First time here for brunch. My boyfriend and I both had wraps - the veggie deluxe and the ranchero. Both were awesome. The owner and our waiter were both very friendly. The menu for lunch and dinner looked great too. Bonus, they will be adding a bar and able to do bloody Mary's and have a draft list soon (right now they offer bottle and cans, as well as wine). The iced coffees have coffee ice cubes in them, another plus.

The Library Cafe, at Auburn Public Library, is under new ownership. The menu is expanded, and so are the hours. Located on the ground floor at APL, on the Spring Streeet side, the Cafe is a great option for lunch, or a coffee. There is indoor seating and a nice outdoor patio area with shade umbrellas if you'd prefer to sit outside and soak in the summer weather with an iced coffee, brewed tea (they'll ice it for you), and a cookie or other pastry, or something more substantial. I had the half Cafe Cobb, a Cobb salad, and it was good-sized. The mixed greens were fresh, and it had ample amounts of roasted turkey, crumbled blue cheese, bacon, diced hard boiled egg, red onion, cucumbers, and avocado. The white balsamic dressing was light and the perfect accompaniment to a great salad. If you are ordering lunch or even dinner, the Cafe provides table service. The staff are friendly and attentive.

Good food, good service, nice place. We would come again for sure. We had the Gouda tomato and bacon grilled cheese with chicken corn chowder and a pulled chicken sandwich. Both sandwiches were very tasty and the homemade soup was delicious. The staff was very friendly. Open for dinner now.

I visited The Library Cafe again recently and feel the need to reiterate that the portions are small for the prices that are charged. A small sandwich with about 10 potato chips and a thin pickle slice is $8.95. Lunch for my mom and I with two drinks was almost $26, which is really crazy for the sizes as well as the modest, working-class town that this lunch-spot is in. I wish I could say that a better deal for a gourmet sandwich could be found elsewhere in Auburn, but I don't think that it can be, unfortunately.

Great place for coffee or lunch...even if you are not going to the library. The room behind the kitchen is even more fun than the main room. Interesting and yummy food.

A really nice place for a quick lunch. A bit on the pricey side, but one of my favorites.

The food was pretty good, and there's free wifi in the cafe. There's not a very large selection on the menu, unfortunately. The egg sandwiches are good, and the vegetarian burrito wrap has generous portions.

Worked out of this place for a short time recently. They have a nice looking menu, decent coffee & the place is clean. Recommended if you're in the area and looking for a place to work / grab lunch.
