    I am so glad this Subway opened! I have been eyeing it for the past few weeks in hungry anticipation. Located a few doors down from Microcenter, this Subway is brand new, spacious, and offers the freshest vegetables to go with their sandwiches. My favorite part about this restaurant is that they have a lunch special consisting of a 6-inch sub and a 21 oz drink ranging from $4-$6 without tax. I ordered the tuna sandwich lunch special and paid a total of $5.30. The vegetables on my sandwich were the freshest of any Subway location I have been to, and the tuna was good. My lunch was satisfying and did not break the bank. Subway also offers breakfast sandwiches, chopped salads, and soups. They serve Fuze iced tea. Their hours are not posted yet on the Subway website, but they are usually open everyday from 7 am to 9 pm.

    A store associate refused to accept a Subway coupon for "greater Washington, DC area" by claiming that Rockville is not located in DC. Well, the coupon didn't say "just DC." And Rockville is certainly in the "greater Washington, DC area," as per the coupon's stated parameters. Apparently, the store associate willfully refused to acknowledge the actual language of the coupon and instead chose to make an entirely spurious and unnecessary argument. It's one thing to have a store not participate in a coupon, but it's dishonest and insulting to entirely make up a reason for not accepting that coupon.

    The guy serving me was not very customer friendly. He would not add toppings to my Flatizza without a charge - I have never been charged extra in the past. Plus - you can add as many toppings to a sandwich, so what is the difference?!? He did not spread the sauce sauce to the edges - making the crust hard. I had to ask to have the cheese spread out some because it was ALL in the center of the flat bread. Even then, there was barely any cheese on one half. Lastly, he placed the Flatizza in the box and proceeded to close it. I had to remind/ask him to cut the thing. I think the most disappointing part of the whole experience is that i could not fully tell the sloppiness of my food until i got in the car and opened the box. Truly - I will never be going to this location again. There are far too many other better Subways in the area.

    This place is awful. When we asked for a sandwich to be toasted longer the lady proceeded to take it out of the toaster anyway and threw it on the counter. After that we asked for a little bit of lite mayo... I guess a little bit meant half of the bottle for this person. When we told him we wanted only a little bit again he got an attitude as if it was our fault he misunderstood us. He then grabbed the lettuce and mayo off the sandwich with his hands and threw the globby mess down angrily. After more mistakes and more unnecessary attitude I was disgusted at the lack of unprofessionalism in the shop. Needless to say I will never return to this subway again. Such a shame to see places brought down by untrained people with no people skills.

    If I am going to continue to eat subway. I will have to find another location. Yesterday I ordered a veggie delight (no meat). The people there refuse to listen to what you want in the sub. Can I have more than 3 black olives? When I say a little bit of hot peppers and they dump a teaspoon on your sub. When paying for my sub at the register I see ants crawling across the counter top. I point it out to the Lady ringing me up. She says "ok- yes". Makes no attempt to remove the ants just walks away. I kept thinking of ants crawling over the food being put on my sub. I called the 800 number and am waiting for the manager to call me. I was there when the manager was there and told the workers that if its a no meat sub give as many vegetables as they want. That doesn't happen. They want to charge you for anything extra. Also I find that the price for the same sub every day is a different price. Unless you point out that the sub you ordered is that months special they charge you full price. The veggies are looking more and more wilted, old. Who wants brown lettuce on their sub.
