Utterly creamy! Went to this spot after a long day of fun and eats in Canton. This is just one of many times of being here. I recommend this site to anyone who really likes ice cream and enjoys the indulgence of a richer, creamier ice cream. This Cold Stone is always clean and friendly. Enjoy!

Despite its faults, this Coldstone Creamery is one of my favorites. While they may lack in flavors, they make up for it with their amazing location. It's clean, and Cherry Hill Village is simply adorable. At a little over $3 for their smallest size, the Like It, their creamy deserts are pricey. This location does not feature the almost overwhelming amount of ice cream choices that other Coldstone Creamery's may have, but they definitely have the crowd favorites. I don't know for sure, but they do seem to have most of the mix-ins that we know and love. This particular location is very clean! Their restrooms seem to be shared with another business in the plaza, but they are very clean. The service has been okay. Nothing to cry about, but the servers here aren't very customer service oriented. They're just kind of there to be there. Yummy, but slightly limited ice cream. Delicious mix-ins, and meh service. Super clean bathrooms, and a very nice town. Give it a try!

I'll admit this review is clouded by a bad experience, but I feel the need to share since it aligns with Coldstone's reputation as overpriced. I was in recently with my 2 kids. They ordered a small cup each. As you may know, each cup comes with 1 "free" mixin. Well one of my kids didn't want a mix in and the other wanted 2. It evens out, right? Well not to Coldstone. Despite my questioning, they still charged me for an "extra" mixin. While technically they were right per their menu, that was a horrible customer service move. My kids and I are slated to be in the area weekly for the summer and this was to be the first week of what I intended to be a weekly trip to Coldstone. Needless to say, they gained 59 cents, but lost the ~$100 I was planning to drop over the summer.

I love that there's an ice cream place in Cherry Hill Village...especially because most of the ice cream shops are on Ford, kind of spread out. I love their Cold Stone Apple a la mode and their strawberry shortcake type mix-in. I'll definitely be coming back soon!

The last two times I've been here the ice cream has been ok... I came Memorial Day weekend and asked for mint chip, but got chocolate, chocolate chip. I came this last Sunday and got the Red Velvet, but it just tasted like vanilla. So, the ice cream is a solid three stars, but the customer service has been great and that is why I have bumped it up to four stars. It's been in the hot summer months I've been here , and there has always been a line. Despite that, the line has been quick! The ladies that work behind the counter are always cheerful, friendly and most importantly, patient with me while I decide what flavor to have. Coming to Coldstone is always difficult in that I don't know what I want. Everything always sounds good! They have flavors from vanilla to banana bread to chocolate caramel. And the "add-ins" range from nuts to fruit to chocolate chips to gummy worms. You can get your treat in a cup, cone. bowl, or shake and enjoy in the restaurant, in the park with the cool fountain or to go! If you like to treat yourself occasionally or everyday for that matter (they are open year round), this is the place for you! By the way, they also offer cakes! Oh, also by the way, they have a club you can sign up for and earn free desserts!

The location is great as I am in that neighborhood frequently. The store appears clean and the help is friendly. I will give it a 2 to 3 star mainly because of the price but also because of the customer service. While the people are friendly, there seems to be an attitude of disrespect. If you don't know exactly the name of the item you are ordering, there seems to be a lot of impatience and perplexity. I ordered 2 Like-it bowls with a coupon for 2 for $5, plus a regular priced Love-it bowl. The total came to $17.80. I think that is an outrageous price. When I questioned the amount, they could not explain or itemize the bill. It was a busy night and they didn't seem to want to take the time to tell me how they arrived at $17.80. I never did get an answer. If that is the correct total, then it is way too expensive. I think the business certainly has potential, but it has continually poor customer service. I find that sad. I wish that was not the case.

I am a big cold stone fan...really love their ice cream, the variety of toppings, some of the suggested combos and most of all their ice cream cakes....now for the bad part.....this particular outlet has managed to disappoint me every single time that I have visited....they don't carry all of the flavors that other outlets appear to carry.....also I find my toppings/mix-ins are bunched together.......now how hard can it be to mix a few toppings with ice cream??? to add to this, the attitude of the people behind the counter sucks So, 5 stars for the ice cream (base flavors only) and cakes itself 3 stars for ice creams with mix-ins 1 star for the quality and attitude of service at this outlet
