Really enjoy coming to this place! The food is great at a great price. I always get one of the combinations, which never disappoints. The margaritas are also very good... I've had more than a few to say the least. The parking situation could be awkward... seems like if the place is crowded it can be tough to figure out where to go. Wouldn't want to get towed for parking somewhere I shouldn't.

We were visiting out of town and found this place on Yelp. First impression was it is a quant Mexican restaurant. You sit where ever you like. So don't stand around like an idiot waiting to be seated like we did. The hot and cold salsa was "interesting." But my wife and I agreed the cold was far better. The hot just made the flavors mix together too much and created a less "fresh" taste. Ordered the Cancun Fajitas for Two. Portion size was very good. Temp was just right. The only thing I could say negative is the meat was a little over cooked (aka dry). My wife would add the Mexican rice was bland. She is a huge Mexican rice fan and knows her stuff. But overall the food was very good. If the temp is cold outside, bring a coat. A bit cold for us. Others didn't seem to mind. The servers were attentive, although I think she saw me on Yelp so that might have "motivated" her. She didn't let our drinks run out and even had a short conversation with my wife. You can't really ask for more out of a restaurant of this type at this price point. I would recommend and visit again.

Parking is limited, but that's the only negative we encountered here. We were seated right away, & several servers made sure we were taken care of throughout our meal. The complimentary chips & salsa made for a good appetizer, the house margaritas were the best we've ever had, dinner was excellent (so many choices!), & prices are very reasonable for what you get. This place is a hidden gem in plain sight, don't let the nondescript exterior cloud your judgement.

Came out to see my Mother in Adrian, after living in California for 15 years I think ive grown to know Mexican Food. And by far this is the most Authentic Mexican Restaurant in Adrian. You can go to The Grasshopper all you want, but this is by far the best the town has to offer

Brought the Fam on Friday night. Chips and salsas was a big hit. Got here about 5:45. Beat the crowd which ended up being steady all night.lots of college kids. Food was very good. Chimichanga, enchilada, tacos. I had beef daughter had chicken. Chicken strips were made there, pounded breast then fried and cut into strips fries were average. Good stuff.

My boyfriend and I love this place! Their chicken fajitas are amazing, so is the guacamole. I suggest you try it.

My favorite Mexican restaurant in town. The waitstaff is great, though when busy they are stretched a bit thin. One dollar margarita nights surprisingly have some of the best margaritas around and the spicy "diablo" shrimp is fantastic.

This is one of my favorite places to get Mexican food in town. They have an amazingly large menu, hibiscus tea and a great staff. I strongly suggest the fajita nachos and dare you to eat them all in one sitting.

The first surprise was the warm salsa served along with the cold. We preferred the cold, the flavors more alive with a slight kick. Have never ran into warm before. Hubby ordered chik fajitas and was not impressed. Have found much better seasoned/flavored just about anywhere. The refried beans were great with a smoky ham/bacon flavor. The rice a disappointment with a wet texture and an anise flavor. Cheese enchiladas were OK. Wasn't sure what kind of cheese used; it was yellow but didn't really taste cheddar. It did have a distinctive flavor not terrible, but different. The service was great to start out, but as we needed a refill on drinks, then chips, it was harder to get the attention of the waitress, as if she was purposely trying to avoid giving us seconds. I'm guessing this may be a more authentic Mexican place. But would choose another in town many times before I would return to this one.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
