So, we were here for a wedding event and this was probably one of the best meals we had. Everything is fresh. Customer service right on point, helpful & attentive. The little burgers are just the best with all the trimmings, fries aren't exactly to my liking, don't like the skin on, but still tasty.

I love the burgers love the cahun fries even more but I hate that everyone treats the peanuts like they would at a dive bar and just throws then on the floor. Everything feel a little dirty. Bht the food is good so I close my eyes while im there

The food iteself is very good, I mean, its fast food, so as far as fast good goes its pretty good. The customer service was really nice and patient with my Mom who didn't know how to order a hamburger because we never go to fast food. The restaurant itself is pretty no-frills. It's uh, not sketchy...but its not inviting.

Five Guys gets *the hamburger* pretty much *exactly* right. Size, flavor, texture - it's exactly what I would create if I could magically conjure up the ideal burger. It's even just sloppy enough. A perfectly neat burger loses something. The boardwalk-style fries -crisp and blonde in color with reddish brown edges are right up there with some of the best. They complement the burger perfectly. The free peanuts are the icing on the cake. The whole place is well done including the iconic red and white tiling and graphics. Great branding really ads to an experience if it's done right. The condiment station is dead-on. Not only do they offer *THE* correct condiment for boardwalk fries (malt vinegar, of course) they provide the little plastic cups with lids so you can just drop it in your bag. Thasher's Fries in OC could REALLY learn something from them about this. Yes, you pay about double what you would at any other fast food place but you DO get your money's worth. With that said, this location is a little on the slow side. The employees seemed really disorganized and unfocused on their work in a place that requires efficiency since each meal is made fresh to order. The staff here is the weakest I've seen at a 5G- they made it hard for me to shell out that fourth star. And of course, as if I had to mention it- you have the usual Towson traffic mess to deal with here.

If you want to walk up to the counter and be ignored this is the place for you. We had to go across the street to get our food since we were very unhappy with the service.

Don't come to this location if you like fries. $3.79 for an order the size of McDonald's fries. Fries a cheap as could be to make. Probably costs them .05 cents. Have not had this problem with any other location. All other locations throw extra fries in the bag. I have been to this location a dozen times.....no more!

Left a bad taste in my mouth, and I should have taken my tip back: Upon walking in, we noticed it to be the dirtiest 5 Guys we've been too. When my order was wrong and brought it back, the staff reluctantly corrected their mistake, and proceeded to laugh and make fun of us for the remainder of our visit. Kelly Shoemaker (manager) and his evening staff have made for the worst Five Guys experience. My advice: Drive the 6 miles to go to the Parkville location. Their staff is professional and courteous.

Great Five Guys! Staff were friendly, and got my cheeseburger right. I ordered a single patty heeseburger, with grilled onions and mushrooms, jalapenos, lettuce, tomato, and hot sauce. It was perfectly done, and hot and juicy. The floor is a bit slippery by the drink machine, and the bathroom could use a mucking out.....but the food was great!

Went here for the first time today and didn't enjoy the customer service or lack there of at this particular location. I am not sure why but when I left there I felt very disrespected, so much so I called their 24 hour customer service line. I did purchase a burger and fries and it was nothing to write home about! One would think that when you pay $12 for a cheese burger (single pattie), medium fries, and a drink that they would bend over backwards to make the customer feel welcome but that was not the case. Once I asked the manager for his name and the name of his staff members that is the only time that he apologized and asked if there's anything that he can do........ Don't go here!!!!!!!

I've been to this location about 4-5 times now and every time all the staff so so nice and fun. it really makes a difference! the food is always five guys standard. tha bomb! tip: get your "cajun" on the side so u can control the flavor also, the main road gets very crowded around rush hour so plan accordingly

Real tasting meat and potatoes served with a smile. I felt the food guy who prepped and served me my food was genuine when he said, "I hope you enjoy your food and thanks for coming!" Five Guys is amazing, if you haven't tried it yet...broaden your burger horizons!

Tried this place Monday 5/11/2015. Ordered a cheeseburger , a Coke and fries. Both were ok, server went a little light on the fries and had to ask someone for a cup to fill for my drink as it was never given when I ordered. Get rid of the emotionless, mumbling order taker who doesn't know "thank-you" too.

Well I've eatin here maybe 3 times and I'm not sure what all the buzz is about. First it's expensive $4.29 for a small burger. I forgot to put additional topping on cuz the sign was posted by the burger pick up and they were busy making burgers to add a few more toppings on. The burger was good but not worth the money. They wrap it in foil so it kinda compressed the burger. And I think the bun could have been better. The pickes were tasty. The only reason I tried them today cuz they were on my rewards deals on my credit card. But I prefer burger brothers locally and in and out on the west coast for burgers.

I love Five Guys I went in tonight 30 minutes before closing and had excellent service. I know the burgers are thin and expensive but it is worth it to have freshly cooked burgers that don't sit in a tray and heated in a microwave like the other fast food spots. The guy cooking my burger which was a little buger (one pattie) even hooked me up with a second pattie since the person before me had changed his mind and want a single pattie.

Three burgers and a small fry. Not a tough order. Unfortunately the fries contained about 20 french fries. Not noticed until we drive away.

First time here. Got my peanuts when I walked in the door. I thought there would be a wait because it was a little busy. But, they proved me wrong. Cashier took my order with a smile. I was out in about five minutes after order was taken. Order was filled correctly. As the employee handed me my order he also wished me a Happy Thanksgiving how thoughtful.

his review goes for all locations not just this one. I will say the fries here are pretty great, there are few places that have them just as good and they are so fresh you can smell the peanut oil on them. They are truly generous with the serving sizes too. A regular can feed 2 people, a large can feed 3 or 4. However, I'm not a fan of the burgers at all, they remind me of the low quality ones you get from Burger King and other such places and they only offer American cheese. Variety in cheese always sells me at burger and sub places. The food is also on the expensive side for fast food. I love their bacon cheese dogs, they taste amazing! But just ordering two and you are digging deep into that wallet already, you haven't even ordered a drink or fries yet. They should do promotional deals or combos for lovers of their food. Lastly, but certainly most importantly is the customer service. I have not had one mistake or poor experience with a staff member. They are always incredibly, nice, patient and helpful. Hard to find at some places so that alone gets a star. I will always come here, but only when I can truly afford it, you shouldn't have to avoid fast food due to cost or lack of variety.

WARNING! Your burger will most likely come apart, regardless of what you put on it. Two beef patties(One for a "little") with the cheese immaculately melted across and in between. An everything burger here is blissful. This also justifies NEVER eating at a McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, Red Robin, Checkers, or Ruby Tuesday again.... Sonic still gets a pass... Too bad I can't take peanuts with me...No one has to know. PS, never tried the Hot Dogs, but haven't heard any bad about them either.

I'd never been to a Five Guys before this past weekend, and for all the hype, I can't say I'm terribly impressed. Granted, it's a step above McD's/BK/Wendy's, but then again, that's not saying a whole lot. It tastes a lot like Cheeburger Cheeburger, and that was meh as well. I think a lot of it is in the lack of a seasoned patty. The cajun fries are pretty good though. Overall, probably something you don't want to eat too often, though I think Marylanders (?) eat it often given how many there are in such a small area (two on either side of the road? seriously?).

Skip Mickey D's next door and get a big juicey burger and cajun fries here. Your mouth will thank you.

This is not diet food. The regular burgers are huge (2 patties), get the kiddie one instead (1 pattie). The large fries are enough for 3-4 people. The floors are slippery at this location, and the peanuts are good.
