This location is FANTASTIC. Their pizza is just okay in my book (not my favorite chain), but the other items on the menu and the coupons/promotions make it a great deal. The customer service here is STELLAR. Really over-the-top nice, remembering our names, usual orders, usual practice of pick-up or delivery, etc. They're just fantastic. I can't recommend enough.

My father always orders from here. He orders the same thing every time, every time!! So why is it so hard to remember the fries?? Come on its doesn't take a GED to take an order right!!!!!

The wings are gross. Besides my writing this portion, it may be the shortest and most dead on review I will ever write.

I order every other week and they deliver within 30 minutes, always tastes as it should.

Delicious pizza and always so fast! Always gotten great service, I've never had the wings, seafood, or bbq, but I can't imagine you should expect it to taste like Slows, Bdubs, or Joe Muer.

I hadn't been here in awhile because the service was bad when I last went, the food was mediocre at best and the prices higher than they should be for the quality received. I went in today to give them another chance but ended up walking out when the amount they wanted to charge me was more than $10 for a Greek salad with chicken and the menu board didn't reflect that price. I was told the prices changed but that they hadn't changed yet on the menu. (Yet they sure were able to update their computer AND have new to-go menus printed which takes longer than changing a couple of sliding digits on the large menu above the register. I am so tired of stores and restaurants that either refuse to price things or have the wrong amounts listed that I just left.

Food is fine. Order a few times from this place. But seems they always forget something.. Either the salad dressing or slaw... Never got it right :(

The absolute WORST!!! I ordered Happy's last month, had the rib tips and shrimp dinner. The rib tips were all fat, gristle and bone; hardly any meat at all. The shrimp were severely freezer burned and tasted it. The fries were soaked in grease and the bread was stale. The coleslaw was ok, same as you get from Chicken Shack. The kids wanted to try it again last night, we ordered rib tips again and pizza. I specifically asked the person on the phone if the rib tips were all meat and he said yes, the rib tips are all tender meat, no bones or fat. I also ordered a square pizza with cheese and pepperoni, and had the food delivered. Well burn me twice shame on me. The rib tips were once again all bone, gristle and fat; hardly any meat at all. The pizza sauce had no flavor, the cheese was sparse and greasy, and there was like 3 inches of crust all around the edges. The bottom of the crust was burned to a crisp and there were hardly any pepperonis. This time I called to complain and they basically told me 'too bad'. Never again, if you order Happy's Pizza you will be not just disappointed but mad that you wasted your money. I wish I could give it zero stars.

So, since I've moved to Royal Oak, I've sort of been testing the local pizza shops, and I gotta say, I had high hopes for this place, but in my opinion, this place is average at best. I would say it's better than the standard "budget cardboard" you can get other places, but honestly I think I'd rather have Dominoes, or Jet's, which isn't saying much. I've ordered here a handful of times, and the customer service is always great, and they are speedy, which is also great. I've found that the 3 topping large for 8.95 is actually an alright deal, and when money is an issue, I'll probably stick with place. Cheers!

This place is called Happy's PIZZA for a reason. I have only ever ordered pizza and it has been good every time. I can't speak to the ribs or other foods. We usually order and pick up ourselves and the pizza is always done within 15 min.
