When we arrived...no host...no wait staff...no bartender. The seven in our party sat down at the only table set for eight...then we waited and waited...and waited, as the only two wait staff "ran" around the dining room clearly avoiding eye contact with anyone at our table. After 15+/- minutes, someone finally came to table. Service was lack-luster after that. Kitchen did do a good job on our food orders. Overall, our experience was consistent with past experience here and at the Bistro's previous location...when the "owner/chef" is in-house, experience is great. When he's not...

So sad to be posting a NEGATIVE on this Bistro. Ordered a Wedge salad and got a chopped romaine doused with dressing. When I sent it back and asked for a Wedge salad I got chopped lettuce with no dressing. Decided to forget the salad and then I got a HOSTILE CHEF wanting to fight... he asked if I could read and if I had read the menu. Before I could answer that I was looking for a WEDGE salad with all of the condiments listed for a Wedge salad on the menu - he stormed away. Tried to apologize to Chef but he told my husband he was an asshole and we didn't need to come back. Did not get the warm and fuzzy feeling :(

Everything was perfect! The lobster soup was to die for. They make the perfect homemade Mac and cheese. The main lobster was cooked wonderful. The only problem is the filet was more like well done instead of medium rare. But overall we will be back!!

This was by far the worst meal we have ever had! The Oysters Florentine had a very loose cheese sauce on them with large chunks of artichokes; very unappealing and undercooked. The Duck Tacos had a very distasteful but spicy sauce and were very soggy. My husband ordered Osso Buco and received three slices of roast pork with apple chutney. We questioned the waitress who clearly didn't know much about food and she said the "chef" assured her it was Osso Buco that had been sliced off the bone! This is not possible! However there was a special of sliced pork with apple chutney on the menu as a special. This was not a good experience and we will not go back although we are local and would like to support a local business.

So many fish choices! I had a seafood Cobb salad with flash fried calamari that was the best I've ever had! So tender. Service impeccable . Can hardly wait to go back for dinner.
