Greasy food & poor service. Not even worth the $6.99 for the lunch buffet.

I love their appetizers- dumplings are really fresh and good (no veggie though). Good chinese food is hard to come by around here and this place is as good as the rest of them. Owners are very friendly.

We are from out of town and try this restaurant. Apparently our expectations were too high. The mai tais tasted like mint. The buffet was very subpar. The waitress seem like she had no clue what was going on. My dish was dirty and the bathrooms were gross. I'll never go back

I really like the Green Leaf Buffet. They even have a reduced rate for younger kids....their mai tai's (sp.) are yummy as is the food. I especially enjoy the green beans, pork fried rice, and the variety of chicken dishes - coconut, honey, etc....My children are all vegetarians and they too can always find something they like. Great salads and desserts and the way they do the ice cream is a great idea. Yum!!! Just went the other day and now that I write this - I want to go again soon!

This place has a cozy atmosphere, soothing music. it's a typical chinese buffet. The food quality is what you get for what you pay. It's a pretty cheap lunch price of $6.99 for all you can eat, I wouldn't complain! The waitresses are very nice too. There's decent sushi, the typical chinese food appetizers, noodles, soup, chicken, pork etc. I'm definitely coming back here again :) It satisfies my chinese food craving!

Soggy, tasteless, really awful food. Made us nauseous. We gave it a fair shake but really couldn't find much to eat.

I went here on a Saturday night after a family gathering; my grandma raved about it after she had gone there before. Nothing against my grandma but we don't share the same taste in foods, so my hopes weren't high :P. We came in with a group of 12 and were seated immediately. There were like two other people in there..and it was 6PM on a Saturday night so this alone had me skeptical. I went up to the buffet and picked out some orange chicken, fried rice, dumplings, and crab rangoon. You know when you can feel a stomach ache coming on before you bite into food? Well I felt one coming on and I wasn't on. The selection was mediocre and the food quality was also mediocre. The price per adult was 15$ which I thought was crazy for the food that was being offered. I'm not a buffet guy myself but I'd make the drive to the Super Great Wall If the Chinese buffet route is what you want. Long story short, the day after I ate here wasn't pleasant. I give it 2 stars ONLY because the staff were extremely friendly. So friendly to the point where I felt bad because business must be really slow. Our waiter never let our glasses drop below half empty. An they were all on there lunch break when we left, and they all wished us a goodnight even while they were eating.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
