    This Subway is delish, fo real. Fast service, breakfast all day. (super sweet) But they don't honor the Subway card point system... So three stars. What do they want from me?

    This subway food wise, is like most other Subways. This one is right by our office, so I go probably 3 times a week. Never had an issue with my order, and everything always tastes "fresh". I'm giving this location five stars because for some reason, it's the ONLY non fast food place (that isn't Asian) that seems to thrive in this area. Seriously, this is one of the highest grossing Subways in Montgomery County (they've won a bunch of awards). Meanwhile, A&W, KFC, Quiznos, Friends Kabob, Ambrosia (ok, not fast food), and a host of others just could not seem to make in this area. Others that are still here never seem to be very busy either during lunch, but they still hang on. And yet, this little Subway somehow has thrived for the last ten years. It's somewhat perplexing, but kudos to the owner/operators nonetheless!

    Somehow I forgot how much I despise this particular Subway per my last review. I stopped in today because there are not many other venues in the general location and I figured the line would be short at 2:30 pm, which it was. I found myself getting annoyed early into the process. I had actually forgotten about my last review until my annoyance set in and then I was like what am I doing here?? I asked for a flatbread sandwich and quickly became disgusted with the unsanitary practices. Two different staff dragged the flatbread across the dirty counter with half of it hanging off of the protective paper. The bread was basically a sponge for all of the bacteria on their stained plastic cutting board. The thing is they are so clueless, they didn't even notice they were doing it. I finally got fed up and walked out because they are so difficult to communicate with. The communication issue is not a language barrier; it's because they are seriously like wide-eyed zombies. The sad part is that this particular Subway used to be so well run. What happened?!?!

    I eat here often and haven't had the issues fellow yelpers have. My food is fast, fresh and delicious.. The single bathroom stays locked so you must ask the cashier for the key. The bathroom stays clean this way so I don't mind. The dining area is adequate but always busy. They could spend more time on the floor, it was dirtier than usual.

    I'd give subway zero stars if I could. this restaurant just flat out sucks. awful meat and the lowest quality ingredients as someone once told me. if this were the last place to eat on earth I'd rather starve to death. that's how bad it is. I'll never step foot in subway for the rest of my life.

    i love me some subway!!! i truly do but this subway sucks like hell!!! how is it that subway now has those factory line of folks making your sandwich and they still manage to 'eff ' it up?! simple go back to when you had two people taking orders and one taking the money. you don't need a group of 8 to make one sandwich! one person to ask you if you want cheese, the other to ask if you want it toasted and you can't forget the person who automatically assumes you want lettuce and starts throwing that mess on there!!!! "NO!!!! Consuela or Shirvam, I don't want no stinking lettuce!!" I was so frustrated in getting my sandwich it really hurt my appetite for the day well not much. :) But this particular Subway is the worst! It is always packed though. I'm not sure why. The service is atrocious that's for sure!

    I go here all the time. One of my favorite things about this Subway is that it serves breakfast all day. Also, I'm generally in & out of here within 5 minutes. The only exception to this is during the lunch rush and even then it's only a couple more minutes.

    I came here on 7/6/2013 at around 9:15 AM with my brother and purchased a sub. We were the only two people in line during this whole visit. Upon entering the Subway, I noticed the three representatives were very friendly...Then I began my order. I'd like to mention that the order was initially taken by an older woman, who couldn't understand me after I said "a foot long Italian herbs and cheese sub please," so the second employee had to complete my order. The second employee was a boy who appeared to still be in high school... Don't get me wrong - he was friendly, but you could tell he had not been properly trained at his job. He couldn't even lay the meat on the bread properly, and he was suuuper slow. After taking my sub out of the toaster, he put all the veggies on and then he put the wrong sauce on... This is where the 1 star begins... As he was squeezing the honey mustard onto the sub, I explained to him, "Hey, I asked for Chipotle Southwest. I'm allergic to honey." The boy then proceeds to take a knife and tries to WIPE THE HONEY MUSTARD OFF THE MEAT. That's right, he was going to wipe off the honey mustard sauce right in front of me and serve me the sub even after the fact I told him I was allergic to honey. I looked at him in shock and thought to myself, "wouldn't a normal employee just recreate the sub?" I then repeated to him that "I WAS ALLERGIC TO HONEY" and his manager stepped in (3rd representative) and gave me a look of disgust when I said "Please make a new sub." Instead, she takes the meat off and then throws a new row of meat on a piece of preparation paper and toasts the meat by itself. She then puts the meat on top of the original sub, applies the Chipotle Southwest, wraps it up and serves me the sub. I understand she was trying to reduce costs, but when the manager leads as an example for her employees and engages in unorthodox methods/behavior that are uncalled for, the company's reputation is at stake. This place needs new management. I will NEVER come back here again.

    What I like about this Subway, is that they get your sandwich done real quick, they have a Sweet Tea Cooler next to the fountain sodas so you don't have to get the Raspberry Nestea which I am not particularly fond of... AND the best part is... this one serves breakfast All Day !! So I can get my Steak Egg & Cheese (w/ white OR yellow egg) anytime of day, on an English Muffin or Submarine Sandwich style... nice.

    First off, the food here is just like all of the other Subways. The review is more for this location. Okay, this location has many major problems. For one, the hours seem to be erratic. Some days, it's closed for no reason. While all of the other Subways are open on Holidays, this Subway is closed. It's just plain unreliable in terms of its open hours. Another issue is the setting. To be blunt, the setting is crappy. There are 3 tables along the wall in a super narrow cramped space. The place isn't always clean and the chairs and tables are inferior to McDonalds' furniture. Another bone I have to pick is... why are the prices at this location different from the prices at other locations. For example, the meat I order at all of the other locations costs $5 for a foot-long....... but at this location, it's not included in the $5/foot-long deal and costs slightly more. I don't get it. All-in-all, this location is inferior to the other locations.

    I was in the region of this subway and had a feeling to go which I scored. As I said before they can be hit and miss depending but when I went the latest time was a huge win. Going on now Jan 2014 is the Januany promotion for $5 any regular sandwich. NOT at the Montgomery College Subway, you can get the PRIME RIB MELT for $5 also, a premium sandwich for their promotion price!!! I ordered four Melts for takeout for family and it was more than a bit complicated order and they listened perfectly. A subway that I have had a good track record for.

    This is a great Subway location. Staff member Anuj was so kind and patient (because it took me forever to decide between a turkey and a tuna sub). The restaurant was clean, warm, and the quality of the food was fresh. I even took the customer satisfaction survey on the rceipt so that Arjun could get props for his customer service skills and BP gave him a tip :)
