet potatoes. The pricing is fairly decent, with an average meal costing roughly $12. Definitely check it out if you are in the downtown area, its right next door to the Casino. The building is not so big though...

I remember my mom always bring home End Zone food from her adventures at Greektown (I miss her comps.) I enjoyed the Mexican Cornbread & the fall off the bone ribs. Fast forward to my recent visit. Dine in after 9pm on a weekend. The place was dead & the service no more than ok. I ordered a 1/2 slab of ribs with raspberry BBQ sauce (much better than the plain BBQ) with collard greens and green beans. The ribs were not tender & I darn near shook the table trying to cut through the meat:( The greens were ok for me but note that they don't use pork for seasoning only onions (these are not your momma's greens. lol) and the green beans were decent. Overall ok & not worth $16. My little person enjoyed a beef hot dog & fries for $4 (regular food menu as they don't have a kids menu). I tasted it and was mad. Why? It was better than my ribs & greens by far. The best part of the meal: RED VELVET CAKE!! It was moist and not too chocolaty tasting. The icing wasn't too heavy and provided that creamy taste that compliments the cake. It was worth $4 as it was a huge piece (enough to share with another person). *They are open late every night if you need a quick meal while downtown.

I've passed by End Zone a gazillion times but never stopped in until a few days ago. I'm just gonna say this flat-out: the food is a bit over-priced, but it is really good food. We ordered a handful of items, including 3 dinners and desserts, & our bill came to 85 bucks [paid with comps.] I had a turkey burger & cheesecake, and I wasn't really expecting much. To my surprise though, the turkey was actually pretty good, my only gripe is that for 8 bucks, they could have at least thrown a slice of swiss cheese & some bacon on it. The cheesecake, though? The cheesecake. I was pleasantly surprised by the cheesecake; I'm sure it's store bought, but wherever they get it from is a great place! The restaurant is SUPER small, it's almost impossible to get comfortable sitting down because your chair is literally always touching the one behind you, unless you happen to get the table by the window. Your best bet is to get take-out. I've only been once, but I'll being going back for a second try. UPDATE: Since I first reviewed, they've expanded the restaurant's size, I haven't dined in since they did, but I'm sure it makes for a more pleasurable experience.

Wasn't impressed at all. For being in the heart of Greek Town, across the casino-could have been so much better. The price was also over the top, for typical "school cafeteria" style food. Bland, and boring.

I use to eat here all the time a few years ago and the food was AMAZING in the past. This visit the yams were nasty, Pork chop was over cooked, and it was a very ghetto environment! Staff rude. I used my credit card and was billed a different amount on my statement than I authorized. When I spoke with the manager he said it will take 2 weeks to return my money to my credit card and no explanation of what happened. Save yourself headache and go to Five guys!!
