Nothing to complain or rave about. We used this as a transition hotel between Maine and New Hampshire. What struck me is that we got actual keys for the room, not plastic cards. The place was clean

Excellent value for a great room. Our room was very clean and the staff was very inviting. Free breakfast in the morning made this an even better value. Will stay again, excellent location.

Stayed there last night. Got special rate of $89 plus 8% tax as wife is in hospital nearby. Ordinary motel room. No thermostat control for heat and cooling so hard to adjust for comfort. Mattress so-so. Towels thin as indicated by previous reviewer. Very noisy in morning when people in room above started moving about. Sounded like a herd of elephants. Reasonably clean. Just an OK place to spend the night.

Clean, quiet rooms with comfortable beds. The A/C had a nice, steady low sound (not too loud). The bathroom was spotless! Good water pressure in the shower. The doors lock and unlock with a real key! No messing around with the swiping card locks. I thought that was neat :) No complaints.

We stayed here overnight twice, on a trip to and from Atlantic Canada. This is not a super-luxe hotel; it's a place to stay when you want a clean bed, a breakfast, and to be on your way with a minimum of fuss. If that's what you're looking for, this is a good choice. Front desk staff are friendly and pleasant and efficient. The rooms are quite nicely clean and bright. The windows open, which is nice. There's also an AC unit that pumps out quite a volume of cold air without too much noise. The beds are comfortable, and there are plenty of pillows. The bathroom is spacious and clean and the shower gives you what you want out of a shower. I quite liked the provided shampoo. In the morning, there's a breakfast buffet which offers up the usual cold stuff -- cereals, yogurt, and the like -- and a couple of surprises. The do-it-yourself waffles with a batter dispenser is pretty neat, and the young woman who runs the breakfast buffet is very pleasant and constantly in motion making sure guests get their coffee when they need it (which, if they're like me, is RIGHT NOW). The weak spot? The towels. Not in the least plush. I would have paid a dollar or two extra per night for newer, plusher towels. That said, I'll keep staying every time I head that way.

Decent place. I'd give 3.5 points if I could. We stayed here with our family on our way to Acadia. Payed $100 for a night. Pros: - Welcoming lobby and eating area - Decent continental breakfast - Clean bedsheets and towels Cons: - The only con, but it's a significant one: We had a stinky room. I hate when hotel rooms smell perfumed or musty. Our's smelled musty. After venting it for 30 min, it was ok. Why do hotels not vent their rooms properly? It's such a basic thing.
