I eat here once a week for lunch with my workmates. The toasted bagels are great, the iced coffee is delicious. Some of the sandwiches have a unique sauce/flavor that I don't care for but the ingredients are always fresh and well put together. Four stars because they serve everything on these go awful platters that make me feel like I'm at a big boy and the price is a little steep for the caliber of food. All in all a great place to eat once you find something you like.

Like the other locations I've visited, the food was good, and the service was friendly. More of a morning place, but we're enjoying some soup and sandwiches for dinner! The grilled cheese was good (on a panini grill so it's not greasy). The kids really enjoyed their broccoli cheddar and chicken noodle soups. Could be a bit cleaner, but it's later on a Saturday, so no big deal. The only thing I found odd was that they were out of bread bowls. BREAD BOWLS. I'm not sure how that's even possible for a bakery. Thankfully, we survived. . If you're thinking "man, I could really go for some Panera", it's a good location.

I had the Italian combo sandwich today and it was very good as usual. I also got chicken noodle soup which is also usually very good. not so good Today the soup was not very warm and there were not very many noodles. I will cut um slack today. It is still one of my favorite lunch spots & healthy too.

They are more concerned with taking your money, than having any coffee ready. Today 3 out of 4 coffee pots were empty. Staff had to be told, several times, that they were out of coffee. We will NOT be going back. Had to eat our breakfast sandwiches without coffee. Over 20 minutes without coffee.

Have you been to a Panera Bread before? Well, okay, you know what you're getting into. You know the drill. Soup, sandwiches, bread and pastries. I was traveling and needed a quick, reasonably priced meal just off the expressway. I had a Thai chicken flatbread "sandwich" and was amazed by how TINY it was. I opened it up and it had just 3 little pieces of chicken. Egads. My broccoli cheese soup was good, though, so I didn't starve. The bathroom is equally tiny. Two stalls in the ladies room and one sink. Got pretty crowded. If you haven't gotten off at this Brighton exit before, watch out! The roundabouts are crazy. I avoid this particular exit (Lee Rd, #58 off of US23) whenever possible.

This review comes from my past two experiences at this Panera Bread. This last experience was similar to the before, I called in an order and was told it would be 15 minutes for pick up. I arrived there in 25 minutes, and waited another 15 min for my order. I was surprised my order wasn't ready yet, I could hear the kids behind the counter say "The phone order is here, we better start making it". When I finally received my food, I went home and noticed that they gave me the entirely wrong order. I called the manager, who was very nice and professional on the phone and offered me a free meal credit.

Would give a 5/5 if it was not for the prices. Grab a dinner for two with drinks and your at $25. That being said I kept coming back time after time. Salads are always fresh. New seasonal meals and baked goods. Berry salads in the summer and nothing is better than bread bowl soups in the winter. This location is always busy, but never have to wait too long. Most of the staff are friendly.

This is my go-to Panera. Close to my house and work, it's convenient. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was unpleasant. The cashier was very helpful explaining what they still had in stock and had no problem answering questions. After placing my order I waited for 20 minutes before my name was called. The workers behind the counter were walking at a snails pace to get orders accomplished (including the 3 orders that were before mine). Two ladies had to call their attention just to get some silverware and boxes and the worker acted like it was the end of the world. On top of this, once I received my order, I had to listen to a worker complain about how he has worked one extra hour than scheduled. Coming from someone who also works in customer service, I was very disappointed with my most recent experience.

Love the feel of this place. The food is good with a nice variety. It's also a great place to pop a squat with a friend or a laptop for a couple hours. They could use a few more comfy chairs though.

Love, love, love this Panera! I'm always here and every time I have a good experience. Their food is awesome; salads, paninis, soups, always made right. Their garden vegetable pesto soup is to die for. The chicken cobb with avocado doesn't even need the dressing. Don't get me started on their bakery items! For family dinners, I always stop by Panera to pick up their asiago bread. The employees are what sets Panera apart from other restaurants and bakeries. Everyone is affable and gives their honest opinion on new items. Because of that, I always find myself coming here for lunch. I bring my laptop to take advantage of the wi-fi. The one downside is during the busy hours people monopolize seats with their laptops. Be considerate and do your facebooking and online shopping during slower times! Superb job Green Oak Panera!

I love Panera as much as the next person, but my recent visit at this location left much to be desired. I took my Dad here for lunch since he has never been to a Panera. There was no line, and he felt a little overwhelmed by the menu, so he was taking his time. The cashiers were very pushy in trying to hurry him, and were very short when he asked any questions. They really need to work on their customer service. God forbid you have to answer questions about your sandwiches--That's part of your job! Our order was also messed up, and I noticed the two orders waiting before us were also incorrect. Probably wouldn't go to this location again.

Brighton is so cool, it has TWO Panera's. Well, technically this one is in Green Oak Township, but does that really matter? In fact, I don't really get the whole Township thing. Every few miles it's a different township, but the same zip code, but a different telephone prefix. Man is Livingston County confusing! The good thing about Panera is that they used to be called St Louis Bread Company. In fact, they still have the same logo and locations around St Louis still retain the old name. So you know you're getting that great St. Louis baked goods taste when you go to a Panera. Now, if you can figure THAT out, let me know. I'm glad they changed the name, b/c St Louis doesn't really conjure up warm baked bread. In fact, it would be like calling it Detroit bread company. Yuck. Anyway, the prices are....Panera The food is...Panera Inside, it looks like a....Panera And if you've never been to a Panera, then this review isn't going to help you much. I'll bet if you own a computer and go online and read reviews (and I'll be you even own an iPhone), you've probably eaten at a Panera so what does it matter?

It makes me sad to write this, but Panera has been on a steady decline with me. For five years I evangelized this chain as some of the best food and service in its niche. They still have pretty good food and great customer service, but prices are getting out of hand. And, the final straw for me, it's impossible to find a seat at lunch time--it bothers me to see one person sitting at a booth with a laptop when there are people waiting to sit down.
