I like Misti. I usually got my favorite, "green spaghetti" (tallarin verde) with chicken instead of steak. Out would come a GIANT platter of green spaghetti with a basketball-player's-hand-sized piece of breaded chicken on it. Crazy. I always had enough left for another meal and the prices were pretty cheap, so.... that's a good value as far as I'm concerned. No, it's not the best Peruvian restaurant around, and probably not even in Port Chester, but it's good. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is basically nonexistant, aside from some faded pictures of Peru on the walls. The biggest draw for me and my lunchmates was getting the rotisserie chicken (polla a la brasa!) at lunch. It was a huge portion and a great deal. If you are looking for some hearty, big portions of Peruvian food in PC, Misti isn't a bad choice.
