I booked rooms here for my wedding party. Kathy saved the day for me! I had major issues with another hotel and had to cancel the reservation at the last minute. Fortunately the Harbor Inn had availability. Kathy was such a sweetheart when I was making reservations. The prices at the Harbor Inn were a deal compared to the other hotels in the area. They also had last minute accommodation for a handful of wedding guests. Perhaps most importantly, unlike many of the other hotels in the area, there is no two night minimum stay in the summer! Two of my friends stayed in the cottage which was darling, and has a kitchen. They even made lobster in their room one night! The cottage also has a little deck with chairs, it was darling. My friends loved the Harbor Inn, and I am very grateful that Kathy had rooms for them!

It was a great bed and breakfast, especially considering the price. location was perfect and accommodations were comfortable country style, but not overly lavish. Kathy gave us good suggestions and made reservations for us. Breakfast was adequate.

Staying at the Harbor Inn was actually my first B&B experience and I was quite impressed. The rooms were a good size, very clean, and there was A/C and a little flat screen TV in our room. We had a shower in our bathroom, but beware-- our friends across the hall only had a tub with a handheld sprayer, which is a bit of a challenge. Breakfast is included (and delicious), there is parking in the back, and all in all the prices are very fair. Would definitely stay here again on another trip to Kennebunkport.

Perfect B and B. Kathy was a wonderful hostess, breakfast was awesome. The rooms were a decent size. The shower in our room was pretty small but it was clean. I found the bed comfortable but it was a bit hard and very squeaky. There was A/C in every room. The linens were freshly pressed and the towel big and fluffy. My boyfriend were looking for an alternative to the Nonantuem where we were to be attending a wedding. The Harbor in is literally 20 paces away and proved to be the perfect choice. I would stay there again when I am back in Kennedbunkport ME
