Ice Cream Dugout

This place can't be beat. Ice cream is Shain's, so it's very good. Very efficient counter service and picnic tables around the venue and on the property's (shaded) grassy area. One of the finest ice cream establishments on Sebago Lake's eastern shore.
The Ice Cream Dugout in Windham, Maine is by far the best ice cream in Maine! They have great portion sizes, tons of toppings and great sundaes. I'd recommend this ice cream place to everyone in Maine and beyond. MB
Our favorite ice cream spot! Huge selection of ice cream, frozen yogurt, and specialty ice cream drinks. Very nice and clean patio seating. Generous serving sizes at a reasonable price. There is always plenty of parking and it's easy to get back into the main road. The staff is friendly, courteous, and happy. It's more of a destination than just grabbing an ice cream. Best part is Red Sox are always on! They open when the Sox start to play! We look forward to it every year.

Our new go to breakfast spot! Coffee was fresh and piping hot, just the way I like it. Homemade veggie hash was beyond scrumptious...fresh chunks of vegetables and seasoned perfectly! We split a homemade blueberry muffin on the grill which was equally as amazing. Excellent homemade dishes and great experience :-)
Everything is homemade here. English muffins are about 3x as thick as a standard EM, with a texture similar to a soft pastry or biscuit. I got eggs Benedict - sooo good. Stay away from the juices here - otherwise, you really can't go wrong. Service is friendly and efficient. Overall GREAT experience, can't wait to go back!
There food is good, place can be extremely packed on the weekends parking is a pain in the ass the prices are fairly cheap but there waitresses can be rude and ignore you. Because I was ignored and disrespected the entire sitting of my breakfast I will not be going back to The bakery

This was the second year in a row that we stopped in with our soccer team after 5 days of training in Casco, ME (well a bit misleading...I help coach, the players train). Anyhow while the food between Wendy's is consistent, the service and cleanliness can vary from store to store. Twice I have been impressed by both at this Wendy's. Thank you to everyone who worked on 8/23/13 at 12:33 PM at this Wendy's for their accurate and friendly service!

Great fast food. Their onion rings are best around. Burgers are better than other fast food places in the area. Ice cream is good. Good for the fast food chains.

Masa is awesome! I've never had bad food from this place. So far, we've tried the Mexican wrap, chicken caesar wrap, chicken gyro, rich boy, and mozzarella sticks. All have been good. The chicken gyro is my favorite and consistently outstanding. The storefront and interior aren't much to look at, but don't let that fool you. Some of the best food in Windham!
The food here is great. The outdated dining room/ take out counter along with the huge menu could be a bit off putting at first but you can really tell that everything is fresh and made from scratch. The portions are HUGE! You can easily split anything here. The quesadillas are are dinner for a whole family. My daughter loves the homemade chicken fingers. My favorite item is the gyros. Pita bread is perfections. The best part of this place is the friendly family that must own this place that are always the sweetest. Oh, and they deliver!
A total, awesome gem of a diner. Sure, they have burgers, but this hidden treasure, (at least hidden to me before we discovered it) specializes in wonderful homestyle Greek and Mediterranean food. We happened upon it during a bitterly cold day after snowmobiling. The owner, doubling as server that day, could not have fussed over us any more than she did. Attentive, smiling, kind and welcoming. The five of us had about a third of their huge menu which offers everything from burgers & fried chicken, to Greek salads and stromboli. Some of the best fries I've had (seriously).. The gyro was stuffed full of wonderful juicy lamb meat with a homemade pita, warm, fluffy and buttery. We also had their chicken over rice meal, which there is a word for but I forget that. They also offer all the favorites: gourmet pizza, burgers, subs. A bit of everything but unlike many places who attempt to be all things to all palates, this little diner actually pulls it off. Food is all they do and what they know. One of those places worth a try even if you're not that hungry!

Excellent, just excellent. A gem of a place for take out! Love it and it's now a staple when we come up always!
I REALLY wanted to like this place. I love Thai food, but this place was seriously lacking in flavor. Did I mention that this place is geared towards take out only? If you happen to eat in it is all packaged in take-away form. So disappointing. I will not be back.
Love The Thai Place. Order from here at least once a month and everything I've tried has been amazing. The owners are great and have even made special dishes when I've gone in with my Thai sister in law. Give it a try. You will be pleasantly surprised.

As a NY native and self proclaimed pizza "expert"...I have to say the pizza was delicious! Will definitely be stopping back the next time I'm in Maine
My family LOVES Pat's Pizza. The Windham location is a great place to bring the kids. The booths have TVs and they have a game room (bring your dollars and quarters). Us grown ups can sit and relax and watch sports on the many large screen TVs while waiting for the all important pizza to arrive. We love the thin crust and perfectly melted cheese of the Pat's pizza. There is jut nothing else like it around. For our family of 5, including 2 growing boys, we typically order 3 large pizzas. Generally we get to bring some home for left overs, it is still great when reheated on a pizza stone in the oven. I do love the complexity of fancy pizzas but sometimes simplicity is where its at - especially for the young ones, and Pat's really nails it. There are several locations, but like mentioned above, our family enjoys this Windham location. It is large, clean and the staff is always really nice. There are activities to keep the family busy and has a sports bar type of feel. Writing this review is making me hungry for pizza.
There must not be too many pizza joints in the area because after leaving Pats I got the feeling that they didn't care about their customers. Pizza and salad was good. Takeout staff was very rude. No plates or utensils for takeout. Completely forgot to put salad dressing in bag. I should've known to check, but I didn't think I was at a Wendy's drive thru. Parking is easy. Prices are high but not unexpected for a seasonal location.

Good, fast chinese. We almost always get take out. The portions are enough for at least 2 meals and our orders have always been correct. The staff is always friendly and kind. Only reason for 4 stars is the inside seating area is a bit small, but it is clean. Always a great meal.
There are a few choices of Chinese food in Windham but this is the best. Good fried rice is important and theirs is pretty good. We never had been on a Friday until this week. At 4:50 I called my order and was told 30 minutes. I got out of there at 6:00. It was mobbed. I will still be a patron because the food is good however I will avoid Fridays.
Solid choice, quick, cheap, my favorite is the cashew chicken.

We've been here twice. The snow tubing in the winter is awesome. Surprisingly enough they had tubing in the summer. If you go during the summer just remember to lift your butt when you go down to avoid bruising it. They also have zip-lining in the summer but it is short and it isn't worth it. The sky swing is scary and worth the money.
Worst mini golf ever! Very misleading on drive by Course has lose bricks everywhere. Not one single good hole! GO TO STEAMBOAT LANDING!
Don't expect much or call ahead to see what's available to do! Most of what they advertise isn't built yet or they no longer have available. Our long drive for fun was disappointing, since all we could do was minigolf!

Love the environment. Food is exceptional. The menue offers something for everyone, even kids! We've always had great service. Best of all, the prices are very reasonable. This our favorite place for a night out or bring friends and family!!!
I'd probably rate this straight down the middle at two and a half stars, so there you have it. In a large house like building sits this bbq joint in a small Maine town. Thinking about BBQ in Maine is probably the last thing on my mind while visiting but having some good ones in North Carolina, Virginia and all, I'd see how this fares. I don't even mind Famous Daves actually, they kind of surprise me. However, the decor is not unlike your typical cheesy TGIF or Ruby Tuesday's. Still, I went in and was greeted with a REALLY good waitress who took care of us and our family very nicely. First off, the menu seems like a relic from the 80s. It's all black with lots of splattered color with the items listed all over. It's VERY hard to read. Luckily I figured I would sample just some simple ribs and a side to keep me happy. Dry rub, nothing crazy, and I always prefer pork to beef. I went for St. Louis small portion and the ribs probably needed to be cooked a little longer. Slightly bland but nothing too terrible, but the meat just didn't melt off the bone, I found myself really having to pull it off. Not a good sign. Side collards were fine, even with a nice little peppered vinegar. Nice touch. Actually their sauces were really good, particularly their homemade blueberry and bbq, that was really nice. I tried someone else's brisket, and it was ok but nothing special. However, they have a "wolf ribs" choice here, which is from local beef farms nearby which is also organic. I didn't order them but someone else did and jesus they are BIG. Like I said I prefer pork to beef for bbq. I did try them, and I would have to admit they are better than the regular pork ribs they offer here, and I would steer people towards them for a choice, but they are also much pricier. Not really that authentic for BBQ, could step up and be a little better, but it's also not a total waste or filled with bad service. There were even some good local beer selections on tap as well, and I like I say the staff here was really good, just wish the food was a little better.
Another excellent meal here at the BBQ...wife had a pulled pork that was excellent and I had the French dip that was very good...excellent service and food came from the kitchen quickly...I would strongly recommend this place...they will up charge you for certain sides, so watch out...
