Hi, I'm Becca and I'm addicted to Chipotle. Lol! All jokes aside, I'm a Chipotle-Holic. This location is convenient to Towson Town Center. It gets extremely busy though - I'm talking lines all the way to the door. And I wish it was bigger/had more seating considering the location. The staff is fine; friendly enough.

It's a Chipotle, so the food is good. In my experience, this location is stingier than others with toppings, especially guacamole. If I am paying $2 extra for guacamole, I expect to get more than a little drop. :/

Hasn't let me down yet. Food is constantly good. But the long ass lines majority of the time sucks. Staff is mostly friendly for the most part. Some just look like thier ready to get thier shift over.

Not a big fan of chains, especially Chipotle; they tend to be a bit salty for me. I also don't understand why Chipotle doesn't offer taco bowls, but the concept of their regular bowl with a big bag of chips (finally not oversalted) did not suck at all. Mad I have to pay for extra chips, but overall everything was pretty fresh and tasty. I might try this again.

This location is ALWAYS busy, however they are very fast! It irritates me when I ask for a veggie bowl and they ask what meat....ummmmm veggie bowl?!? But anyway, I went today during the dinner rush and they were taking more orders than they could checkout which caused the line to be backed up. Why is it that chipotle has only one register for the size of this location? Like that disturbs me to no avail. Today, my chicken pieces were more pieces of fat and gristle which was annoying to have to keep chewing and spitting out...that made my dinner not an enjoyable experience. Other than that good job Towson chipotle for not taking too much of my time!

Came here on a Friday night, and the line went all the way around the restaurant. Surprisingly, it moved pretty quickly. The staff members were really efficient and helpful. The steak burrito was excellent! The ingredients were all very fresh and the burrito was rolled up perfectly. They were really generous with the steak, rice, and vegetables. Good quality fast food.

The meal itself was amazing and line moved very fast. However, I went to speak to an employee and she barely opened her mouth to respond. All I did was say thank you but I received a head nod in response. I'm not on the street. I'm in a restaurant and when I speak I would like to be spoken to. I don't want a best friend but for my money I would like respect, at the very least and a response. I hope customer service will make a comeback soon.

This is one of my " go to's" at lunch. I absolutely love it. It's so tasty & fresh. The line can be very long if you get there at the wrong time ( very unpredictable). My only complaint comes from the inconsistency/sometimes small amounts of toppings, otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Great fast food value. It crushes the huge chains as far as quality.

Don't let the line intimidate you! They seem to be so much faster at this location than others I've been to. The line was to the door but I was in and out of there in 12 minutes. I only do carry out so I'm not sure how seating is. A good experience all-in-all. A great place to eat if you are vegetarian/vegan too. If you order vegetarian options avocado is included in the price.

Chipotle is good. This location is good too. Always had good service whenever I stop by. My only complaint is the inconsistency in toppings size. Otherwise, awesome food. Just don't get to eat it enough because of the calories.

I went here today and was pleased. Shanice makes the best burritos. God bless her. The burrito was so packed it was over flowing, it was the size of a small child. Very generous.

Good location with plenty of seating both inside and out. Coming here on a Tuesday around 1pm, I was expecting it to be much more crowded. I was in and out within 15 minutes, and that includes sitting down to eat. Just as good as any other Chipotle...can't go wrong here!

As a lover of Chipotle (who isn't?), I must say that this location pales in comparison to other Chipotles in which I've dined. I've been twice. Each time the employees had no personality (can I get a hi, how are you? Or a measly half smile?) And when I went to sit down at a table, the two I wanted to sit at were each a MESS. Beans, rice, and dirty napkins. C'mon. This location is not my favorite. It's tiny, too.

Love Chipotle. They give u a huge burrito with fast service. The employees are very quick and amazing. I really recommend this place because other places have really slow and not that good burritos. I am definitely coming back here again.

I really love Chipotle! The concept is awesome...customize your own burrito, salad or bowl with quality ingredients. I love that they have freshly cooked and prepared ingredients and now they have a brown rice option, too. I had been to this location a couple of times before and it was decent. This time, my chicken seemed to have some weird bits, it wasn't trimmed well. The line wasn't long and the line wasn't being managed well, plus customers seemed to have issues with their orders. Maybe it was an off night.

For some reason it is very loud at this location. Guacamole is good if you don't mind paying a lot for it, even on your meal, it is a few dollars for a spoonful. Other than that, standard Chipotle.

Well, being that I am an absolute SUCKER for Chipotle, it's hard for me to give Chipotle anything other than 5 stars. I will just talk about this location in particular. This location recently just opened no less than a year now (located in the same shopping center where Shopper's is on E. Joppa Rd). I will say upon initial check, the place looks clean (yes, I realize the place recently opened, but cleanliness still counts no matter what right?). The customer service from the employees was exceptionally well, no complaints there. Finally, the food. I won't get too much into the food at Chipotle because we all know that Chipotle's food is phenomenal. In rating this particular store, the food looks fresh. I have had no bad instances yet (and let's keep it that way). I recommend this store to those interested in Mexican, or even looking for a new change in food to eat. This location is a fine example of Chipotle. Gets busy at lunch rush but the staff always keep the line moving briskly. Clean and bright store, great parking and easy to get in and out of the lot from various streets at this 3 way corner. If you like Chipotle, you'll be happy with this outpost. If you haven't had Chipotle, what are you waiting for, you can customize your food so you'll get exactly what you want!
